BEWARE of these SCAMMERS who'll steal from you in the name of budget car rental! I took a car on rent from Indigo Rent A Car, and had no idea what I was signing up for. When I returned the car, two people came to inspect it in broad daylight, took photos, and told me everything was fine. Then one of them drove away with it, while I was made to sign a hand-back paper, which had no indication of any damage or accident. However, to my horror, after I left they pinned an accident on me which I had absolutely no idea about. I raised a complaint to DED, and told DED that neither any one of the two inspecting people noticed any damage nor did any one of them informed me there in my presence, and that they made me sign a hand-back paper which had no mention of any damage and that DED should ask for that paper as proof, along with the before and after photos of the car. And to my utter shock, Indigo authorities FORGED the documents falsely to show a damage marking on it, and LIED to DED that I was informed at the spot too. When I went to their office to find out what was going on, they had a laid back attitude and no body was available to listen. The person who had taken the car hand back agreed that when I returned the car, there was no damage and that the document he made me sign had no indication of it. Later, someone from their legal team popped in rudely and told him to basically keep quiet, while he displayed a very rude and unprofessional behaviour, showing that he did not give a damn and that I was welcome to do a civil case on them. If I could, I would do a legal case on them for their forgery, and theft. I also asked for a copy of that hand-back doc, and they outrightly refused it, even though they had given a copy of it to a customer in front of me. That proved their forgery, scam and bag of lies. I wish Dubai Police and Customer Protection takes some action against their malpractices or else they will keep stealing money from innocent people!

Hello, my name is Rashid. Last Friday, I received an interview email stating the interview would be on Saturday morning from 9 to 10 am. I visited the interview location, and they informed me that the interview was postponed to Monday. Today, I received another message stating the interview would be at 12 pm. I came for the interview, waited for 40 minutes, but nobody called me for the interview. I left the office feeling disappointed; this is not good service. Our time is also valuable. I got radar fine because they installed the wrong tyre size which causes wrong reading of speedometer
I paid the fine as no one was ready to listen to my concern and the blame me for their mistake

Indigo has been very convenient and easy to deal with, more over we are impressed and delighted on how fast and accommodating Muhammad Ramzan on dealing with our transaction.

My wife booked a car from them for more than a month and Muhmmad Ramzan was her agent, he was very helpful up to the last minute and have accommodated my wife in all her requests.

They provided her a new car and will rent from them again.

Most car rentals in dubai has a lot of bad reviews and i came across with this one through a colleague and told me that they have offers and free days if you rent a car for the first time. I downloaded the app and tried it and i got actually good package for a Sunny nissan 2023. I asked three more car rentals and they were pricing me 400+ more.i went to Googlereview and found a famous name here Muhammad and yep yep, he exist and he was my agent too

I rent a car for almost 1 year now and still renting. The prices are really interesting, the team is nice and reactive. I really advice you this car agency.

Horrible experience after using their services for a month long car rental. Tried to return the car on the morning of the final day of contract, only for car to not start due to mechanical problems. Contacted company to inform them of this and they continued to charge me a 'late return' fee for an problem that was beyond my control. Customer service team was arrogant and did little to assist or reassure what was once a loyal and regular customer!

I was there at Indigo a week ago the staffs are not so good cars are dusty not at all clean even from inside and not ready to accept cash only need card to make money out of it once you return them car.

Had a car booked, went to business bay branch sat at their reception for 30 minutes no one cared or tried to give us any service, other customers there were just to complain about their services.

We just got up and left. If they did not care about customers right in front of them imagine how their other services would be.

First time I have taken a car from Indigo. The service is awesome. Particularly I would have to express my thought that Mr. Sam's approach and follow up is fantabulous.

I’ve been renting from Indigo since September 2020 as they had the best rate for the cars offered as well as few very pleasant customer service agents whom provided me great support and service when needed. Which was very helpful considering that I am a girl who doesn’t understand much about cars.

Unfortunately in the past 6 months since the agent I used to deal left, I haven’t received the same level nor the quality of service and at few times dealt with inconsistent support when I had issues with the car as well as rude agent.

I was also not happy with the sudden and unexpected rent increase without any prior notice - my rental increased over the night which was very unsatisfying as a customer should be informed in advance and therefor make a decision whether to continue with the same car or no.

It’s only that they should definitely work on their customer service representative training to increase their levels of professionalism and find more polite agents.

Overall review is that Indigo provides a basic service and a standard car fleet. They are a good company when you are in an urgent need to rent as they always have affordable cars available.

Not at all flexible with their policies and not customer oriented. Luckily i dint rent their car.

I'm very sorry to myself for dealing with this company.they never ever replay to you in WhatsApp and call and their app is very poor, I tried to complain before but I don't know how to complain.

A complete rip off. They literally charge customers for damages that are on the car from before the rent. Don’t even think to hire them.

