The staffs were ill mannered and behaved rude toward the customer. They did not understand English, and because of this the communication between the staff and customer was difficult. They charged us for an order that was not placed by us and argued with us and lied to us telling about the counter being closed and tried making us pay for things we didn’t order. The menu options are very less, there aren’t many food options that you can choose from. This place is only nice for the seating and the lights. I would strongly advise everyone to be aware of how they treat you. They were racist. There was no reason to charge us with items that was never placed. It was my first experience at this cafe and turns out i will never revisit this place again because of the way the staffs dealt with us. As a new customer, I am very disappointed in the service and lack of hospitality and lack of communication.

The best place for shisha in Abu Hail is Instagram Cafe with 35 Aed shisha and best quality shisha. Best and chill Vibes with amazing atmosphere. I'm not a fan of food in shisha Cafe but I would recommend u to visit Instagram Cafe once with Grape Mint shisha. It's so amazing with a lit buzz cold in ur head. Guys plzz visit the cafe.

On sundays they have minimum order which is not mentioned before nor on the menu moreover the service is just ok but the ambiance is good

They have very good price, we always have sheesha there, but the best thing is that you feel like you're in your setting room in your house.

Its not worth your money, we had two sheesha and mojitos both are not good enough,
In same price you can go al halub sheeha is very good environment is very good,
Here also too much smoke, smoke sinker was not working properly.

The fact it's 24/7 open is a plus. However, the shisha was below average and the music was crazy loud. And when I asked the waiter if it was possible to lower the volume a bit because I was not able to even hear my friends who are sitting next to me he replied “it is very low music today because not many customers today, usually it's louder” so we had to leave in less than an hour. Not going to recommend it

Bad staff of this Shisa I just come and ask for available table cuz just need to know I can get inside shop and staff talk very bad like he said in Arabic language in bad words but I’m understand that just really bad place

The worst experience soo far i have experienced in a cafe! The waiter was rude af and we just wanted to order a small pizza as we were looking for something light to have.but he says we cant order it unless we order something to drink alongside with it i mean then why is the pizza in the menu.also he said we cant order one item alone…such poor customer service.do employ people who atleast treats the customer kindly.and made us wait nearly an hour for our ordermade me wanna walk off from the cafe. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL…wish i could review this cafe without any stars at all

Very good place for sheesha just beside alqiyadah metro station, you can get parking easily.sheesha is good almost all flavour you ll get.

Just good place to have a noisy seat with friends and talking, or playing a PlayStation, it is never good to study to have a calm time

Very bad sevice I will never come to this place. Waiter was rude and stupid. I recommend not to come here. WiFi was best

I visited the place because it looked different from the other cafes around it but was disappointed when the shisha i ordered arrived. It was the worst i have ever had and I've been to literally 50 cafes. I ordered the blueberry but i don't think he put any flavour in it i was getting steam only and that too was burnt so i enquired about it from the waiter to which he said maybe you have never had Shisha before that's why you don't know how it tastes. To that i just threw the money at the waiters face and left. The waiters there don't even know what the meaning of customer service is. I don't even want to give them 1 star but i cannot go lower than 1. The lighting is very low cant even see the smoke and they keep doors open so i cannot even make smoke rings. Its a waste of time. If you're Arabic or white maybe they will treat you better but if you're not they will treat you like trash.

Same as other customer’s review. The WiFi is really good but the service is the worst. How?
The waiter is shouting to us because he says it’s very annoying that I changed my order.
I ordered one ginger tea and I want to change to green tea (with in 1 min time).
And at the end he insist to charge us 2 drinks amount.
Which is 10.5 aed per drink.
Today it’s really not about the amount but the attitude is UNBELIEVABLE, speaking loud and rude and speaking with arms in the air waving.

I am also a restaurant owner, I really understand about reviews is important so I never gave any one star to any restaurant in my life before.
But their service really doesn’t deserve any star.
Of course not to all the staffs but the one who is serving us really shouldn’t be in the service area.
Like.really should work in the kitchen or back office.

Loved the place. Its private and their shisha is nice. Only thing is it’s overpriced and the problem with parking.
