Itsu Modern Japanese Restaurant, Dubai Marina

Ive been going to ITSU since it first opened in Dubai Marina years ago, we’ve been loyal customers since, their all you can eat offer is amazing & the food quality is also superb. Couldn’t recommend more!

Definitely not the best sushi in Dubai. Probably one of the worst. The taste is very bad. You don’t really feel what you eat. Feels like you’re eating a rubber.

Best sushi place ever, I tried different restaurant but Itsu is the best all you can eat sushi place.

Used to like this place a lot for their sushi and affordable price. Their chef is amazing. But lately most of the rolls are made with crab sticks.

Went here cause the vlogger we usually watch eats here all the time so might as well try it. We used to come to marine boardwalk reguarly to deposit empty plastic bottles during the pandemic but never really had an interest to try itsu only until recentlt. We tried there sushi platter for 3 people, but it did not include an unagi sushi so i added one. I havent had softshell in a while so when i saw it on the menu i ordered it, lastly weve been craving for ramen for a while now so we had to get one. Sushi was good, cuts are bigger than the normal sized sushi, one barely fits on my mouth, softshell tempura was sensational and ramen was surprisingly good. We were overall happy with the food nd worth coming back

The food was amazing and the ambiance is just right. Do come in and have a bite, and I bet you won’t be disappointed.

The only reason I’ve given 4 stars is because the variety was low

It felt like I was repeating the same sushi and sashimi dishes
Over and over again

They should add the whole menu on the all you can eat and increase the price to 150
Then i think it would be completely worth it

They also give soup and gyoza included in the all you can eat which was very nice

Other than the variety being low
I would say it was overall a pleasant experience

I would recommend any that comes here to maybe go for AL a carte

Unless you are coming for just the sushi and sashimi then all you can eat and if you don’t mind eating the same variety of sushi

Ramen and wok
Looked delicious and I would advise taking a look at the menu carefully before deciding what you want

Chefs are qualified and trained
They know what they are doing

The restaurant is a little small but nice decor and decorated very nicely
Feels authentic

But if your in Marina, JLT or surrounding areas and feel like having sushi DEFINITELY come to ITSU

Personal favourite sushi restaurant in UAE. The staff is so friendly. The food is always good and the place is always neat. Love every thing about it, especially the ice cream that they give out at the end.

I visited twice and went for the all-you-can-eat menu. The first time it was good and fresh. The second time the sushi wasn't as good - a bit old and dry- and also didn't have much variety. No shrimps, not many vegetarian options, just tuna salmon and tones of crab. The soy sauce also very mediocre

Reasonable price, good quality of food and service. For lunch time perfect balance: price, food, location.

We ordered the 120 piece Party Tray from Itsu Marina and we were so very impressed! Our guests were just as impressed too with the quality of the Sushi.

First, Ms. Mae took the time ove the phone to patiently detail to us what the Party Tray includes. Then she followed up on our order and coordinated the delivery time.

The delivery was timely and the sushi and sashimi arrived cold and elegantly disposed in the tray.
The quanity was generous, and the fish fresh.

We thank all of the staff of Itsu and the Sushi chefs for making our event successful.

Very nice, clean and generous place. The portion is very good for the price! Unlimited Sashimis and miso soup and salads! Conveyor belt with a lot of varieties. Highly recommended

Great place to satisfy a sushi crave quickly, convoy experience, not fancy and not made for romantic dates

Nothing special except 98AED for all u can eat way. Come b4 5pm otherwise the place gets overcrowded and you will not get a sashimi haha

Great buffet, lots of choices, prices for the buffet is reasonable, but the items from a la carte are super expensive for a casual Restaurant. The staff is very attentive.

The restraunt has pretty much downgraded to much more worse, food is not fresh, they returned the conveyour that automatically serves the food however they put only the cheap stuff and keeps rotating alot of food types that were included in the buffet have been removed from the menu, staff are not the most friendly also. Overall a terrible experience and definitely wont come to itzu again.

