Dr. Mamata was the assigned pediatrician for my son and I’m so glad we have her. She made sure that I can always contact her for any questions about my son’s development since day 1.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Meera. Overall good and satisfying experience from IMH. Especially Dr. Meera, all credits to her and her team for our first baby delivery. Today is our discharge, I would like to share the awesome and greatful experience with all the doctors, nurses, hospital itself and specially with Dr. Meera.
My wife struggle to have about 15 hours of labor for our baby delivery and thankfully our baby was delivered normal process. But believe me from the beginning of her labor til she gave birth to our beautiful son they were so supportive and hands-on, so accomodating. I believed that it was Dr. Meera off yet shes still came. So lovely of her.
For the hospital it was so clean, good ambiance, ground security, housekeeping, they were all friendly.
We are so proud to say that IMH is one of best hospital.

We like to share the great joy of having our second child from IMH hospital Dubai. This place is like heaven where there are many angels to take care of.
Speaking about Doctor, Dr. Meera is so affectionate, that she treated us like her family member. You will forget the labor pain when she is beside you, such caring that words can’t describe. She personally called over phone and enquired about health during final weeks of pregnancy.

Dr. Shalini Verma is a very professional and her way of providing comfort and confidence in her patients is unbeatable.
Thanks to her for helping my wife throughout pregnancy like a friend which resulted in a very hassle free process of delivery.
We are lucky to have her throughout pregnancy and delivery process. She was always there to assist my wife through phone calls or through watsapp chats for any doubts during day or night.
During this time we saw her passion and dedication for her work, which is not seen in most of the cases.
We strongly suggest her for anyone who is still looking/ or confused about which doctor to approach for pre natal, delivery and post delivery.

I had a C-section with Dr. Shalini. Throughout my pregnancy cycle she made me feel comfortable n gave the right info when needed. She knows her patient well n how to make them feel comfortable. The surgery was successful without any complications. She is a wonderful surgeon, a very empathetic Doctor, someone who validates my pain, listens to my problem, and treats me with professional courtesy. Its rare to find a Doctor like her that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

October 21- pathetic services, their system is gone, car parking a nightmare where they tell you to park in the basement and cars are parked ahead of each other with no supervision. Doctor had prescribed a wrong erx code and it took me a full day to get a prescription. DONT VISIT

September 19. I was called by the hospital customer service staff Ms Fatima after the below incident and she apologized for the experience. She mentioned that the Admin staff had made a mistake in not updating the Doctors Leave record due to which there was miscommunication. The staff apologized, we went ahead and showed the Doctor and were satisfied. Appreciate the gesture by the IMH customer service team. Everyone makes mistakes however it is important to rectify the mistake which the hospital did in no time. Thank you all

I had an appointment for my daughter with Ophthalmologist Dr Vidhi Majitha. I was made to wait for an hour and when i started inquiring i was told that the Doctor is not picking her mobile, her nurse had no info, after almost an hour the hospital informed me that the doctor called and had left for the day due to some work without informing anyone and made a mockery of the patients. I have never come across such irresponsible behavior from a doctor or a hospital. I would write a letter to DHA as well to take action against such doctors unless i receive a written apology letter from the Management signed by the doctor. Pathetic service, this hospital has gone down like anything.

My gynaec at IMH was Dr shalini. She is highly experienced and guided my pregnancy from 36th week until my delivery. My baby was born safe and healthy. Definitely recommend her and IMH

The service is 0% even the lady in reception / billing she’s not respecting, I really had a bad experience with them and I will not go back there again.

When I found out that I was pregnant I really wanted to have a VBAC this time as I don’t want to undergo Cs anymore. I just had one worry, my youngest is just a little over a year. So I researched and found high recommendations for Dra. Pranjali of IMH. Most of the mom groups here in Dubai has mentioned her in every discussion in to who can be a great OB and also OB team. IMH is always mentioned. And yes, I was very happy with the care I received from IMH. And wasn’t disappointed as I was able to deliver my baby through VBAC. Thank you so much.

This has been the worst experience and service i have ever gone through in any hospital in dubai! I have wasted 2 hours of my day to get approval on my pcr test and in the end i was asked to call the insurance company myself to sort it out! Also the admin staff added the wrong insurance card number and i have been waiting for another 2 hours for the issue to get sorted it out! Although it is the hospitals mistake, i was not offered any kind of compensation and i was told that the shifts are over and theres no one to help. I have went to other hospitals in Dubai and never experienced any issues with my insurance! Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this hospital!

DR PRANJALI is One of the finest surgeons I have ever met. Happy, cheerful and very professional and always on top of her game that’s the reason why she is the best. She operated on my wife on Thursday and my wife was already walking in the evening.so this shows the experience of DR PRANJALI. Explaining each step and elaborating so much makes people feel at ease and who ever she operates on they are in the Best hands I can assure that.she is such an amazing and terrific and knowledgeable surgeon.

I took an appointment at 6: 20 waited for one hour and the receptionist didn’t even want to let me in saying that the doctor stopped accepting more people it was totally bad experience and they don’t have any excuse for not letting you in and the doctor is coming out shouting to the receptionist that he doesn’t want more patients it is a total disappointment and I advise you not to come

Highly not recommended, it is not professional hospital, it looks like underground hospital, no one is wearing facemask starting from nurses doctors and even management of the hospital, they care about only business (patient comes last) I have terrible experience in general surgeon section, i did surgery there but the surgeon didnt meet me after operation either inform me what I have to do what I have not to do then in the first follow up he was claiming that he told me a kind of home treatment but he didnt even meet me after surgery.only nurse came to visit me.actually I didnt recommend it for anyone.

