Terrible customer service, there is no way to cancel an order.
Stay away from these guys they will ruin your business.
Roel and Johnson don't reply to my emails, and they ignore them, hoping you will forget.
Worst fulfilment centre in UAE all this technology is wasted.

This fulfillment agency I do not recommend to any company, they’ve been delivering wrong items to our customers. When we wanted to collect our items they made it difficult, asking driver to come back.

This is one of the most WEIRD companies i have ever dealt with
All you do is WAIT & WAIT & WAIT and it simply takes ages to get to the bottom of anyting with them!
I approached them to discuss the dynamics.costs etc of fullfilment & delivery in the UAE of my products. The first guy i dealt with by the name of Roel took ages until i eventually communicated with him. He did not use email at all, only whats app, which is strange. After been screened by him, i was contacted by Tojo on email.great, now we using email. Confirmed a call with Tojo of which he has not responded. It feels like a game of "Cat & Mouse" or "Push/Pull" which is frustrating. It's also surprising that this is happening from a brand in the UAE, which is suppose to be World Class. They boast about having the latest technology, but cannot get the basics of Customer Service right. It sounds like they have really young people on board that are simply not experienced enough or educated to the required level.
