Bad experience they quote first different price and then increase price and when u talk about that why you increase price they directly refuse to do job by saying they don't have time don't trust this.

With our experience and as per the requirement, they did the job but still need touch up and minor clear things to be modified.
Already informed, but unfortunately, there is no proper feedback or cooperation for rectification of the comments besides the prices not easy.

Very poor service, after collecting my deposit, all of my calls and follow up have gone unanswered.

Huge let down in service, i have contacted the company’s staff about a product that i wanted to order so i went to their office to check the order status but one of the employees made it clear that they won’t be able to approve at the moment and they will update me via Whatapp, I kept sending messages and they kept answering late and that showed me how uninterested they were with my order. That was really disrespectful and unprofessional, so i wouldn’t recommend dealing with them.

I had a really great experience working with Iris 3D. Service was great as they helped me through the process and the finished product was of the highest quality. I would recommend their promotional printing services and plan on using them again in the future.

1) Provided me with different quotations on the phone and via email, they dont seem to have a pricing system. 2) They stopped replying to my emails mid-process. 3) I almost made the order till I found out that 90% of the photos of "their" projects on their website are actually NOT their work! I found the same photos posted by the original companies in the US and Europe, this is plagiarism:)

Definitely the best 3D printing service in the UAE in terms of product quality, with resin printing to 0.13 microns. The prototype they printed for us helped us to win the Accenture Innovation Cup at GITEX 2018.

Best quality compared to any other rapid prototyping services in the region! And very fast dispatch.

See the photos on their website? Looks cool right? Well almost non of these photos is their work! I had a bad experience with a previous 3D printing service provider in Dubai, but these guys are simply absolutely not truthful, and completely misleading with their quotes, media that they use to market themselves, and with their timelines. I was tempted with their low price and "enthusiasm" to start the job, but their actions couldn't meet their empty promises. Clearly, I DONT recommend them:)

Very prompt response and the most finest 3d printing is done here with the most precision and a very large build volume all at a very competitive rate.

Although I received the wrong piece, and didn't receive the new one on time. One of Iris 3D members kept contacting me and ensuring that they'll fix the piece that was ruined. He showed knowledge and understanding in 3D printing service, and ensured he'll deliver a much more neater and perfect piece. He then apologized for not meeting the deadline due to a very important matter, and tried his best to compansate for the time lost.
