Inspire Yoga + Pilates + Fitness DIFC

Love Rawabi’s pilates classes. She’s such a knowledgeable instructor, but still very approachable. Definitely my favorite instructor in Dubai.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have found Inspire Yoga & Fitness studio. Every visit feels like a warm embrace, making it a space I look forward o returning to week after week.
My favorite classes are with Gaurav. Hiss classes are a harmonious blend of mindfulness, strength, and flexibility, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and centered after each session. He pays careful attention to every student, offering modifications and encouragement, making even the most challenging poses accessible.
I have seen a remarkable transformation in both my physical and mental well-being since joining his classes.
I highly recommend this studio to anyone seeking a space to nurture their mind, body, and soul. Trust me; you won't be disappointed.

I’ve tried different yoga studio in Dubai until I came to inspired, they offer different type of classes on daily basis from 6am to 9pm. Studio is always clean and the staffs are not only professional, they are super friendly. This place become my second home and I definitely recommend them to everyone.

I LOVE this studio. I’ve been a regular yogi here for the past year and I have grown so much in my yoga practice because of their variety in classes and especially their amazing teachers, especially Gaurav, Neha, Lizel, and Edel. They challenged me to reach poses I was never able to do before which gave me so much more confidence and motivation to continue my practice.

As for the studio, it’s always very clean, tidy and calming. The location is perfect. The front desk staff, Michelle and Armen, are always super welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this studio!

A beautiful studio, a beautiful class. “Warm Sculpt Yoga” with Samah was the perfect fusion of yummy yoga stretches and muscles activating Pilates moves. Samah pushes you and creates a great atmosphere in the class. The heat is an extra challenge, loved that it’s kept at a reasonable level and not at broiling temperature like Bikram. Used to love Inspire Yoga in Manara and so glad to now have them closer to me in DIFC!

Good location: 5mins walk from Financial metro station. Studio is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Good teachers. They create a whatapp chat to support customers if you have any questions, they made a time lapes video to guide you how to find the direction to the studio from the parking place. Highly recommended if you are a fan of yoga

I am visiting dubai and was looking to continue my practice here. I started with Anishka Bagla’s flow class and it was absolutely amazing! I simply love how she guides you into a trance. The class starts with a good warm up, builds into strength and flexibilty and then we are guided into a deep meditation. I enjoyed certain drills that i had never done before. Highly recommend her classes!

Having just moved to Dubai I was lucky enough to find this studio nearby. With incredibly friendly and helpful staff, the space is relaxing and impeccably clean. The yoga session was well-paced, with a very professional teacher and challenging adjustments. I will definitely be going back!

Everything about this this Yoga studio it is 5stars: the cleanliness, the trainer, the atmosphere, the music choose for the lessons, the 60-70 minutes of yoga here at Inspire are my retreat after a busy day, or the energy pill in the morning, depending if i choose to go in the morning or evening.

I love Inspire Yoga so much. It makes me feel at home everytime I go there. The staff is so friendly and kind and they have the best yoga Teachers in Dubai.

Best Yoga Studio in Dubai!

I attended a yoga class with January last week and can't recommend it enough! The yoga studio is new and incredible at the DIFC - convenient location and great staff. Everyone was very prompt in their responses and Armen was very helpful in suggesting classes that would appropriately suit my need. I do appreciate Inspire's promptness and knowledgable instructors, which made going for a yoga session such a personalized treat!

Me and my friends are in love with the rooftop yoga classes of inspire studio. Nitai gives really challenging classes but the filling after can’t be described in words. Location, mantras, asanas and organization are excellent. It is not our first and definitely not the last time. Studio staff is always friendly and professional. Armen is always very helpful and thoughtful. Grateful that I found this place and highly recommend

You'll find there all kind of yoga classes you can possibly think of, but I really do recommend to do outdoor yoga as I'm sure you'll be amazed by this experience. Teachers are so professional and they're sharing their knowledge and positive energy. I'm learning a lot from each class. Studio itself is really clean and beautiful. One of my favourite studios in town! Their wide variety of classes and styles are suitable for all levels, Inspire Yoga studio has such a nice and pleasant atmosphere. The staff are very polite, professional and always follow up in regards to an upcoming class (in case you've forgotten) which I personally like. The studio design and layout is absolutely beautiful as well. Also I really like how clean the studio is, makes every class even that much more pleasant! Their Yoga teachers are absolutely lovely as well!

Amazing studio for all types of yoga, I am so happy they opened a branch in DIFC. Beautiful, clean and spacious studio, staff are friendly and accommodating. Warm core and sculpt yoga a must do with Samah, a mix of challenging yoga and Pilates postures you will sweat till the end of the class.

That’s one of the most amazing studios in Dubai. Very nice design of studios and they are offering Prenatal and warm classes as well. Staff are very polite and they always follow up on your booking. Inspire Yoga studio has been such a good experience. The staff is friendly and very prompt in guiding you for the classes. The instructors are great and the vibe of the studio is just amazing! You go in for the class with a heavy mind, but come out absolutely empty and rejuvenated. Instant dose of good energy!
