This is without a doubt one of the best beauty salons in Dubai! This is my first visit to a hair salon in Dubai, and I'm very pleased with my decision! Mr. Hassan and the Ozzy Team at Ivy Beauty & Bubbles are consummate professionals. I had a balayage, trim, and style; I was very pleased with how my hair turned out! Their staff is extremely pleasant and efficient. Most importantly, you get exactly what you ask for. And the prices are incredible! I wholeheartedly recommend it! Masih is a great employee. At first, I thought she is the owner because she treated every customer including me with care and passion to make our hair beautiful and surpass our expectation.

The other staff who assisted her to do the other service were very accommodating as well.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience on this saloon. Ammar was so professional and had a wonderful work, he is totally highly commendable to do your hair style.

After 4 hours of my precious life, entrusting them with my hair, instead of walking out of the salon like a queen, I left in tears, looking like a sopping cat.

Total disaster. Completely missed my color. My hair is now dry and frizzy because of all the chemicals used.

The ego these hairdressers have thinking they know everything. Not every woman wants bleached blonde hair.

I do NOT recommend this place. Stay away if you love your hair and yourself.

P. S. Their products are NOT vegan and cruelty free as they claim them to be in their fancy, poorly-written brochures.

Unpleasant experience this time in Grand Sheraton location At Ivy and bubbles salon, unfortunately shocking the attitude of the ladies section, lack of professionalism in coloring, not recommended to go there if you intend to colour hair/ bleach/ highlights, besides the they lack the hospitality side and bit aggressive which clearly makes the client feel uncomfortable unfortunately
Won’t go back again, unpleasant experience, there are better salons which are more quality
On seperate note, the spa area manager in the hotel located in 52 floor named Luisa is amazing character she is really professional and always smiling and makes you feel comfortable, I recommend the facial and spa there

The hair services are great and staff is friendly. I’m really happy with the hair Botox treatment that I got along with a haircut. Carolina and her team are great, they know what they’re doing and even cared to explain well whatever I asked. Martin at the reception is also friendly. I will definitely come back.

Disappointed.went there after seeing their hyped advertisement on IG…Honestly, there are other humble salons where you are not treated based on your skin color. The attitude of the staff/hairdressers in the ladies section is rude.
Also, the results of their treatments are substandard, does not recommend. I feel very cheated and wasted my money.
