If there was less the one star I would rate them as such. Based on experience I don’t believe this company is legit. I signed with them for a e-marketplace that never materialized. They took money and they gave the most ridiculous excuses (employees getting sick, employees suddenly leaving, employees in accidents) and they just keep passing me from one person to the other. Don’t work with them.

Be aware of this scam company they took all your money in advance they ask you to give 5 star rating they deliver nothing

I hired them to develop an app, I paid them as per the contract, but unfortunately, received nothing since two years, delivered nothing of the project!
Very bad company, complete lies, good communication till collecting the money, then not even a reply!

We agreed on something and amount was paid i did not even get 40% of what i was expecting and i already lost my reputation with companies because they cannot stick to their deadlines and the work is not as great as how they describe it to be.their clients only did 1 page applications or a survey.so dont get fooled with what they tell you. I surely will be taking this to court.
Please to anyone who is willing to do something an unprofessional company, think again.

Fake people watch out! All their "US guys and numbers" are all fake! Another outsourced business from india that pretends to operate in US and get away with delays and mistakes by blaming US people.

They tried to escape their mistake by saying that the contract was signed with "US Office" and that the guys in Dubai have nothing to do with them and not to bother them. I really hope they shut this scammers place fully! What a disgrace to software and web developers!

We have been in the working relationship with ingic for the last 5 months and the results are satisfactory, the way they do their compliance work is very good because of the 24/7 customer service teams sitting and waiting to handle your queries. I see our relationship going a long way because of the fact that we are getting this work delivered on time. We are also planning to give them the contract of our mobile app development because of their prompt response with the work. This company will go a long way in future.

They are professional SCAMMERS. Paid for build an app almost 6 months ago and they never deliver the service and ignoring calls and don’t reply for mails after the payment done. Surely taking the matters for the higher authorities.

So far so good. But lets see how it goes in long term, these guys have been delivering perfect servcies to me since the last 2 months

A very bad company we do not recommend dealing with, i have experience with them and agreement to complete the work within 65 days, and now one year and not finish 2% of the required work. A complaint will be filed to hold them accountable, and to check please contact me. Im also going to repeat my message every month to help others not get into a failed experiment with this company

AMAZING! Is an understatement for this company these people are masters at their craft. I hope that they open an office in my home country Spain so that people could get the experience of working in such an amazing company.

I have had thirty logos made from this company. One after another they provide amazing logo designs that has left my customers dumbfounded. They are the best in business, it is solely because of Ingic company that my business is doing really good and now iam planning to get an application made from these guys.

This company is a scam - Its all one big heist. Once they have your money, they become impossible to contact and when you go to the office in Al Barsha, they give you fake contacts in America.who do not answer.

I got my website made from INGIC. These people are very good with work, the pace was a bit slow at first but they completed my website well ahead of the time. I would definitly be continuing to work with this agency evebn more.

I work at a renowned super market. I advised my company to get a mobile application and a website made from this company Ingic because I had heard a lot of good things about this company from my peers. And no wonder why it has such a good reputation because they delivered everything on time and guess what, everything was pitch perfect, no glitches at all, they even gave us timely updates that for totally free. It is because of this reason we have signed a deal for ten years. This guys are masters at their craft I am telling you.

I just had one application made from this company and in return they provided me soo much at a very little price from the market. I am surprised that how can somebody give you such quality of work at such low prices. I and INGIC will go a long way in keep this healthy relationship positive which will be mutually beneficial for us both.

I had a pretty bad experience with INGIC (Dubai). A contract was signed, an amount was discussed, timelines were drawn & agreed upon, and account managers were assigned. I mean... Your typical process of kick starting a small project, right?

I found their lack of adherence to the agreed timelines quite shocking. And the way their 'overseas' employees spoke to my female colleagues was absolutely unacceptable. They had a loop-hole or two in their contract (which obviously benefited them).

All-in-all, it is your prerogative if you choose to work with this group of individuals, but my advice is make sure you dot all the i's and cross all the t's before signing or agreeing anything.

we contacted INGIC and we got call Back from Adam who is claiming to be from the US office and asked someone from INGIC Dubai office to follow up, once we singed the contract our project was managed by Eric then Ronald then Jordan who all claimed to be located in the US and their manager is Keith, later we found out from the API's access's we granted them that they are working from Karachi Pakistan, we submitted complaint to California General attorney office and they advised that they are using IP spoofing (virtual phone numbers) and they are not located in the US, we also contacted the US federal trade commission (anti tech fraud) who listed them in the national data base, we also pursuing the matter with California consumer protection department, Dubai Courts.we also tried to verify the addresses they listed on their websites and it turned out that most of them either virtual offices or shared desks, they use IP numbers and when you call any of the offices (Singapore, London, US) the same people will reply to you and direct you to the same overloaded inexperience team who will take your money kill your project.we are working to expose these people and their fraudulent practices and save future businesses from them taking all the legal actions at our disposal including reviewing them on the very platforms that led us to them, we believe it is our responsibility as consumers to do so.please be safe and avoid them

I have been doing business with ingic for the last three years, and now even a single time they have disappointing me. They are proficient, understanding and the most courteous of all. So many times they have given me such huge discounts they nobody in the market would have given me. I would like to give a shout out to their Account manager Edward who has been handling my projects from the first time i started doing business with these people. He is amazing but its all because of ingic's management.

Our initial quote was really cheap, but the cost in time and frustration was not worth it. We ended up ditching the platform they made for us, as it just didn't work well. Terrible UI/UX for our clients, and was not great for us on the back end either. Asked for a small update to be done after a few months, and they quoted us the same amount as it cost to build the whole platform. If you do decide to go with Ingic, your quote may be cheap, but be prepared for it to take a long time, and for the final product to be subpar.

I got my application for IOS and Android developed from Ingic. I must concur that the work that these guys have done is nothing short of marvelous. The app works perfectly and smooth and they even come up with the updates of the same from time to time.

Worst company i have ever worked with, the project was supposed to take 1 month it took them 4 month, and the website was not functional, i had to pay extra to someone outside to help me complete the project. They changed the project Manager 3 times and they never answer email, calls or texts. Very unprofessional.

The App is fairly complex with a number of features. The results could not have been better. They had a solution to every problem. I could not imagine doing development work without them.
