INJAZ Registration Trustee

Poor overall experience.

After everything was paid and signed - we spent almost 3h there - they suddenly requested an additional big payment (to DLD) that made no sense.
After I called DLD and other trustees to confirm this was not due, they said a few hundred dirhams were missing and had to be paid; which I did. Next day, they called me to say that this also was a mistake, all amounts were right from thd beginning. They refunded me by giving back one bank cheque and requesting an online payment. Which means I had to waste time to collect and cancel the cheque myself, and pay fees because of their mistake.
They did not even bother apologizing or admitting they were wrong.
All this for a regular apartment transfer, which would take 1h total at other trustees from my experience.

The transaction eventually succeeded. Not going there again unless I'm forced to.

Documents reception executive Ms. Princess is always very competent and helpful, she goes extra mile to assist, when it is possible. She has saved us a day of the international trip for the company documents registration procedure.

The team overall is very friendly and pays attention.

Usually I never leave any reviews, however this time i cant pass without one.

I went to Injaz to do my transaction last week and got super satisfied with knowledge, fast service, friendliness and politiness of the team.

They are very unprofessional people all the staff had trainee badges no know is telling what to do and they put 50/50 partner share its was 74/26 i even mailed them 3-4 times

An other office with additional fees. When it comes to finalizing the deal after I paid all fees and purchase price, they referred me to DLD and i have to fight for my right at DLD. As i needed their help, they „washed their hands in innocence“. May b i need to engage an additional trustee who deals with this trustee.