Extremely horebbil service you ask for a car and confirm the booking and on pick up you have the surprise the car is not available, as well they said the pay the deposit in 15 days and after 25 days the deposit is still not paid, when I call to enquire they toss me from one to another and stop answering my calls they make like you are paging for your own right

The Customer Service representative named shuhil or shahil (not sure if the name was right) he is very very rude and needs to improved how to communicate and listen properly to the customers. I hope the company can oblige to do a CSR CLASS for their Staff.

It’s the worst car rental company. It’s been 20 days since I return their car and my deposit is not refunded on 15th day even I don’t have any fine. I was begging them to return my money but they don’t even respond on my messages. Other car rental the are refunding the amount without any reminder but indigo car rental they need to be reminded and they even didn’t allow me to go to their office and took my own money.

Got a dirty car full of scratches with two bars of fuel. They charge you 525 for deposit and do not return the 25 dirhams so be careful of this. The deposit took around 28 days to be returned. I would avoid using these people.

This is the worst rent a car in dubai
They are asking me to pay 2k aed for small scratch which is not even 300aed job to make it correct.
Please take the photos of the car when you get the car from them or otherwise they say you that there is a damage happened during rental period.
I am highly not recommending to rent a car in indigo rent a car as they have very rude staff, they dont listen to us anytime, they always charge extra money for nothing, many things etc.awful experience.

You will not get the car what you booked online they always give another vehicle when you go there.
For new license holders they charge extra money and even if there is a small damage you will pay upto 3.5kaed. So, Please make sure when you are signing the contract.

Worst of Worst never ever seen! Worst Rental Car Service Company!

Many fails and complaints about delivery and car broken,
Unauthorized payments after car returns, almost 2 months & cancellation
Fine payment even if I already paid with RTA
No deposit returns after car return, almost 3 months now,

when I claimed, they said I need to fill the form which I totally can't accept. They will not responsible after sending the money.

For example, if there's any issues with bank and transaction, they will not care about this although customer does not receive deposit back.

To get return back deposit, I almost called more than 30 times and they promised me to call back but still no one call.

When I say, I will visit close branch, JLT, they said they can't help, only fill out the form.

OK, I will go to your Business Bay branch with Police or wait for the calls from Police department.

I have all evidence, so if anyone doesn't trust, let me know I can share all photos and evidence.

If you Are In Dubai And Have Driving License of uae And You Want to Rent A Car Than This Is The Best Place For You To Have One Withing Couple Of Minutes They have Very Quick Services They drop The Car At You Home Door Aswell Highly recommend

Very worst service ever, they are collecting salik amount through cash when you go for return of the car and again after 2-3 days they are deducting the same salik amount from your credit card. Very poor customer service, very poor management, one guy is available for all the work which delays you and that guy is not giving proper customer satisfied offers, they takes customer as granted.

I rented a car for seven months. Twice they charged my credit card without asking. Even though I had traffic fines, they refused to give me the chance to get the fines dismissed. Instead, they charged my card without asking and refused to reverse these ILLEGAL and UNFAIR charges. YOU SHOULD NEVER RENT FROM INDIGO, EVEN IF THEY ARE THE LAST RENT A CAR COMPANY ON EARTH!

The staff is very professional Specially Mr Usman and some times he is alone in the branch and handled 3 clients at the same time in very professional way, some times if the car i need is not available he arranged very quickly and he checked also the car is in good condition.i checked the rent in other agencies is also some time its less than indigo but because of usman customer service i pay little more and take it from him.i think he is asset for indigo rent a car.

Such a worst customer service, cars when they give has no petrol, their inter companies dont have proper communication.

Also when u ask for your refund of deposit, they take their own time. Irritating response. No friendly staff.

Before I purchase my own car I used to rent with Indigo. I can’t speak with all their branches as I always visit Business Bay branch. All the staff are nice and welcoming. The only cons that I’m always getting is that, whenever I return them the car it’s freakin hard to get a parking spot. So you’ll ended up wasting a lot of time, it’s risky to put it on a hazard and go inside the office since it’s a two way road only. 3/5 for me just because of the place.

They deducted extra AED 900 from my credit card because "I delivered the car earlier" without any notification from the employer when I delivered the car, they just want to find a way to take money from you without any rights, no clarity they don't care about customers' satisfaction. Have dealt with dozens of car rental companies this is by far the worst one

Excellent service cheapest car rental in across UAE with cars starting from 45 /dhs/day Free replacement all cars are brand new amazing experience.

They filed a case against my friend after taking the deposit from him for a tyre puncture. After taking the deposit they sent an email saying there is nothing due. On going to the airport for vacation to fly home could not go since there was a case filed without intimation. Immigration did not let him travel for 2900AED (tyre puncture value shocking). Avoid these guys at any cost.

The company is super cheeky with the rates.
They will trick u of the charges and the pick-up and delivery are over charged. 75delivery and 105 for pick-up.
They are providing dirty cars and not up to a standard as car rental.
They delivered the car very late. I requested for 10: 30 and they deliver it at 1pm. Because they missed the request. I have to call to remind them. It is very unprofessional in all aspect.
It is truly a disaster experience.
