Don’t think about it Please
I am not saying that application is bad. Application is really good, user-friendly and simple. BUT this doesn’t do the facilities what they offer. My situation, I have booked a Car of 1500 for 9 months. The delivery was next day itself but I got different car which is 1440 in the application.
I told the driver who came to deliver the car about it and he doesn’t know anything and suggested to call customer care. It’s my fault I accepted the car believing INVYGO/DRIVER because of my urgency to have the car.
I contacted and chatted in app with the customer care from 1st Jan 24, the day car got delivered, may be for 4 or 5 days. They told they will replace the car and still now it has not been replaced. Irresponsible customer service what I ever got. I never said anything bad on anything in reviews, this because I had bad experience with this.

If there had been a -100 I would have given that, I selected the Apple Pay option they deducted the money from, and no car no money, when talking to the agent she said that I canceled the booking (i didn't and i) still waiting for their manager call till now worst first experience ever

Very bad company!
When I poked the car from APP the Rate for extra KM it was 0.42 AED after I returned the can they take Rate from Me 1.05 AED Each KM when i sent email to the company to solve the problem he start to give me some Excuses and that the trader is the one who set the rate, Really if you have Negative star it will be fine for this company, i will Never work with this company again and this is my advice to you guys

This is the worst company ever.the took the car to fix it.they send to me a bill to pay.but they refused to give me back the first car.they gave another car which is already damaged.customer service is a nightmare.siveral people calling.sending on whatsap.and emailing me to threaten me.my situation is legal.stop treating customers like this.and return the car to me

This company is the best and simplest way to rent a car monthly with not much up front cost. All the negative comments seem like from ppl who never read the T’s and C’s.

After 3 years of using the app since August 20th, I had dispute over 1400 aed charges, suddenly without notice they disconnected the car while I am in industrial area in the desert, 40 degree imagine! Having kids on this situation. Called they to disconnect, their customer experience manager didn't take the call, one girl was so rude and she told me she will hang up on me, and they manipulated me to pay the money to reconnect the car imagine this is happening in the UAE, for 1400 AED they put me in this situation, they put me and my family on risk and life danger over 250 usd.

They are cheating, and taking money from my saved card after sending back my car they do fake reciept from police as its fines and taking money from card, and they will never send back the money

Once the rental is in place its quite convenient in that it just rolls over to the next month. The App it must be said is a bit of a pain and wouldn't accept our documents without a lot of messing around converting to other formats etc. The car is ok but has a few things wrong with it - this is more a reflection of the actual hire company and not Invygo which is really an intermediary.

They charge hefty fees. Call center will blame the dealer for the charges when they have deducted my card with their unreasonable charges even without checking the document properly. Charged me fuel fee even after returning the car 1 bar more

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Probably the worst car rental company I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Not just in the UAE, but world wide.

Customer service is non existent & everyone your will talk to over the phone has zero ability to actually help.

I tried to add an additional driver and proved the required documents (license & uae id) as listed on the app. I was told additional documents (visa/passport) were now required. When I pointed out this was not listed on the app/website, I was advised this had “changed over a year ago, we’re in the process of updating our app and website”…. How has it taken a reputable company so long to update this?

I then requested to add another additional driver and provided all the documents again. It took over 8 days for this to then be processed, by which time my guest had left and no longer needed to be an additional driver.

Bearing in mind, one of the required documents is the entry stamp, so the process can’t be started until the person has entered the country.

Therefore, if they are staying for just a week, it’s a pointless task.

We ended up renting a second car from Hertz again, for my guest. They had my overseas guest up and running within 15 minutes.

In addition it took several days to organise delivery of the car I had booked through the app and only finally came through because I continually chased over the phone for this to be resolved.

As for the other complaints, my 3 month rental finishes on the 15th Jan and can’t wait to find out what other hidden surprises await!

After they confirm the booking and deduct the amount, they called to inform me that the car is not available. If I need another car I have to pay AED 400 extra. Completely unprofessional

Very unprofessional company. I made a booking at 9am and payment was taken on the spot. It was confirmed to have a car delivered at 3: 00pm. Only 5 minutes before the car was supposed to be delivered, at 2: 55pm, I received an email saying my booking was cancelled because the car I ordered was not unavailable. No phone call, no notice, no option to upgrade, absolutely no customer service. Also, I have not received an email about a refund, just that the booking is rejected.

Beware, this company will only waste your time.