Worst ever experience, waited for 4 hours with my infant baby in hand crying with cough and cold and nobody has balls to treat us.i would never ever gonna recommend to this bloody hospital in my entire life.they made it so pathetic that doctor's even apologised.

One of the best hospital in UAE.they have really good staff to take care of whatever you need. Doctors are highly experienced & they deal with you like a family. Cost wise also very cheap. We went for my wife delivery. They treat as like a VIP geaust. Food are of best quality. House keeping is good.

Last but not least Dr. Pranjali Shingh. One of the best gynecologist in the world. She treat us like she is our mother.

Very bad communication from the egyptian woman in reception, for every information i asked she replied only "yess sir yess yes" like she was in hurry and annoyed.

Very good service when you compare with other hospitals in Dubai, Friendly staff and everyone is very cooperative.

Especially Ms. Fatma in patient servicing department I guess. She is very good at her work and having a very good professional approach. And very informative too.

Very bad attitude, poor morals and ethics. CEO at that time 2015 - 2018 interefered with doctors work, post cases for procedures without informing the specialist doing the procedure, would transfer patients from other hospitals without our knowledge and admit under our name.
Finance has no sence of dignity or responsibility not paying salaries at all in time, Quality control dept, ill mannered

We are satisfied with this hospital, especially with doctor shalini which our doctor for the past 3days.the hospital facilities is absolutely perfect.

This review was pending for a while. It's based on my visit to their Emergency Department in March, 2013.

I came alone with pain related to kidney stone and it was sever. Firstly, they took lot of time to get me inside the treatment area and secondly, they again took forever to give me painkiller. I told them that I know the case of the pain as this was a repeated incident for me, still they took more than 20 minutes to decide on medication (I understand that they have to evaluate the case before proceeding with medication, however, they really took too long and I was suffering from terrible pain).

After getting the medication, I felt better and the biggest tragedy was during going out. When they checked me in, they took my Emirates ID and Insurance card. I was in immense pain and hence I couldn't take it back when they were doing the registration process. While moving out, the guy at the reception was 100% sure he handed over to me and after an argument he started behaving rudely.

Finally after forcing him to check at his desk, he found the card and handed over to me with attitude (did not even bother to apologize).

I kept wondering, what would have happened if the card was not returned and if I had to go through some medical procedure or surgery the following day!

After that incident, I advise all my friends & family to avoid going to this hospital.

It has been 7 years and still that experience is haunting me!

Sharing my experience with Dr. Shilpa Suryavanshi
Almost a year in dubai and was looking for a gynecologists as i suffer from psod and obesity. After trying almost half a dozen from aster and icare, even some of the famous drs from american hospital and mediclinic i decided finding a good dr in uae is absolutely impossible and dont remember exactly but happend to meet this wonderful person dr shilpa suryavanshi. Since end of 2014 till today I prefer going to her and most of my friends I have recommended her name cant stop praising her.
When you stay away from you family she is my family, friend, sister, mother and most of all best dr one can every have. When i was pregnant with my twins where me and my husband were scare of the fact that how will we manage everything without any family support dr. Shilpa was always there to play role of a mother to me, with her skills and help I have one year old healthy twin girls. Still go to dr shilpa for postpartum support and treatment. I recommend her over any other dr in dubai or my ols drs back home in india.
I can write so much more about her but then just want to thank this wonderful angel. Dr. Shilpa suryavanshi works at international modern hospital, dubai.

I am so happy with the professionalism exhibited by staff at IMH, I would to commend in particular Dr. Pranjali Singh for her commitment & dedication to her job. Our experience throughout the pregnancy to the birth of our first child was remarkable. The nurses team was so helpful during delivery I can remember one called "Anu or Nanu" sp.

I went to the hospital and I Met cardiologist his name Dr behrad. I want to sugest to all to go to him and get his opinion. I went to other hospital they admit me but I went dama and I came to Intenational modern hospital to doctor he informed me no need to worry and I’m thankful to him

It’s probably the worst hospital i have ever gone.the customer service is completely out, unlike Prime Medical or Aster, ladies on the 1st floor are busy chewing gums and serve you with a lot of attitude.registering new patient takes literally 30 minutes, new staff at the reception on 1st floor don’t seems to know what they are doing and the experienced ones are not bothered to help them at all. I couldn’t believe what I saw.booked appointment at 1PM because I had ear problem and was attended to at 1: 50PM, when i asked the receptionist she said arrogantly the doctor isn’t around, what’s the point of booking appointments? I was so inconvenienced.no apologies at all from the doctor or the reception, the doctor just laughed off.he was cleaning my ear with bare hands, no gloves, and no white jacket.sooo casual, they took blood samples and promised they will call me back that evening or Tomorrow morning, it’s now 5 days no calls no nothing.was my first time and will never go back there and I certainly cannot recommend anyone am disappointed completely

My husband was taken to emergency for sudden pain
The emergency room response was pathetic. They did not inform that the hospital was not Equipped for 24 hrs emergency services
We had to wait till morning for radiology and later the hospital got a outconsultant doctor to the procedure which was not even explained
They further isolated the patient becoz the family was questioning the procedure and treatment
So bad is this hospital and RMO on duty who did not even know the case history of the patient admitted And to add to it they were discharging a patient as stable who was in pain and was being given morphine to control the pain
The dubai health authority needs to look into this hospital and it’s procedure and doctors

We went to the hospital last week I just want this was the best hospital ever and I really want to thank my doctor and the nurses and the administration for taking care of me. Worst hospital, poor quality of doctors. Went to a pediatric for my daughter, gave incorrect medicines, no relief, went for followup after 1 day they again wanted to charge fees.
