Amazing printing quality and products I tried printing on hoodies, sequin pillow case and mugs. All were amazing and very nice gifts.

I'm thrilled with my customized t-shirt. The quality is high, and the delivery was prompt. Their professionalism is reflected in both product and service.

Not great quality tops. Large size you can’t even fit a mouses head through it. Printing is fine.

Highly recommended them, I had an issue on their website but they were very quick to respond to my query through the on site help chat. They very quickly solved the issue and supported my request for quick delivery. I received my item the next day. Once again I am very happy with the end product.

Ordered custom magic mugs. I had placed the order online and submitted the custom image through the site. Inkmash reached out and asked me to send a better quality image to ensure that the end product would be at a certain standard. They did not disappoint and also ensured that the product was delivered early as requested. Will definitely use them again.

Orderd tshirts from inkimash for a Clothing brand.however I have faced countless quality issues. One issue they have managed to rectify, and another issues unfortunately they couldn't rectify.

I'm sad that I'm giniving them only 1 stars as their customer service is truly amazing and very professional, they did everything they could to rectify the issues.

Main problem is in Their factory quality control.
So if you are ordering in bulk.you need to be aware

Website very very slow, designer tool is not working at all full of bugs, you should fix this it's not serious at all.

Disappointed. I’ve ordered my customized iPhone case and it took them two weeks to send to me. The cover came in low resolution and bended. What is more annoying is that they said it suits iPhone x / xr, but it doesn’t cover the edges of my phone.

I wanted to collaborate with them but seeing the quality made me change my mind

I have sent them a drawing that I specifically wanted the hoodie to be designed like, and they clearly stated that it’s doable. Unfortunately after I paid they sent me an incomplete design stating that they can’t do some stuff that are in the drawing. I would’ve appreciated it, if they said that they can’t do it before I paid, giving the fact that they had few days to look at the drawing and decide wether or not it’s doable.

Fantastic Communication, excellent with helping design the jackets and easy payment details. Jackets were very soft, comfortable and well put together. Highly recommend and will order from again in the distant future.

Great service but the parking is TERRIBLE. Horrible experience to park your car. But they make good products. Transact online or via phone.

I was so pleased with my experience with InkMash despite one glitch as their team recovered the mistake in a very professional and swift manner.
First, I chose them for the simplicity of using their website to create the designs I wanted. Just great and super fun with previews so that you are sure about what the end product will look like. Then, I received what I ordered in a matter of 2 days! Finally I found the quality of the tshirt itself and the prints absolutely great.
They were so nicely folded that I did not take them out of their plastic package (pic attached). However, when I gave them as a gift to my husband and as he opened it, I was disappointed to see there was a print missing in the back of one t-shirt.
Nevertheless, I am still giving 5 stars to this service for the quality and for their recovery, as they sent someone to pick up the t-shirt the next day and I received it with the print the same evening! Pretty neat, thank you!

I found the staff to be polite, but the company initially failed to deliver a quality product (the products I ordered were incorrect, with obvious misprints and discolorations). It took a full month to get the product to me with correct coloration. I was unhappy with the delivery date and product delivered, and when I asked about cancelling my order they fully refunded my order in addition to sending me the correct covers. I was treated the way I would treat people if I owned my own business. Highly recommend them as a company.