I would have given a 5 star rating until I tried to disconnect my credit card from my booking, 30 days after returning the vehicle. It is mentioned in the terms & condition that the credit card used to make the booking will remain linked to the booking for 30 days after returning the vehicle. I was surprised to find out that the period is actually 60 days, and not 30 days! And the customer service agent whom I called was so rude to me when I requested him to verify the terms & conditions, and correct a misleading information for the public. It took me some time to decide to post this review, but I felt I must do it so that everybody is aware of this. Why does Invygo need to keep the credit card blocked for 2 months? I will not use their services ever since I am not anymore confident with their way of doing business.

A company that is known to charge your card 5 times at once, and then refund it… and then charge it again.

This is the worst company in the United Arab Emirates. They are like a broker with very bad support team, and they had no problem charging your card 5 times. After several follow up, they have refunded the money, but not before making me think that this was the most inconvenient thing that had ever happened to me. I can only imagine what would have happened if I didn't see those transactions.
Why does this happen? Why do companies like this exist? How can they get away with it? And why do we keep giving them our money?

In general I am satisfied with the service, with the choices, with the rapidity, prices offered over the last 2 years. Would be 5 out of 5.
Unfortunately this year on two occasions you had an availability of zero vehicles in 4 of the categories I would have used. Whatever the reason, on reliability I remain underwhelmed.

I needed to rent a car on very short notice and I managed to get a mitsubishi attrage 2020 on the same day. The car was in very good condition, I had it for 2 months without any issues. Also the customer support was good when I needed to add a driver or edit my mileage (somethings were not possible to edit on the app for technical issues). I would recommend this company.

The car was fine but the ac broke in the first couple of weeks. When they returned the car empty I called and was told to return the car back empty when I ended the rental. When I did this they charged me 150 aed for fuel and would not reimburse me even though I had evidence to show that they told me to do this. Not happy with this company at all, they are fine until something goes wrong and then won’t help you out at all!

They are good while you are in contract. Faced unacceptable charges whey your contract is over. Since card details are with them they can take payments whether you accept or not.

This app is easy to use, that’s where the good experience ends, the car was absolute trash, cigarette burns all over it, suspension wouldn’t even be street legal. AC doesn’t work, seatbelt in the back has been cut off.

Stay well away from this trashy app.

I got a fine for 520aed.the company didn’t inform me and took 600 (an extra 80aed) directly from my bank account and because of this, I wasn’t able to view the photographic evidence from the police and appeal against it (Government guidelines). I rented a car from a different company in the past and they inform you so you can either pay yourself with no additional fees or through the car rental company which is how they’re suppose to do it and of course, to give you the option to appeal against it. They have taken 600 without informing me which is ROBBERY and prevented my opportunity to not even having to pay the fine! DISGUSTING service how do they even get away with this! DO NOT USE!
Update - Invygo informed me that them taking money straight from the bank is included in their T&Cs but the T&Cs say nothing about once the fine is paid, the police can’t refund it due to government guidelines! SCAM!

I have been having issues with my booking right from the beginning, and all throughout. When you report on complaints, you get the normal "sorry for the inconvenience". I will not recommend Invygo.

Invygo randomly took over 3200 AED out of my bank account four months after I returned the rental car with no explanation. I would strongly advise that you do not use this company.

Be careful when taking a car and check everything.rented with them multiple cars for over a year now, but they don't care and still try to scam you out of extra money when returning a car.they claimed that the floor mat was missing and charged 200 AED for it.there never was a floor mat in the first place.what would I even do with a floor mat? That's ridiculous.would not recommend.there a tons of other apps that provide the same service and I haven't heard of any others trying this scheme.

Amazing cars very good services when i searching for the car they call me and i apply online my information i choose the date and time to receiving the car they deliver the car to your place and they come to take it from your place just one thing you should do when you receive the car take a look for any scratch because when they received it may you pay for those scratches for me i take the car full insurance and i really satisfied

Very rude and dishonest costumer service which is obviously lying to their loyal costumers. Am loyal costumer for 1.5 years and am being lied on to my face with two contradicting statements. One of the statements can only be a lie. Costumer service refuses to admit and refuses me contact to supervisor.

No more renting from Invygo again ever in my life. Without even prior confirmation from the customer, they just simply keep charging you extra using our card given at the time of registration. Its been more than 3 weeks I have been contacting the customer care to tell me the reason why they charged extra for fuel when I even attached the evidence - handover and takeover receipt showing the exact amount when I took the car and handover the car back (attached below). Their customer service people says that I returned back less (attached the screenshot) and when I showed the evidence and receipt, they stopped responding. This is like another car rental scam.
I wrote this review so that no one else should go through this. Please be cautious as they claim to make everything easy but with the credit card details they get, they simply charge without confirming with us nor will respond to your issues anytime ever.

