VIOLATING CUSTOMER RIGHTS

I purchased my item 4 days ago and didn’t like it, hence I wanted to return. As per Dubai Customer Right law I can do so within 14 calendar days if the item is in perfect condition, which it is. However, I was refused in the store to file the return. Even through I’ve checked with Apple directly and they do accept return within 14 days. Therefore, this customer unfriendly police was place by IStyle itself.

I am not happy with the fact that customer rights are not protected.

I have been calling them since past week and nobody has bothered to pick up my call. I went to the physically to ask about the phone delivery status and all they say is 'Probably, Not sure'.
This has been a really terrible experience.

It's just like Apple Store.but better! Good customer service unlike real stores, more third party accessories, cares about your devices, etc.

Excellent kind and caring service - better than any Apple Store seen in Dubai, Berlin, San Francisco or Paris

No one answer the phone, 3 days in a row trying to reach them via phone, no answer! I had to go to the branch to ask about something, and when I asked one of the salesmen there (Mohamed) why no one is answering, he said that no one is free to answer the calls!

Product price stickers are not updated some of them don’t include VAT what you see and what you pay totally different. Bad experience after all!

It was my first visit to istyle dubai hills mall, I met Douja she was very helpful and smiling face. I would recommend to go to this branch and deal with Douja.

Had some problem regarding EPP, but Mr. Mohammad the store manager assisted me all the way until the issue was fixed. Very good after sale service. Hope the rest of the team will be more friendly.

The place was full of customers and I am an old lady who is difficult for her to stand waiting for a long time. A Salesman named Kenneth who was blessed with information and kind welcomed me, and started answering all my inquiries about the IPad with great knowledge. Thank you so much.

I had an amazing experience with Douja when getting a MacBook! She was extremely kind when I spoke with her over the phone and in store. She has a big heart and really made my day. She was so helpful and I can’t thank her enough ️

The shop is well laid out, has very good products, and it is highly recommended. While everyone was helpful and friendly, it was Douja who was fantastic to deal with. She was exceptional, knowledgeable and with a great sense of humour, really listened to my questions and took the time to assist and demonstrate everything.
Her personal style should be a model for teaching sales people everywhere, turning a shopping chore into a very good experience!

We encountered the most kind and patient sales manager, Ray, who thoroughly explained our options. He handled everything from A - Z and never once showed a sign of annoyance despite us showing up just before closing time. Thank you Ray for all your support!
