Im so irritated with this agency, before it was good but now it is a worst agency ever. My brother work with them for 2yrs already, after his service its been 3months already he didnt receive any graduity from them he keep in touch with them , they keep promises but still nothing my brother have no job he cannot apply and financially broke, he is having depression cannot sleep thinking when he will receive his graduity. Very disappointed

I got my job here at Innovation there are very good. I work in Purehealth under innovation and thanks to Maricel that assist me help me get this job.it helps a lot.

One of the best experience in this company. Everything was done by professional way. Good ambience and very friendly treating staffs. All things related to visa process are uptodate.

They are scammers as they asked you to work with them but don’t give you the salary on time and whenever you ask about the update they say until client wont release the payment we will not give you its been 3 months. They haven’t release the salary. The review you guys have been seeing these are all paid reviews.

They forced to sign this for visa cancellation after resigning and giving notice period. They deduct leave salary and gratuity for visa cost.

App not working properly. I have completed my profile and upload cv after when I want to apply for any job arror show every time resume required. I try many time to solve this problem but not able to find a solution. I contact with support services helpdisk but not get any response.this issue happen when I apply for jobs these are available in UAE when I apply for another country then app work properly. Very embarrassing interview I ever had in last 10 years, they don't know what, whom, how to speak, I have an great experience in fashion departmental store.and His 1st question was my Nationality, GC experience very poor. If you don't have little knowledge to speak, ask who is sitting front of you and who is a Store Manager in fashion departmental stores for a last 8 years this is what you ask? Forget about the basic questions like KPI, Store Operations, team handling, inventory, Bussiness acumen etc. Am sorry i will never go back to this office.

Not very good.as they make an walk to interview for call center and no manage for candidates or lines.hr was so late.and after waiting for more than 3 hours they add a new experience requirements as a bank call center experience.that's was so bad.never to trust any announcements from them

They don't give salary to employee's they give fake promises, and when you want to resign they ask money.so please don't join this fake company.

Very very poor service from Innovation side. One of my friend is recruited through Innovation and they are not maintain proper communications. Coordination is very very poor. I will not recommend anyone bcz I am the victim of her stressful work life.

Please don't join this agency. If anyone is joining, they are just not responive. I am trapped here now, not getting my monthly salary properly even after 15th of everymonth and when I am enquiring they are not replying properly. I am stuck in here.

The worst outsourcing company in the UAE when it comes to employees relations, no application to process any inquiry and when you call no support, sometimes they process your monthly salary in 40 days, the worst experience ever

HR is very rude. Worst way of communication from HR. They Don't know how to behave. Before hiring only they talk rude, how they will behave once if i get job posting from them. Suppose If any problem you face, I don't think they will solve your problems.

Worst, worst, worst company ever. Company's operation manager left my inquiry in half way abruptly and no response or assistance for 1 month. Don't have the courtesy to send an email response even after daily follow up. Calling landline, goodness.no please.

What does it mean when a company post a job on job sites and apps and saying particular nationality only and other nationalities will not be considered?

I had an appointment with Mr Vigis or Ms Muni.no one attended to me I waited for close to 2 hours. Really disappointing

Sometimes when you are fedup of finding job they will offer you something at last OR least moments even itz low but they will offer. In short a reputeable recruitment organization.

The process with them will take ages, Don’t believe everything they will inform you with such as according to the immigration visa stamping takes 7-10 days However, it announced earlier this year the orders from dubai ruler it should be done within 24 H, They will ask to keep your passport under their custody with no reason which is against the law anyways make it your last choice to find a job in dubai.

This is company is joke they called me for the call center position they ask for experience and i have experience more than him and i called again the next day he said that my CV
get rejected i said why he didn't give me any reason he didn't say anything or give me the reason that's after he said that u can attend the Interview and of course i can said and he said tommorow you will have interview and I will send email and nothing didn't receive anything anyway all the staff they doesn't
know how to work just making calls and give hopeless case I had that call from Shaym kumar and he doesn't know how to work dont know how u get this job man plz if u dont how

I started working for A company on dubai through innovations but due to some emergencies i had to return back to india. Due to my medical health condotions i was advised by doctor not to travel for a month or two. I submitted all the required medical documents to HR regarding same. But innovation din consider that and terminated me from job. After that i was supposed to be paid 2 months salary from innovation i do have salary slips from my company they have already paid salary but innovations is not releasing. Its been 8 months for now everytym thy ask me to wait or ask me to return to dubai for getting my salary. No one is responding properly about my issue i need someone to look after this case andget back to me.

The company employees are incompetent. If you are looking for job in UAE, just look elsewhere not in this company/agency, they are just making money out of you. This is the last company you would want to work with. If there is a zero star rating, would rather give it a zero.
