I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Infiniti showroom to explore their latest offering, the QX55, and my experience was nothing short of outstanding, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Mr. Nizar.

From the moment I stepped into the showroom, Mr. Nizar greeted me with warmth and professionalism. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, patiently answering all of my questions and providing valuable insights into the features and capabilities of the QX55.

Thanks to Mr. Nizar's guidance and expertise, I am now the proud owner of a QX55, and I couldn't be happier with my decision.

Great overall experience so far. Had my test drive booked with Infiniti. Everything was ready when I arrived and went very smooth. The sales person has also been very helpful.

Best customer experience from start to end. I had the privilege to deal with Abdo Sabbagh who made sure I was informed of every option and best option that suits me and my family. He asked the right questions and advised the most suitable option and configuration. I ended up buying the car in less then 3 days with bank financing.
Delivery was in few days and faster than my expectation.
Overall outstanding experience with a 10/10 customer experience rating.
I highly recommend infinity, as car quality and local agency customer service.

Infinity service centre looks at ways to charge customers under warranty/service contracts. I have a brand new Infinity QX50 bought in Dec 2020, the car has just run for 30,000 kms, and when I give my car for free service, they say my brake pads need to be changed and charged me AED 1400? I have never experienced a brand new car with just 30K mileage needing a brake pad change.brake pads run for at least 60,000-70,000 kms for more good car brands. Very disappointed.

One of the best customer service ever, from the moment you enter the showroom you feel that everyone is concerned to give you the best service. People are well trained, and Ahmed is an amazing person, very dedicated and hard worker. Zeina the showroom manager is so kind, she called me to update me on the car, they both apologies for the delay to deliver the car even though there was no delay. I highly recommend Infiniti for the customer service, durability, and reliability. Thank you so much for everything!

My experience in the showroom with Amit was just amazing the car is amazing I was on cloud 9
But The issue appears after buying the car the Nissan body shop is the worst u can have a look on the reviews there to picture how much u will suffer later poor service they don’t consider clients time ….
Plus if u consider going with infinity rak insurance they have a lot of hidden policy that will show up only after u sign
U are not protected even if u are not faulty

August 7,2022: I visited the showroom with specific queries to buy an Infiniti 55. I was greeted by the receptionist, and later on, Moved on to view the car. I was about to ask my queries, and the receptionist asked me to fill the long form with all my "Personal Details" if I wanted someone to assist me. I said I was not willing to share my Personal Information at that moment and I wanted to clear few queries. She ignored and mentioned details are necessary. I viewed the cars myself, TOOK AN OATH NEVER TO BUY AN INFINITI MYSELF, my argument being, if the reception services are trained to be Rude by Infiniti.imagine The Services! OMG. I am scared to go back.

Not recommended. I bought infiniti qx50 and every time it requires service I find out that spare parts are not available, things like brake pads, brake rotors. Better to buy from a more reliable brand that have a proper service center with proper spare parts.

Excellent customer relationship experience, i interacted with Abdo Sabbagh (sales supervisor) and Raed Nehme (sales manager) and can’t praise them enough for their courtesy and attention to my needs rather than to just sell a car. I will cc Dr Amina Al Rustamani for this wonderful experience.

Well organized, clean, and neat. Nothing special, however, the customer service is great. Don't share your number at the front desk unless you want to get spammed with phone calls + messages.

Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist Khyati, reception supervisor Paul and his manager Anil. They are not helpful, provide wrong information, and tried to blame other departments within the same company instead of fixing the issue.

Slow service. At times, will keep your car for 4 to 5 days if you don't push.
Quite expensive service as compare to other big brand cars. If you think you have gotten a good deal for the car when you bought it. You will see when you come to service. You will end up paying the same price monetary wise and time wise when you come for service and will regret the decision.

Parts of the car isn't long lasting. Requires frequent change which is again costly

Overall, you can get a better car than these in the same price range.

They have to deal with last editions. When you sit inside- in all models you see the front hover as it is a hump on the road. Very old fashioned look

Not that many derivatives and the v8 has been discontinued, accross the board. Disappointing, to say the least. However the "Red Line" derivatives are REALLY cool.

It's good. But I was sad to find there was no prayer room. It is a pretty standard feature at every organizational building in the UAE.

Everything else was as expected and in good quality.
