IRAC Integrated Rheumatology

My first experience was horrible with this clinic.
They send me location, when I reach there I couldn’t find a parking, so I suppose to drive around for 15 minutes.
Then call them and ask receptionist to guide me where is their parking located, what they couldn’t able to do. So in final I’m late for my appointment and doctor said that I need to rebook. The worst thing that I was driving there for 40 minutes just for nothing, I even didn’t get inside the clinic.
Very disappointed.

I had rehabilitation sessions with Ms. Kinnari More after having complex surgery on my upper body. She is extremely good and sessions with her have improved a lot my arms mobility.

Very professional, underrated the body mechanics, working passionately and spend good time with patients, very good follow up even after the sessions

My phsiyo Kinnari was amazing. She was kind and gentle and the sessions were very productive.

My back and arms pain has gone after different sessions with Kinnari. We have been working on exercises that I can do on daily basis at home not to let the pain come back. I recommend this clinic and my fantastic physiotherapist Kinnari!

Dr. Bhavana Khans treatment and the massage session by physiotherapist Mrs Nithika Sharmas are awesome. Very professional and friendly. The neck and shoulder pain which I was suffering for an along time has reduced a lot. I am confident that with more sessions with Nithika I will be able to completely get rid of my pain issues. Thanks to the angels in disguise.

My daughter needed sessions for her leg and we were led to Kinnari More.

Normally my daughter (10 year old) is very apprehensive about seeing doctors or anyone in the medical profession, however Kinnari’s approach making her comfortable and addressing her concerns helped gain her trust. My lil one now looks forward to her sessions and has a bounce in her step, when she goes for her sessions.

I was referred to the IRAC by my own Rheumatologist, so straight away I knew I was in good hands. Even from the very first call to book my appointments, it was clear that the staff were very friendly, very accommodating and very efficient, which is not something you would normally attribute to the medical industry in dubai. I'm not easily impressed by people, but from the very first moment I met my Physiotherapist Nitika, I was impressed, and that has only continued to grow exponentially in our subsequent sessions. Her very simple act of coming to meet me in the waiting room was a really lovely, personable touch. She put me at ease immediately, but under this very chatty, friendly personality, is an extremely professional individual who seriously knows her "stuff". She expertly found the root cause of my issues and explained in great detail what caused it and how she was going to treat it, she is very detailed and specific, which really shows her expertise in her field. She pushes me hard, but never beyond my limit, she movivates me even in her absence. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Nitika and for that matter, all the staff in IRAC, I just look at the results, and the results have been amazing. I never thought I'd have the range of mobility I have now in my shoulders and elbows, and it continues to improve week on week.

Dr. Nitika are few of those pyhsiotherapist who knows their work. I went with stiffness and pain in my neck on recommendation of Dr bhavna khan (who is also amazing doctor) and dr. Nitika take good care of it. She knows her work and being excellent in pain management. She tell you how she will remove the pain step by step and what need to be done to take care of it. Very few physio tell this in dubai. Many are more worried to book more session and make money. In 10 session my neck pain gone and i am able to move my neck. Also all the staff is very professional and friendly and make you feel easy in booking appointment.

Dr Nitika really helped me with my Carpel tunnel and just 5 sessions. Would recommend her to anyone! Made me feel super comfortable and was such a joy to be around

I have been going to IRAC for nearly a month. The entire experience is very professional right from getting the appointment, treatment and follow up. I have been working with Ms Nitika for treatment for my shoulder pain and it has been great so far. She is very thorough and treated me with patience and care and makes you feel at ease even though I was in pain. Has been great with identifying my issues and treating me for the specific problem. She has also taught me exercises to improve and strengthen which I like and appreciate as I can continue to work on myself even after the treatment, Would recommend her to anyone looking for physiotherapy in Dubai.

One word ‘NITIKA’! She literally repaired me! I have been to so many therapists and they only gave me temporary solutions. Nitika is one of the very few who really cares about her patients. She is full hands on! Explaining step by step what your body is going through, experiencing, with you on your journey to recovery! In addition she has such a loving, friendly demeanor that puts you at ease from the moment you are around her! Thank you Nitika from the bottom of my heart! And she fixed my son too! I havee been treated with Dr. Bavna Khan for almost 2 years now, she is very professional and has a wide experience with rheumatology related cases. All the staff in the client are very friendly and feel like family by now. Would highly recommend dr. Bavna as she one of the best doctors in Dubai for arthritis
