Indigo Rent A Car

Overly aggressive when you get a fine and send you constant messages on Whatsapp, SMS and email, charge 14% Commission on Fines and won't let you pay them yourself, charge AED5 not AED4 for Salik and won't show you the log. Also won't take your deposit off your final bill, would not recommend them in the slightest. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent customer service and trust worthy. I took a car rental for 5 days. Transaction was easy and straightforward without any hidden charges. After returning the car, they told me that they will initiate the refund process after 15-20 days. After 20 days, I received my security deposit without any deductions. Definitely recommend!

I have been using Indigo rent a car for almost 4 years and very happy with the service. They provide the best value for money options in the market!

Good cars, very fast to process and kind stuff. I am always getting a car from sahara centre. You have an option of dropping off the car at a different location from where you picked it. I recommend

The company are all cheaters. I rented a car for 14 months and at the end they overcharged me for 1 month! And didnt want to return me 100 aed! They also charged me for petrol, although they could have asked me to take care about it in advance!
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! There are better companies next door.

VERY BAD SERVICE. Not recommended. Please go to the other shop to rent the car. They deduct deposit and ask more fines for no reason. Every time it said it is company policy. I wont come again.

Never rent here! Frauds with security deposits, I’m trying to return my deposit for 30 days already.
Rental costs are also higher that it’s declared.
It’s better to use international suppliers.

The worst experience ever, after wasting our time for an hour in their office, they simply said the car that you requested is not available (which they had already called me the day before to choose it specifically).
They don’t deserve any stars at all but can’t post without it.
Stay away from them unless you want to be disappointed.

Been renting a car with Indigo for 3 years now and have been recommending them to my friends. No hidden charges. Cars are always clean. They are very flexible in terms of timings. Staff are great - Andrew in Business Bay branch is very professional and very accommodating. I love Indigo Rent-A-Car.

First of all they deliver faulty car. After several calls they changed the vehicle
And it’s been month they didn’t refund my security deposit. Now they dont pic the call.

They charge deposit and never returned.when u call them they continously make line busy or switch off.

The car rental went very well (booking and checkin /checkout) but I have a very bad experience for getting my refund back. More than one month and half, I did not get my refund back yet. To avoid!

I tried to get my account verified on their application over two days but no response, customer service is so bad, they don’t reply on WhatsApp if you text them, yesterday I booked a car and went to collect it but found out they were closed after I reached and no one replied me even on the second day!

It is a hustle to get the deposit money back. Be careful. I’ve been waiting for almost three weeks and nothing had happened, I sent emails, WhatsApp messages, but they haven’t take action yet.

This car rental company is not giving my deposit yet it's more than 15 days now as they promised. Can i bring this case to police?

Before you decide to rent a car from Indigo, consider reading complaints of other customers. Not only me but too many people had problem with them. They want customers do their job, they never come on time, cars smell bad, they will try to steal your security deposit with possible ways, and you can't trust them. All rental companies provide free delivery of the car but they will charge you more than 100 dhs for that. All rental companies provide airport drop off but they don't. To sum-up, there a lot of good alternatives out there. If you really care about your money and time avoid these unprofessional and failing company.

Bad customer service and dishonest staff. Company represented false information by showing 1 day free rental offer. After we booked a sedan they said only a small hatchback is available. This information they gave us only a couple of hours before our pick up time thus thwarting our plans.
Given poor reviews about dishonesty of staff I will not recommend this company at all.

Never ever rent a car from this company. You will regret it for the rest of your life. They will charge you for no reason at all and its simply highway robbery. Before you close your account, they will find ways to take money away from you! Tourists going to dubai, never ever attempt to lease a car from this company!

VERY BAD Company. Please don't ever dare to try renting are car with them, worst service ever. They take your security deposit no matter how clean you return the car. More than that, they are lazy and never do their job. There are a lot of better alternatives.

All reviews are NEGATIVE! I wish I only have read before my bad decision to rent with INDIGO REEM Island Abu Dhabi. You never get your deposit back because they will do everything to take it. Beside, service is too bad and cars prices have increased. DONT rent with them. There are a lot of good alternatives.

