I went to replace a smart watch that i ordered online but by mistake they delivered different color. Staff were friendly and professional. They apologized, exchanged the watch and gifted me intex headphones. Intex is amazing.

Worst company in the world, wont have proper product, all made in china, there display as holes with different lights coming from it, if we ask for refund they will tell you to give case to police, never recommended display and copy watches

Used INTEX TV and I satisfied with its quality and performance. I must say quality products are available in reasonable prices.

The customer service is really good and also the staff is very polite. Also they have dedicated service center in Al Ain center BurDubai.

I recently bought an alpha earbud the product is excellent and the sound effect is amazing.

We are dealing with Intex since last 5 to 6 years for intex compatible toner.and we did not find any difficulties to do business with them.
They are really good in maintain relationship with customers and providing support to customers on time after sales.

Worst brand by quality and support, in monitor there is a hole in display which will project light and there are software issues, smart watch are perfect copies. They will tell there is one year warranty and service but there is no service centre