It’s a great place for sushi on the go. Affordable Prices. A fair amount of varieties.
I would give this place 4.5. They should provide more sashimi options. Waiters are friendly. Ask for jobepe.

I ain’t going to lie but the food was mid and the service is even worse. Save your 100 and go somewhere else because everything I got today was soggy and tasted old. The best tasting thing I got there was the ginger ale.

I’m a Sashimi guy and their portions are huge for the price and great quality.
Also: Huge portion of Miso soup. Most places give you a half bowl… not here! The bowl was full and the miso soup itself was excellent and chuck full of tofu and seaweed.
Very friendly and fast service. The restaurant is clean. This is a hidden gem on the Marina walk. A bit hidden but easily found.
Beware of changes to your bill. One day they charge for something, one day they charge more.

Today we took buffet.
They r serving ppl who's order food from the menu. But the ppl who's seating for buffe no one cares.

Craving Sushi and don't want the fuss and bother of an overcrowded yet undeserved location, this is your place! The service was smooth and quick, the food was very good as were the portions. Would I do this again, sure! Value for money: there are some good coupon offers online which make it brilliant value for money.

Most delicious place in Dubai to have Japanese food. Loved from start to the end. Had Beef and Salmon Teriyaki set menu with soup with California Maki, Chicken Gyoza, Prawn Tempura and Creme Brulee Desert. The concept and vibe of the restaurants is so modern. Be ready to reserve as place has waiting lists at dinner time cause of their awesome food with kind servers.

Not happy at all to the service paying full for eat all you can but they are not giving all what we ordered they are deliberately slower their service so you get tired of waiting.it's used to be our family's favourite restaurant but not anymore and I'm not recommending this restaurant I feel I got cheated the money I paid but the food is taking long time to serve to your table and forget also your orders deliberately.

Our favorite place for sushi! The the quality is amazing and the Service is perfect. I would absolutely recommend that place.

Horrible service from shift manager Minu. She broke covid rules, sat people where no seating allowed - when we returned this evening same story. Also slow service.

Poor Quality Food and Appalling Service
Painfully slow, non-existent service from wait staff that are clearly disengaged. If they’re not happy being there they certainly make sure you won’t be either. It begins with the wait staff seeing how long they can ignore you standing at the door (happened to each group that came after us as well) and ends with a waiter shouting across the restaurant at his colleague and then at the customer after numerous other short comings. The most unpleasant dining experience on all fronts that I would not want to have to endure again.

Today I was denied, not to say kicked out, because I wanted to eat alone, but there were only tables for 2. I apologise in all forms for the impertinence of asking to be let in anyway. I won't be coming back either, neither alone, nor with my wife, nor with my friends, and I will never order anything from you again, as I have done almost three times a week for the last three years. I think you can manage without me. All the best!

Best sushi place in town, if you ask me! Awesome deal for "all you can eat".
We have been coming back to Itsu for last 7 years, regardless of which area we stay in Dubai (we move a lot) and it always has been delicious we like the atmosphere too, staff are really polite and helpful.

Right from the ambience, preparation, presentation, hospitality to the food itself, Itsu left no tables unturned. The location was easy to find, the place was warm and nice. Our server, Vikas, deserves a special mention. The Sushi was particularly delectable and Ramen Soup absolutely lip-smacking! Certainly visiting again!

Very nice food as ususal with nice music at a good volume. Food was well served although I did not see to many sashimi rolling.
On the All you can eat offer is worth the experience.

Love this modern Japanese restaurant for their fantastic selection of freshly prepared sushi rolls and friendly team. The service is prompt and efficient and the dishes are generous in size without being over-priced. There are promos every week and oh yes, love their refreshing Mojitos. Try their chicken wings too, they taste great! Highly recommended and will be back soon!

Fresh sushi. Everything on the menu can't go wrong. Especially when the crazy craving for nippon food strikes.
