I was a little skeptical coming into the place from the previous negative reviews they have but when I came with my broken scooter the technician was very professional and had my scooter fixed in no time. I saw that they also have very useful accessories for the scooter, one of which I bought and has made driving the scooter much easier

A complete waste of time, to be avoided!

I had a broken phone to fix under warranty, as they were supposed to be an official Xiaomi partner.

It turns out they are no longer Partners. Then they are supposed to charge me for a fix.
No problem, here's the phone, fix it. It took the technician a full week to install firmware or whatever, and they charged me 150 AED for it, so I went to collect my device and pay for repair, the phone started bootlooping in the hands of the receptionist!

I was not expecting this from a company that was supposed to be a Xiaomi partner.

The only thing good about this company, is the receptionist, she's a good person, it was obvious on her face that she's ashamed of being in this situation.
Can't say the same about her boss.or their supposedly "technicians"

I was not charged for a no fix, but they wasted my time. My problem was obviously not a firmware fix.

Avoid this company.

Brilliant team and the people dealing ware super helpful and extremely professional. They have a full setup for projector screens. Bought one vividstorm screen floor rising and it’s an amazing ALR screen. Super fast Deleivery. Also I’ve seen they have a lot of smart home devices and they should be able to setup automations for lights and other things. Honestly the after sales service is amazing and also the team member. The head of the team is Emad and he’s brilliant professional who knows how to make customers happy. Kuda on the ground is well versed as a technician as well. Visit the place to get an idea. You should not be disappointed with the service. Whatever tech need you have they can do it.

Bad experience.
After they had my Xiaomi vacuum for two and a half months, they told me to pay 250 for maintenance, and when I asked them for a warranty invoice that the installed part was new, they refused to repair the product

The service center is good but the staff is amazing and prompt, got my vacuum fixed thanks to KODA.
Apparently they distribute so many brands and i am happy to find Urban Moov products here.so you can buy as well while waiting.

Your after sales service sucks! Pathetic and not willing to help. I will not buy MI products anymore! Zero customer service skills!

Excellent service for repairing mobile phones. Their staff are well trained for customer service and the price are very cheap.

The lady who is my providing is not a trustworthy keeps changing the rate after delivering the product
