Very unprofessional team/company. They not only lack basic customer care/satisfaction but also lack knowledge of pools and maintenance. They ruined my pool. Please AVOID them

Left my pool low for many days and when asked to resolve they didn’t do it until multiple calls.

Always just dumping chlorine in, outdated accounts where it’s manually written in a book but no reports can be given. Pool cleaners done speak english. Our water had issues only 13 months. They kept switching on the pool light and when we travelled it was on for the whole holiday I was told by a neighbor. This happened twice not just once. Really didn’t feel like staff was trained to look after a pool to a point where we decided to cut ties. Maybe we were just unlucky but our previous pool maintenance company was amazing so we changed back.

Terrible customer service-cleaner nice guy but not well trained. Over charging with chlore a fiber pool leading over months to destroy the grout, unsettling the tiles and borders limestone. Then Island King Pools can send (many many many months after) a insanely high quote to repair the damages they incurred themselves. Each time a serious issue is raised (& not even pointed out by them), management is totally unresponsive. They keep changing the supervisors who supervised NOTHING & keep beeing unresponsive until they are replaced (without warning) by a new one unaware of anything & keep being unresponsive until a next supervisor again. Email sa lot of money spent thinking you'll have a real professional maintenance, but you only get a guy who brush border, run the pump, and trow huge amount of chlorine twice a week. Don't expect maintenance & professionalism.ent to the office kept unanswered. Calls reach each time a new person who will s'en a supervisor & the snake is beating its tail again!

Ted is the best pool boy we've ever had! Really recommend Ted! Anytime the pool is sandy or dirty, we call him and he's there to make sure it's in excellent condition

I have an issue with our pool leaking and the engineer could not decide what the problem was and just walked off our property as he couldn't work it out. We were sent a quote for a large amount even though they didnt know the problem and were assuming what it could be. NO help at all and management not responding to calls or emails.

It’s the worst customer service ever, the manager was very rude and impolite in dealing with his customers. I will never suggest anyone to deal with them.

Been a customer for many years only to decide to cancel cleaning contract due to arrogance and complete lack of customer service by the employee and supervisor who make up prices to fix things as they come to mind. What was x dirhams six months ago suddenly becomes higher even though jos is less in size. And the employee actually is OK with you deciding to cancel on them, showing conplete lack of professionalism in process? ! Cleaning pool staff are polite and fo their job but some office staff taint their image badly. Never ever would I recommend them!

This is the first time in my life I'm writing review! That's what happened due to my recent move to Dubai I make the payment as cash! Now administration instruct me to pay a cleaner with out providing the recite or change back which I said to cleaner to keep it for himself 200sr I gave him 1000! After 2 days they told me that I did not pay as cleaner said he had no change to provide so he worked away with my 1000 and company send me an email saying they stop cleaning services cos u did not pay! How unfair! Try to call they hang up on me! And other thing no one cares to say the owners name! Customer services terrible as well as maintenance!
