ISS Relocations

I had used the service of ISS relocation to shift my household items as part of my TR from Dubai to Delhi in June 2023. Anish had come to do the survey and he explained everything in detail, which was very helpful, since there are a lot of questions & doubts you have. A quotation was shared in a few days where everything was mentioned very clearly & there were no charges on top of that. The team packed the products well and kept me informed throughout the transit of the goods. The service part in India was good but one are where they lacked was with assembling of Ikea products, which again was informed in Dubai itself, but if this part could also be taken care of it would be brilliant. But overall it was a smooth process.

The only movers you can entrust them with your valuable items. Excellent customer service starting with Vaibhav, to the movers team in Dubai - Usman, Fizan, Asjad, Bulla, Talha, and their team Lead Nitish who is following up closely with the insurance and the Team in Saudi headed by Haroon and the very kind and patient staff who took their time to put my items together. I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart. NO OTHER COMPANY COULD HAVE DONE IT BETTER! YOU ARE THE BEST! Thank you!

If you are looking for an international move or local move ISS are your answer.
Upon enquires a follow up courteous vist was made by Mr Joshi Viabhav and everything explained professionally in our home and assessed.
Followed by a quotation for international and after a change in work contract we decided to stay and moved location, where Mr Joshi assisted once again.

Move day came and Mr Joshi visited site the 1st morning and introduced the crew very professional.
The team set to work over a 3 day non invasive move being a smooth transition.
The lead Supervisor was Mr SAFFRAZ and directed the move team, amazing man and team. The final day was swift moving into JVC area.

Very nice team of movers. Had a great experience during the 3 day packing: very nice, helping and smiling, they really listened and found nice solutions to optimise the packing.

They have been extremely prompt and clear in communication from the onset.the team arranged a site visit in Europe before providing an estimation. Their partner overseas was polite, efficient and thorough professionals, equally on the Dubai side on arrival.
No damages, nothing missing and everything handled very well.
The account manager we dealt with was Balraj, always managing expectations and very customer oriented. He even turned up with flowers when the team was unpacking at our place. Small gestures go a long way.

I would never hesitate to recommend them even within city limit moving. I’ve moved twice before and by far ISS has proven penny worth

Very disappointed. My cargo from DXB to MNL now almost 5 months has not arrive! No update. I send email and same answer im getting. I pay in full ang the promised is only 12 weeks max. ISS pls improve your service. All may stuff in that shipment. Need it ASAP
