My company purchased a printer from them with a maintenance contract for a year. After a couple of months they stopped replying to emails and calls. The printer keeps breaking down and we are stuck trying to fix it in-house.

Their front desk lady named Joyce is rude, extremely unprofessional and doesn’t fit to be in the front desk to attend inquiries to this company. There are lot of more deserving professionals out there who is in need of job.
