I was first time in this salon and impressed a lot from Omar and his team Omar he did the best with my hair and the most important he didn’t do smth just to do but he advised the best way of changing to lighter color without damaging the hair. Team is professional in everything, very polite gentlemen and Kahil is very cute and wishing him to build amazing career I’ve spent in salon 5 hours and all this time these guys were around me doing whatever possible. They will not let you leave until you will be perfect even in small details I really recommend

Ladies section in salon are unprofessional in coloring, specially if you are going for balayage, bleaching, highlights definitely not recommend to go there beside unpleasant attitude in terms of aggression and not good hospitality unfortunately was shocking. Coloured my hair here for the first time and I have to say - this place requires a revisit, hands down! Omar was my hairstylist and he was as attentive, patient and professional as they come.

I did keratin treatment for 700aed + they asked me buy 300 aed of shampoo and conditioner. Letting gone within 1 week after wash without oil by even using their shampoo.and they shampoo is very bad it seems ghat shampoo is their own product.thete is no value for money. You can go here to get glossy hair for 1000 aed which will withstand until u wash ur hair

Omar & Miled did a great job with my hair. Went in for a balayage package with haircut and styling. Incredibly impressed with how they handled everything, super polite staff, great experience overall!

So I lowered my expectations (since Im availing a promo and I have bad experiences when it comes to promos) but surprisingly, it turned out to be great. I could still imagine Miled's face when he saw my dry hair and the color I wanted to achieve. Haha! Funny Miled. Fairy godmomma made it happen.

4 stars coz there are few parts of my hair that still have my old color.

Omar attended me and understood and respected my requirement without speaking much. He was a fantastic gentleman who had a lot of patience and did a wonderful job on my hair. Miled was amazing very patient with my hair that is curly and difficult to treat. We did Botox and balayage and you can just check the result in the picture that speak for itself

I came to my appointment mainly to get the colour done for my white hairs. Treatments, cuts and blow dries are easier to nail at any salon but not colour. I came and had my hopes up but left really disappointed. I wanted my white hairs to be gone and I suggested to the ‘senior’ stylist that I would like to get highlights on my hair. She said that my hair is too dark and dry and if she uses bleach, she would damage my hair. It wasn’t the first time for me to bleach to get highlights so I understood what it entails. She insisted that a full colour would be best and once my hair gets better with treatments etc then I can go and do highlights. I was not keen on getting a full hair dye as I do not need it for my full head. I asked her if she can just dye my white hairs as they are my main concern. She said no because they’re ‘many’. So I let go again and they did what they did and dyed my entire hair. The surprise comes later when I see that after the dye was done I look at my hair and I find some white hairs still there. So I tell them why do I have white hairs? I want them gone. She comes and says they did not make any mistakes and it’s my hair that has a strong long grey colour and that she’s a senior stylist and that she can cut the white hairs from the roots for me if I want. I just asked for my white hairs to be gone and I did not get what I want. If it’s about cutting them I could have done that by myself at home! And the arrogance and attitude in dealing with my issue did not help. I could see the white hairs clearly and the first thing she tells me is that I’m not seeing well and that it’s the ‘shine’ from my hair that’s not allowing me to see correctly. I left unhappy and unsatisfied.

Omar did my hair beautifully. I came for a keratin treatment and my hair has never looked better. Highly recommend!

I got my hair done from Omar today. The hair color I wanted was very complicated to achieve and I visited several salons in Dubai in wish for this color but no one succeeded. Omar has colored my hair twice now. One in Sheraton and one here at their branch in H hotel. Color turned out great. He is friendly and professional. This salon is definitely my regular now because their staff are great. Omar gas given me beautiful color and cut.

Oman is the guy who did my hair color. It’s amazing. ️I love the final look plus the color. It’s exactly what I was expecting and he did the best of it. Great service and all the staff was very nice and friendly. Definitely would love to come again. ️

Unfortunately it’s probably the worst place to get your hair done. The “amazing” package was just all lies. I have extremely damaged hair after my appointment, the treatment they used was really bad. I was actually forced to write a review right after the appointment, of course when you hair looks nice but I’m glad I didn’t as the next day my hair was so damaged. There was so sense of professionalism at all as i was basically just another person in the salon. The hairdresser was too busy to pay attention to what i wanted and what my hair needs. I will never recommend this place.