After the previous comments I also confirm that this Indian is a big thief… for a simple touch he took more than 700 Aed from me… I would never take a car from their place and I would tell all my friends and relatives not to Go over there…

First of i would like to tell to the owner of this company rental car please you should look after the costumer they are your pocket because your process and how you dealing with client its disaster specially on refund amount that waiting so long for 15 days of refund its impossible i rented a car Nissan sunny for 3 days and i followed process policy company after i finished of rental and everything was clear no any issues and i waited for 18 days and Intel now still didn't get anything yet and i was having emergency back home and nothing was helpful.i will not suggest your company to any of my relative or say good condition because its purely disaster and dispointed

The best car rental I have ever tried in Dubai with very good prices! Cars are super new! I took Kia 2021 and it was like from the salon. They delivered car very quickly and also arranged pick up exactly on the time I requested. Team is very friendly! Thank you ishfaq, Sultan and lady who was always on what’s app for me. Will definitely rate indigo as five star!

Rude, liars, they take your money and not give back the deposit till you threaten them to call the police, in short, stay away from the jlt branch. They should be fired especially the employee called Hamza who is the rudest worst liar of them all

I was able to rent a car from Indigo, however was not informed of the charges I had to pay upon delivery and pick up. Another issue is that two months later I haven't received back the deposit I paid upon renting the car despite texting numerous times to the company. No deposit paid back to date. Very disappointed.

The best car rental company in the town. Their cars are best in terms of quality, maintenance & service is impeccably.
They're staff are very well behaved & helpful.
They've even got a cool app through which one get free car for a couple of days, & they keep coming up with some really great deals.

My Experience with Indigo was really good, initially I was bit hesitant to deal with them, but it was an superb experience, surprisingly the brand new car was delivered to me and a hassle free handover experience, what else you will ask for, Genuine and friendly team.

Awful! Very bad experience. Even 1 star is too much.
I got a car with low battery and got stuck to go to work.even if they told me they have changed it the day I took it.
I brought back car 1 day before and got charged 500 aed on top. Oceanscape branch is the worst ever, and the guy "I think his name is Rizwan" there is just lying to customer.
I don't recommend it at all.

Excellent service. Been using Indigo since October 2020. The team is supportive, responsive, and cooperative. Needed the cars replaced a couple of times - once because I didn’t like the make and once because of a technical snag, both times replacement was promptly arranged in a professional and courteous manner. I wish you luck team Indigo. Have recommended you to about half a dozen people who are also happy with your services. Will certainly come back when I need a rental again.

The process is so complicated and annoying, I booked through their app and uploaded all needed documents, however I had to wait for 45 min to get my car, and I waited another 50 mins before as 1 counter was working on weekend

Poor service. The drivers are great. They are friendly. However people working in their office are bad. They will charge you in your card that you have provided without informing you. If you call them they will tell you that they have sent the updated invoice. Poor customer service. If you will need a service, its hard to call the emergency number that they provided. I dont recommend this Indigo Rent A Car at all.

Indigo is the best rent a car i have been dealing with for the past 2 years.and they are always consistent for giving a good service and very reliable.

Mr Uzair, Ishfaq and the rest of the team in JLT branch are very helpful and accommodating as usual. I will definitely continue dealing with them as i am one of many customers who felt satisifed on their service.

I use their mobile app, I didn't face any problems with them till now. I used them several times and most of the times the car is new and clean. The service is fast and I usually receive or return a car in five minutes. Just make sure to return the car with no scratches, same fuel level, and on time and things should be smooth.

Had two wait more than an hour to return the car. Only one person was working behind the counter. No excuses. They gave me the car with no gas almost broke down on the way to the gas station. Terrible service.

Very quick to pick up and drop down the car as rent a car company is just next to Damac metro station JLT side. Once i comeback from UK i will rent again absolutely! One thing i dont like is why you guys are allowing people shouting ans insulting your staff? Management need to do something just post in the board or something to protect your staff against this e-literate people sorry for the word but thats the truth. Sorry for the filipino guy who working at night ship that some of the customers yelling at him and hurt him its very bad behavior but still i salute you for your patient of that bloody human! I fl bad for what he did to you.but you still showing your (good customer service) your so professional agent.
