Personally I am very much taste sensitive and I never had this kind of pathetic experience in any of the Indian restaurants in star hotels in Dubai.
All the starters and dal Makhni were too bad in taste. Can’t say more.
Really disappointed.
No complaints about service and was excellent.

The restaurant ambiance is amazing but the food was below average, we ordered vegetarian dishes and it was not tasty at all.

Visited Iz restaurant for a dinner with family. The ambience, food and service was excellent. For the starters we tried, murg tikka and dahi chaat. For mains we tried, butter chicken and chicken awadhi biryani. I wish I could have clicked some pics of the food. Everything was cooked with perfection. We were so full that we had no space for the deserts. But Mr. Himanshu from the staff suggested us to try kulfi which turns out to be the best decision. Its definitely worth savoring in the end. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best Indian dining experiences one can have in Dubai. My husband and I had our anniversary dinner few days back here. This is not the first time we ate there and like all the previous occasions we really enjoyed our evening this time too.
The ambience is very chic and cozy with comfortable seating arrangement. We can step out and get a beautiful view of the Grand Hyatt. The tandoori mushroom dish is a stand out and one of the best have tasted so far.
The staff were very polite and welcoming and we were served by Ms. Achal who was very courteous and guided us with our order. She took great care of us and made our dinner date extra special. While serving us and getting to know that we were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary, she surprised us at the end of our meal with a celebratory dessert courtesy of the restaurant. We really enjoyed the delicious pastry and once again thank the restaurant staff and appreciate the kind gesture of Ms. Achal.

Staff hospitality is amazing. The indian food is really amazing and is served in a nice manner with loads of warmth. Food selection is limited but then covers majority of indian food genre. Must visit for great indian food. Gajar ka halwa in this season and in this presentation made my meal.

One of the worst experience I & my friends had yesterday at iZ Restaurant. We had dinner at iZ restaurant after receiving recommendations from online … But it seems quality and taste of food is pathetic… Chicken was half cooked, while you bite can see the chicken is not well done! Mutton tasteless…. Looks dewa pieces of mutton kept with gravy made out of more creamy stuff which gives you sweet taste! We never had such pathetic mutton dish ever.on top of that deserts which came after long waiting! Ras malai & Kulfi! Oh No even worst than the one which is available at road side cool bar or cafes or even you get on hyper market is best! Horrible is the Staff! Height of unprofessionalism! Very rude staff! We observed that other guest also we’re having arguments with staff and staff was not able to understand their basic duties…Hope iZ management will look in to the mater seriously. Otherwise it is an shame on the Big names!

This is one of the best Indian restaurants that I had tried. The food is amazing and the servers as well. I highly recommend go here the taste is really good, the food feels authentic also the presentation of the dishes made it magical. You won’t regret to go here.

اطعم اكل هندي ممكن تذوقه رائع جداً وغني بالنكهات كل لقمه تاخذك لمكان مختلف. متعه حقيقيه. جربت برياني الدجاج ودجاج بالزبده ودجاج ماسالا كلها رائعه الاسعار متوسطه الى مرتفعه.

Excellent Indian food, one of the best in Dubai. Hats off to Chef Aftab for his recommendations and taking great care of his customers on a regular basis!

Ambience is great, food is really good taste n presentation wise, staff too is very friendly. All together it's a great place.

If the weather is good book a table outside in this restaurant. The green view and sound of gushing water will make your worthwhile. Food was good. I would recommend chicken tikka masala over butter chicken. And do try the paneer tikka. It awesome.

Best Indian or even best food I've ever had. Very fruitful team. Chef is infront of you cooking and smiling. Causy environment. I must go there evey week.

The lamb chops were so juicy and delicious, love it. Can't forget to mention the attendant Sanadh, the service was really good.

Spur of the moment decision to come an oh what an experience it was. Everything was exquisite, beautiful scene with gentle lighting that perfectly mood with the gentle sound of a waterfall in the background. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly, special mention for the chicken tikka masala, absolute bursting with flavour.

Thai restaurant was fantastic: food, service, attentiveness of the staff, freshness of ingredients, etc. We really enjoyed our evening in the whole complex.

I have been a patron of Iz since 2007. I cannot remember a single incidence of poor quality of food, service or ambience. It is for me food that is closest in taste and nutrition to the food my mum makes (and she is an amazing cook). I am really grateful for the passion with which the chefs prepare the food and the excellent quality of service. When I leave DUBAI IZ will Be one of the places I will miss.

Food is very good but service needs to be improved. They are highly understaffed. No one to greet you or offer a table. You need to grab their attention to get everything done. Tables are not cleared after a guest leaves. But all this is because of one service staff serving the entire restaurant. Cost cutting to a level that it impacts guest experience is not right.
