I recently bought a camera system kit from Iptec that I had sent to be self installed, when the system arrived The technical support I was supplied with was exceptional. Nothing was a problem and definitely was a service I would have not been provided from any other company. It really was a pleasure to have used Iptec and highly recommend anyone to use them. The products are great as they work with Mac out of the box. I only buy from them now after messing around with other cheaper and poor quality suppliers.

After a failure we returned our CCTV control unit under warranty. IPTEC and the team diagnosed and restored the unit to full functionality before shipping it back for us to reinstall. Worked first time - excellent service you guys!
