An overall experience that was delightful and very well presented it has been a long time since I saw this type of standard.

I had a massage when I went before. This time I came for the bath and scrub. It was an incredible experience. Maher is very good at her job. I was aching everywhere. I came out healed.thank you izil thank you Maher

We were on holiday in Dubai, so a visit to Dubai Mall was a must for us! I really want to experience a Hammam, so booked an appointment at IZIL Beauty for Sunday morning.
From the moment I walked in, to the moment I said goodbye, I felt like a VIP. Beautiful freshly squeezed orange juice greeted me - alongside the absolutely AMAZING Maher - the brilliant man doing the Hammam for me!
Maher made me feel completely at ease. He knew exactly what he was doing, and his English was excellent - meaning that I knew exactly what was happening at each stage.
The spa and Hammam area is really clean, very welcoming and warm. The therapy lasted the full ninety minutes, and I left wanting more!
Green tea, dates and nuts were provided for me to relax with at the end of the experience - and this was also brilliant value for money. I'd pay double for the quality of experience in London - o all in all, a brilliant time!
Thank you to Maher for making me feel for comfortable and for letting me experience an amazing Hammam during my stay in Dubai.

Hi! I’ve been wanting to write a review for quite some time on Izil. I came across the spa by accident and let me tell you, the BEST service ever! Such a welcoming staff and zen clean vibe. Touria is amazing with hair and super friendly. My hair always came out so healthy and beautiful. The hair treatments are super relaxing. And if you ever need to get your nails done, Rose is your person! She’s super attentive to details, very caring and funny! The overall experience was fabulous! I truly truly truly recommend! I never ever write any reviews but this place really needs to be praised. Btw their products are truly astonishing.

Best hammam in Dubai. Hidden gem in Dubai mall. It was amazing. The services are excellent and the technicians are professional and knowledgeable.

جيت اليوم للمركز وعملت حمام مغربي وبعدها طلبت ازالة شعر بالخيط اول مابديت وهي مش بروفيشينال اطلااااقا
وسببت لي بجرح بالبشره مااتوقع هذا المركز عنده الكفائه بس حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل لان طلعت بشعور سيء من المركز

Got a morrocan bath done for the first time. Ayman was fantastic. He kept apologizing for his broken English but he spoke it well. The bath was relaxing and a good experience

This was my 3rd visit to Izil, so far I tried moroccan bath and aromatherapy services and I have to say I will always come back to this place, service is great and products are of a great quality. Today I was served by Jonadine and she was absolutely lovely.

Maybe it depends on your master but my experience was bad. I had facial before and asked not to wash my face but my master didn't speak English at all and throwing water to my face laughing with words "no face, haha! ". This is not normal at all. The space is very small. And my experience was disgusting.

Thank you very much for such a must place to visit, i did a pedicure & manicure and full face threading eyebrows with Ms. Zubia, PERFECT don’t miss her.

The place is incredible and hygienic the service is amazing the staff is friendly the products used are of good quality and you immediately see the huge impact on your skin
I tried the special Moroccan bath and is the definition of perfect if you need a place to relax. I would request to open a branch here in Abudhabi.

Brilliant experience visiting for a Moroccan bath and it was amazing, with professional services, and punctual and Very Kind staff, I was warmly welcomed by Renna and Karima they were both so humble and professional, the best place for personal care services. Highly recommended

Nice spa, the stuff is super nice however there are no spa facilities and there is for sure room for improvement on experience level.

Amazing products, very bad staff as she pressured me to buy their expensive product which I already told her I had. When I refused to buy it she was mad and treated me badly. Very sad to see this treatment from a good company.

Absolutely the worst customer service
It started with the call center when I called to take an appointment, the man on line was laughing while I was spelling out my name, I guess he found my K for Koala funny. Then I visited Izil to redeem a birthday gift and they didn’t accept changing the selection of treatments within the same cost, although I booked in advance. They then made an exception, but I was already not very relaxed which beats the point altogether. After I was done, I wanted to book my remaining treatment and I was told that they consumed a larger amount of my voucher because of the service change, so I asked them to keep the rest of the money because visiting them is an absolute waste of time and really the opposite of a birthday gift, if you want someone to get upset just buy them a gift voucher to Izil.

