Whatever i say it won't be enough to show how happy I am to choose Itsoura to cover my wedding. I got the package for photography, videography and a photobooth for an outdoor wedding. These guys put soooooo much effort into each picture they took. They are so passionate about what they do. They had an extremely positive attitude throughout the whole wedding. Dealing with It soura was a smart wise perfect desision. They are also so flexible regarding the photobooth probs and the logo on the printed picures.

Getting itsoura to cover our wedding was a no-brainer. Very professional. Stunning photos and video! Absolutely love their work, and would (and do) highly recommend to everyone. Even my profile picture here is from my wedding!

Although our wedding photos were beautiful, it's been 10 months since our wedding day and I have yet to receive an acceptable wedding trailer from Itsoura.
Having carefully reviewed the work of numerous wedding photographers and videographers in Dubai, I settled on Itsoura because I really loved their work, especially their videography.
The first trailer I received was nothing like what we had requested - it didn't have the song we wanted, it didn't have the important parts we requested for, and overall, the quality of the video was terrible - lots of blurry scenes, bad editing (too little saturation, like a white mask overlayed on it), some of the scenes looked like they had been filmed on a phone camera.
I sent my feedback, and it 5 months to get the video redone - again, bad editing, some very odd scenes included, generally disappointing as a wedding video that sparked zero emotion in us and which we didn't feel like sharing with any family or friends.
I approached the manager about, who assured me he would get a different editor to work on our video and -that was over 1 month ago. No response to emails, no call-backs, and definitely no video.
Perhaps we weren't paying as much as other couples, as we had a simple one day wedding, but it's incredibly disappointing to be treated this way by one of the more well known wedding photography companies in Dubai. I shouldn't have to write out, point by point, the things that need to be included or changed in a wedding video. I would expect to receive the best, especially from experts in their field.
If you're looking for videography for your wedding, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
