The driver Mr. Ahmed Waqas was of great assistance to recover my vehicle. He was very friendly and supportive. He took care of my car very well. He even offered me cold water while I was standing in the hot sun. I am very impressed with his customer interactions and sincerity in his job.

Driver Arun IG sent to Damac Hills 2, Al Qudra: had a very pleasant experience with Arun IG, after he was sent to pick up my car from Damac Hills 2 in Al qudra. He has been to this place many times and I recommend him to everybody who lives here.he was very patient waiting with the security and very polite, even during the day. Great service. I had my battery died and I was late for an important meeting. In less than 15 minutes. Arun IG came for the rescue. He was punctual and helpful.

Although it took around 1hour for the recovery vehicle to come due to traffic situation, the service was excellent and very professional. The most pain-free car recovery of my life! Picked up in less than 20 minutes. Shamsher was a real help in finding the closest garage that could fix my problem and got me there in under 15 minutes. Great service.

I’ve used IMC vehicle renewal / testing service at least twice a year, for many years, and they have always exceeded expectations.

I’ve been quite lucky to have Basharat Ali help me the last few times, he was very polite, punctual, and goes the extra mile making sure he can save me as much time and effort as possible.

Booking process is usually quite good, this year I used their WhatsApp bot which was pretty straightforward.customer services will call you later to confirm the appointment by phone.

I would definitely recommend their vehicle renewal service, and will continue to use it

Worst service ever, do not call them in any situation. They are worst service providers. I have been waiting for my rent a car covered in the insurance from Last two days, I have not received anything apart from false promises. I would never recommend them. Call center agents just give standard replies which are of no use.

My experience is very bad with this IMC & SALAMA CAR RENTAL, their staff is non-professional and easily they can deceive you.the response from the management is also poor.they do not listen to the customers view and complains.i have not chosen this company but SALAMA insurance has provided me their service.

I am having a premium insurance from SALAMA and they want the customer to meet their requirements before handover the car. But the same is not mentioned any were on to the 7 pages of the insurance company document neither with IMC.
Call made to the office of IMC to find a better solution so the customer need can be looked after no call back either from the call agent or the supervisor of duty.
Very poor service. Not at all ready to cooperate.

Amazing professionalism from IMC right from the start. The call center person was very kind enough to support with my request and he sent me a recovery in less than 3 minutes. Then we have their staff Mr. Zaheer Abbas Ghulam who came to me swiftly and picked me and my car safely dropped us at the garage. He is a very professional staff and more than that he is a very good human being, very kind and empathetic. Such kind of staffs makes IMC the best service provider. I am glad to have used IMC for the service and would definitely recommend it.

My experience with their service was very easy and smooth. The driver Ali Shan was very polite and arrive in the location right away. He was alos very easy to communicate with and always gives update. Good service overall.

It was a great experience. I would like to especially mention IMC staff ‘Becky Akampurira’ who is amazing at her job. She delivered my car perfectly and safely to the desired destination. 5 stars to her. IMC is lucky to have a staff so professional.

I've heard a lot of good things in this company especially it's offered service that undeniably reliable to its commitment, however the possible downfall is on their CSR team as everyone experience from the comment section (separate the good and let go the lazy staff)
I wished the owner itself must aware and see the ROOT problem that might these called staff will bring downfall from his scratch to riches hard-work effort.

I am still keeping my 5 stars rate to its committed staff and striving to give the service to its very best till the end.

My car battery stopped working yesterday and called IMC for a battery boost service. They came to me in 15 minutes. Service was excellent. Thanks to Ms. Shifa whom i spoke with at their call center and Mr. Mohd. Naveed who came to assist.

I had a breakdown the other day and had use the IMC services for the first time which was provided by my insurance company. Had a fabulous experience. The IMC toll free number was answered promptly by a very efficient guy who had all my details and was quick to assist in sending me a recovery truck. The IMC branded recovery truck reached me in about 20 minutes and i was thoroughly impressed by the drivers professionalism and also his courteousness. He knew exactly what he was doing and very soon we were back on the road heading to the garage. Nice to see such a professional company and also the way they were using the latest technology where everything was recorded on his mobile app and upon completion of the service i even got an email from them with my digital trip sheet.