انا جدا منبهرة بمنتجاتهم وكيف كان محل صغير واتحول لسبا جدا رائع باستخدامهم منتجات خاصه فيهم طبيعيه والاهم من ذالك الخدمه الممتازه من الجميع وبالاخص من خدمة العملاء هاجر الي ادور لي حجز وترحب بابتسامه جميله واخصائية الشعر ساره الي حببتني اكثر بالمكان وكل علاج اتسويه اي من الخاطر ومفيد ، للعلم هذي ثالث زياره لي في شهر واحد واتمنى يوصل السبا بمنتجات طبيعيه عربيه للعالميه

Starting from receptions staff very friendly and professional. I had hamam all the products natural.
The are very organized and clean. Sumaya she was very good. She was informing me about everything she was using. I really enjoyed all the steps.thank you Izil

Rude short sales lady with brown hair. Asked her to smell a soap bar they sell she didn’t know what I was talking about till I found it myself and when I asked to smell it before I decide to purchase it she told me not possible and I can go smell it elsewhere and once I know the smell I can come back and buy it. I told her that’s what I’m here for. Continued with her belittling attitude and I left. Not only rude but also deserves a reward for stupidity.

I had an amazing massage and facial in the spa. It’s beautiful and very clean. Will happily visit again.

Clean, Pure, relaxing and well managed. I highly recommend it to experience the pure Moroccan hammam and hospitality.

I tried Izil Hyaluronic Acid serum, face cream @ body scrubs, and prickly pear serum for hair, face & body. I am fully in love with this brand. Every product i used is unique and most importantly natural.

I had ordered their product through online and the delivery was done within a week with good packaging. Wish to visit the store but sceptical after seeing the other customer reviews.hope I won't face such terrible experience

Very nice products very good quality you can feel it once you will use the products that its made with love and with the best elements the only one thing that i don’t like is the new packaging its really confusing and i don’t think its matching with the products

I had bought their argan oil (delicate glass bottle) which they changed the packaging from previous bottle.it was kept in a poor packaging and broke upon reaching home and requesting them for assistance. They completely refused in helping stating their policy and ignored the effort going back and forth for getting my refund or new product. They even don't attend calls and their customer service is super slow. Never again will buy this especially when u r planning to travel with this item.esp the manager Latifa was one who completely refused to understand the plight of the customer and was having aggroance in her tone of voice.

This review is strictly for customer service and not the product (authentic product good quality) I went in last night to pick up a few items I had finished (repeat customer) I picked up one product and walked towards register the girl at the register was very rude and seemed overwhelmed i had asked her about ihsan (amazing employee) since she had helped me in the past she rudely told me she was done with her shift and seemed annoyed I was asking her if their was any promotions she rudely said wait I HAVE CUSTOMERS and walked away!? What I’m i? Anyhow I ended up buying one product and wanted to get out of there. I feel she was overwhelmed and couldn’t handle a few costumers at once maybe having a few ladies working would be beneficial for the employee and customer.

توي بديت في تجربة بعض المنتجات وكبداية رائعه وترطيب ونظافه وان شاءلله بستمر واوصل النتيجه المطلوبه
وكانت الخدمة جداً رائعه وسريعه ووصلتني المنتجات سليمه وخلال اسبوع فقط وببوكس جميل واشكر الأخت فاطمة على تعاملها الراقي وتجاوبها معي ولطفها والرد على استفساري

بصراحة المنتج روعة حيل واكثر من الروعة والخدمة على الواتساب ممتازة يكفي اسلوبهم الراقي وتعاملهم بهدوء.
بس للأمانة الطلب مايتأخر و للامانة معاملتهم بالكلام راقيين

The service is extremely bad. I ordered on the date of 4/14 and until now the product has not reached me and the service in WhatsApp is very bad. I have sent many inquiries and I have not been answered if the product did not reach me in this month I will not receive the request after this month and thank you for the bad service
