Never use Intertek Dubai, staff are not professional (ALL OFF THEM). They do mistakes and overcharge you. I have paid an invoice for a testing service after they agreed that they can do it, then after 3 weeks and after we paid for sending samples overseas to them, they came back and said "we cannot do it". I have called 10 times with 50 emails and they still did not issue the refund. And they refused to compensate for the cost of sending the samples. I cannot believe that this is a British Brand. I am located in the UK and never had to deal with such horrible communication and service. Never use.

This is the company to get certification to sell the products to other GCC markets like KSA Oman bharine Qatar etc.

Worst company in Dubai Branch, very bad services, they not giving seriousness of Shipments & certificates, our customers are worried and they canceled the orders, because of Dubai Intertek slow services