Got into an accident and just tried to explain that the advice the app gives is misleading and leads to further charges. Immediately two people from their 'customer service' jumped on me telling me why their text is not misleading. In this country, you cannot be right as a customer.
Just as with almost every service provider, until you have to deal with customer care, it's OK. As soon as you have to though, it's certain degrees of hell. This case a quite polite one, but the outcome is the same nevertheless.

Pretty easy to lease a car from. However the selection of cars is very limited and the prices are creeping up, looking to cost about 1.5 times as much as before. Some hidden charges in the extra insurance, added driver that they don't include in the advertised price. Also apart from the monthly subscription they give no indication when you are going to be charged for a parking fine or over mileage etc, just a notification from your bank they have taken the money. It would be nice to get some advance warning so you can choose to use another card, credit card for example, if you wish. Some delays in the messaging system as well and you have to go through an automated "bot" before you can actually talk to a person.

DONT Be fooled by the “no deposit” because they will find their way to steal you! I rented a car monthly then I wanted to changed and asked that I wanted to pay just for an extra week, no problem but then I got charged again for a full month! On the same day I got deducted I talked yo them they said “if you start monthly then it can’t be change, don’t worry you will be refunded on the same day you will return the car” I gave back the car 2 days after that. I asked where was my refund they said the return wasn’t processed yet… it’s been a week now and now they are telling me that my money is in my Invygo account that they are not allowed to refund! I bought a car…. Why would I need a credit on their app! I can’t believe how they have fooled me. Be careful guys! I’m gonna go report that to the police as I have all the messages and it’s clearly a scam and that’s how they attract People that they don’t get deposit… because they know they will steal you more than that!

I am very disappointed with the service of Invygo and specially you customer service team. I was using your car for 4 months and will never do it again. They didn’t reply on time when I had questions. I want to return a car but you still charged me and to solve this issue I couldn’t even talk to anyone. Except 2 sentences you didn’t send anything during 2,5 hours and then you closed! Carasti and EZHire much better in customer service and they always available and can solve your issue. And they also don’t charge for using their app. Definitely will go for them next time.

Love the flexibility of the service. Got my car delivered the same day with only 48kms on it. Was going to use it for a few months before buying a car, but knowing that maintenance and other problems are covered has convinced me to stay subscribed. Looking forward to trying out a new car!

The best rental car company I've tried with professional, helpful and friendly staff. Their app is user friendly with quick subscription and very easy to find the perfect deal that suits you at the best rates in this branch market. The car is being delivered at your doorstep within few hours and what makes it different than others is that you don't have to pay a costly deposit.

Will never use again. You cannot upgrade your mileage after you’ve paid the monthly subscription, the cars do not really come as promised, and they are the most basic option.

They also charged me for a second month with the car after I already returned the vehicle, causing me to have issues with bank payments. They have issued a refund, but it’s taking quite a bit of time to get it back.

Overall, not happy at all. I’m using a different rental car agency that has a more realistic km restriction, a 24hr help line, and better vehicles that I am much happier with.

Great service, I rarely post any reviews but the service that they provide is excellent. My family was visiting and I upgraded to a bigger car via the app, I had an issue with the pick up and the customer service guy (Bashir I think) was very helpful. This guy should get a promotion!
If you are like me and like changing cars often, you should try it out.

Very smooth process overall. The car I received was clean and new. Delivery and Pickup were also as promised. Customer service are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend Invygo, no hassle, no deposits and they have a nice variety of cars.

I rented a car 1 week ago and they delivered different model and km even tough i told them to change still they didnt change. I had a flat tyre i guess it had problem earlier so i changed with the spare one that one is also broken. As they dont reply me for a week that i am having these issues, i am going to police tomorrow.

I have been renting for 3 month wanted to extend but realized it would be the second time I have to change the car. I faced a problem first time they gave me a non serviced car and pick up delivery took one week. Second time the car stoped when I had a meeting and stranded in the street it took them two hour to respond.

The first month we rented it was easy and we were quite happy. But then we decided to save some money and choose a less expensive car. Instead we received a dirty car the first round, the company confirming drop off time and not showing up. I gave my “feedback” to Invygo and they said they will try to take it back to the team. We won’t use the services again, if I want to be disappointed by car renting services will do it the old fashioned way.
