I loved how easy going everyone is and the overall atmosphere in the place! I've taken AED 500 package for my hair and informed before hand that I've hairfall and dry as well fizzy hair.
After treatment my hair are much dry, fizzy and rough than before. Very unsatisfactory results for me.

TERRIBLE. Do not go there if you are veiled and wear Hijab, the salon is all men and when booking the appointment they say they offer veiled service but they don't, they just put you in a room alone with a man. I confirmed my appointment twice both times mentioning i'm veiled and need hijabi facility and they said sure. Went all the way to find a salon full of men and no female hairdressers available. They wanted me to compromise and be served by a man but in a room alone with him so that this would be the "veiled service". The manager Martin came and didn't even bother introducing himself and tried to make excuses that maybe they misunderstood, even though in the whatsapp conversation i said veiled and said hijabi and they confirmed it with the booking. The manager Martin was so useless zero customer service, he said there is nothing i can do sorry it's a mistake either you do with male i can offer you room on your own or nothing, and he left me sat there and went home. The other workers were laughing at my frustration and all of them looked at me like i am weird to request such a thing, when we live in a country where a lot of women are veiled. No words to describe the sheer rudeness and neglect, would never recommend or go again as customer service is key.

Mr Ozzy is highly unprofessional he is so prejudiced and short tempered. He favours european and arabic customer over asian customers. Before I went for consultation I send pic and described my requirements and yet he went ahead and did what he wanted.

I wanted dark brown highlights he gave me light close to blonde lights

The 500 aed packaged is basic colour package with hair spa. Ladies beware.

The so called botox is complete sham. It doesnt do a thing for my hair.

The only person i found is good is Mr Younis who atleast cheered me.

I went there last Thursday to do my full hair color. I was there even 20 min early for my appointment. Anyways, they took more than 4hr to finish my hair which is ok to wait there if the service is good. I requested light hair color from my hairdresser and I keep informed him that I don’t like dark colors and also keep show the color which I prefer to have.
After waiting too long he’s done with my hair, totally different from what I requested. Then he tried to redo the color which came up with a minor change. End of the day I was fed up with a bad headache. So I just said it’s ok and leave the place. As I noticed my hairdresser had more than 3 customers at the same time which he cannot concentrate on one. I don’t recommend this place at all!

Visited this salon and Umut did a fantastic job on my hair! He did his best to accommodate my request and made sure I leave the salon happy! He had the lightest hands and I was very relaxed the whole time too!

It was my second time to visit this saloon. I did haircut, Botox and manicure. As always team was friendly and meet me with smile. I loved the results, my hair was silky and nicely cut. Definitely I will come back again. By the way they have always great offers. For expensive Dubai lifestyle is the best quality/price option

They did a great job on my hair. The colour was great and the cut lovely. Together with the botox it took about 3hrs 45 mins but it was a very thorough highlights that blended really well. Friendly team. The only reason for 4 stars is it is a bit small and they are tripping over each other a bit. But for the price and result it is highly recommended.

DANIEL AND HIS ANGELS are superb, totally happy with my hair, and truly they are THE BEST IN DUBAI. The botox treatment is THE BEST EVER. My hair shines, is soft and was really damaged, but they got it recovered and looks now more healthier then ever THANKS to this great TEAM!

Had a special offer of 500 AED and honestly wasn't worth it.

Too many people were taken it at the same time and it was a very very bad experience.

- I waited 1h16 for them to start on my hair and did not even get an apology
- I felt other customers were receiving better treatment, maybe due to the special promo package I chose
- Staff spoke in a foreign language (maybe polish) and I didn't feel they did take care of their customers, or at least me
- Hair color was left on for too long, even after I pointed it out. It burned my scalp and it started to peel a few days later, as a result for whatever medicals they used.
- I requested Balaylage however they dismissed it and said they would do highlights instead only (which are not visible at all)
- They curled my hair immediately after cutting it, which didn't give me a chance to check the cut. Disappointing, as I now need to go to someone else for another hair cut
- Botox made literally no difference to my hair
- I got hair color on my cardigan, which I reported afterwards.
I unfortunately did not even get an apology, but was asked to wash it only.

Overall a disappointing customer service and overall experience. I wouldn't recommend the saloon.

Hair Botox treatment package- wasnt what I expected. I have been given hair botox on already washed, dry and straightened hair. Basically felt just like some kind of oil treatment that you leave on your hair. After I washed my hair few days later all feels gone and my hair as before. As I paid for a package which included hairstyle, blowdry and straight hair for me isnt any special hairstyle.
Over all, staff is very nice, salon is maintained but it wasnt worth the money and drive.

Ivy its my favorite salon in Dubai, actually I am always happy and fully satisfied after each visit. They are very friendly and professional. My hair start growing, they look so healthy. Normally I do regularly roots color, botox repair plus cuts. Also highly recommended in terms of styling! Regarding the nails I have never been more happy than here.they are done perfectly! I have my natural nails grow so fast like never before and shellac stays forever. I love my IVY team! Good luck guys with expanding your salons as entire world needs your services! - Sandra

A hidden gem truly. My hair was damaged due to a Botox treatment I had earlier. But I have to say that Dan has indeed worked miracles on my hair. It’s amazing and I am highly contented with the knowledge and skill possessed by Dan and all the staff. Very friendly with a calming ambience.