5 Stars wont be enough for the service and follow up provided by these guys! One of The most convenient thing in UAE you get with your insurance!

If there is MINUS 5 stars I would have chosen it, as it is the worst experience I’ve ever had, all the staff are non responsible and not professional, I lost 3 hours waiting for them to send the right person to change my tire because they sent me the wrong guy to charge my car battery!? Then it took them another hour to send the guy for the tires but he came without tools where I already informed them that my tools are not working and this is WHY I called a roadside assistance company then the employee went to grab his tools and he couldn’t fix my spare tire again.and he left me at the parking with doing nothing.
They didn’t bother even to call me afterwards to check if I had the issue fixed or not as obviously they don’t care about their clients.

Membership from IMC is a very bad experience, Will Never recommend any friends, Very Bad Service,

It happens that I have used IMC's services last year and this year, gladly the technician who assisted me twice is Mr. Bilal. Very accommodating, polite and professional person. He's services is commendable. Kudos!

My experience is very poor with this company, their staff is nonprofessional and easily they can deceive you.the response from the management is also poor.they do not listen to the customers view and complains.i have not chosen this company but RSA insurance has provided me their service.

I used to call them for road side assistant in RAK, to be honest, there service was good.
I call them based on my insurance company, my car is sport car so I had to ask for (full down recovery) service, its available but it will take more time to arrive.
I used there service 5 times in one year (minor issues even some times just to drop the car for service)

In more details, I faced 2 types of recovery service
first type which they work just for IMC: they have new trucks, they wear safety gloves, they care more about your car, even they use special tyre cords for safety, they act like a Professional
the second type which they work there own business and work partially with IMC, they look less Professional and they care about time, like for example, IMC workers Use 4 holding pointes (for all Tyers) while others they do just one and they don't care if it damage any thing they just care about doing it as fast as possible to drop you at the nearest place from there point of view not your choice! So they can pick another order

that's my experience with them and I am happy
just I hope that there is one more full down recovery for sport cars because at this time there is just 1 guy in RAK with this type of recovery
just to save time in case.

@IMC - Please choose your partners wisely, otherwise you will compromise your name & fame. I had a very bad experience with the partner assigned by you, 800CarGuru, for my simple battery boost service.

Realy bad customer service making drama and fool. We make roadside assistance means if any problem with the car you will help us to move but this company just making fool

High quality customer service and professional people. Car had to be removed from the desert. Agents arrived perfectly on time, well equipped, and did the job very well.

Excellent service. I called at 8.05 am. Driver confirmed immediately. Recovery arrived by 8.37. Loaded and off to workshop by 8.50. Couldn't ask for better.

Fast and very helpful. Today morning I had a flat tyre and I called them as my insurance company shared their details. They were very prompt and helpful. Their recovery guy Afsar came and helped me in getting to a nearest place to fix the tyres.

Worst roadside assistance company i ever dealt with. They dont know what they are doing and they believe their guy but you are lier to them. I will never call them again. I would rather stay on the road than calling them. Agents dont have good manner of speaking neither their person in charge.

Very Poor service and often legitimate service requests are denied. Had bad experience during a car registration service and on another occasion for an airport drop off service.

They are the worst roadside assistance in the world, especially Arnab the worst call center agent unprofessional and if I could give them 0 I would but there's no choice for that.

Completely worthless! After 1 hour of waiting, ended up with an agent who had no idea how to change a flat tire on my car model! Our insurance has a contract with IMC so when I called they were able to pull out all the information from the registration card and they even asked and confirmed which car I’m driving. However, when the service agent arrived, he got totally shocked to see the emergency tire and didn’t know what to do with it! He asked me why it looks different and when I explained because this is an emergency tire! He stared making phone calls and reading the user manual! When I called the center to understand why they sent me someone with no experience on my car, they told me the agent is saying the hydrolic pump is not working and that’s why he can’t do anything and needs to tow the car. Needless to say he had no idea how to use the hydrolic pump either! 4-5 phone calls back and forth to the center, staying on hold multiple times, filing a complaint and a good 2 hours of mu time wasted my car got towed back home for a flat tire!

We called IMC within 45 mins they reached in the place where my car is. Mr Muhammad Abrar was very helpful and professional. He help me a lot and bring the car to garage. Will definitely recommend.
