Horrible Service. I had placed an order of 1000 paper cups with them. They have gone ahead and printed a wrong logo color - not the mock up that was approved, not the logo that I sent. They have changed the company logo colour from orange to gold. Upon wanting to send it back - they stop answering their calls.they say they can only respond through WhatsApp. They want me to return the cups but they aren't confirming the return of my advance payment because of their mess up nor a confirmation that they can fix the cups and send it back before the deadline. He sends me a managers number who is 'traveling' and his calls or messages are not even going through.after expressing utmost urgency they are not cooperative at all.

Horrible service. Would not recommend at all.
