Attended a wedding function. The outdoor setup was beautiful. Toilets are located far from the outdoor venue.
Good food but amazing desserts.

The Half board concept is totally not clear or even understood by the employees. With such a price that we paid we should feel more welcomed in such a resort and they should offer at least free soft drinks and water along with the half board expensive price. Besides there was a lot of families with their kids and too loud voices where we first went to relax not to be hearing shouting and so.
To focus on the positive aspect we found peace on the pool however we paid for our alcoholic beverages an expensive price.

One of our favorite places - there's so many activities and it's great if you have little ones. They have a great splash play area which is entertaining for children and adults. It tends to get a little crowded on weekends but never too crazy. The best part is that it's part of Privilee of you are a member:)

The resort was absolutely beautiful, but the staff was pretty incompetent and made the experience pretty bad

Its a nice quiet place to spend quality time with friends and family. Far from City Relaxing.

My experience at this resort was just amazing. The elegant rooms, the delicious food and the courteous staff made my stay unforgettable.

The hotel room is very small, the balcony is a mess. Al Inclusive isn't what it used to be. Mans has to pay for a lot himself, even though all inclusive.

Beautiful resort! Bed was so damn comfy. Very lovely having the animals onsite and being able to interact with them with permission from the staff. I only ate from the buffets for lunch and breakfast, but was delicious and great quality. Loved the entertainment in the evening on the beach. Every resort was beautiful and vey well maintained. Needs more buggies during the busy times but they would call for more when guests asked for them.

I would rate it 5 if the beach restaurant was good.very poor menu, extremely expensive for nothing, 9ne corn for 70dhs, gerarehere! Poor salad, pizza, you name it, i dunno how tourists are getting attracted and scammed!

We come back year after year, all the staff are very polite hard working and very helpful plus the restaurants 2nd to none.

Fantastic stay at the resort.lovely restaurants and pools.lots of different activities for everyone.beach is great.staff are so friendly. Especially all the bar staff in the vasco degarma bar.

Just 30 miniutes from central Dubai, JA has excellent facilities, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, wonderful combination of beach, restaurants and hotels to choose from would recommend to all. Worth the 6 hour flight.

An ignorant security officer at the beach entrance didn't let us get to the restaurent, staff need to be trained and educated

Stayed at the beach resort. Fantastic service, grate food and a nice selection of gourmet experiences. Sette restaurant was more than we expected. Travelling with 2 kids it was easy with the AI concept. Free shuttles to the malls and to the shooting club for mixing an dinner which surprised us in quality. Pools really nice and Friday evening was devoted for the kids at the beach pool. Can only recommend.

Staff was not aware of it's own different locations /party venues. Not polite. Only the security was good. Not well lit or marked. Food was not good. Only their indian starters were good

Lovely hotel and grounds and beach. Superb breakfast buffet. Quite a few restaurants although they are split between the two hotels about 1/2 mile apart. Resteraunts were expensive, and probably would have been cheaper for us to have had the all inclusive, marginally. Very attentive service by the staff. On the downside, you are 30.mons outside downtown Dubai and nothing much around the resort apart from the Port. We had a great 5 days in March getting some sun and relaxation.

Have been to the JA Resort once, loved it relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. Had some drinks at the beach bar, surely visit again.

Great place to stay. It is the ambience that really counts more than anything else that makes our stay a pleasant and relaxing one. Many day time activities like the shooting club, golf, badminton, squash, kids club that makes the time worth to pass and enjoy our stay. Peacocks everywhere is another fascinating view when we make a walk in their huge property. They have prompt shuttle service from the JA Beach hotel to any of the buildings we want in their JA Resort property.

Superb acerage over a million sq meters of resort. Good meeting facilites and extensive acerage for leisure including 800meters of private beach. Located ideally between Dubai and Abu Dhabi so equidistant from all the major attractions.

Gr8 place for long weekend with sea, pools and green atmosphere who give you best taste of all kind of cuisine.

The week we when very busy, half term.lots of activities to do, or could chill out.next time will come outside half term as we are a couple like it a bit quieter

Just visited for the day but was not very impressed. Felt very busy. In my opinion my visit showed me that the JA at hatta is worth the 1.5h drive and I would definitely recommend it over the resort at Jebel Ali

Loved the beach club. Staff very helpful. They've got complinentary shuttles to all the big malls in Dubai. Buffet breakfast included is very nice with the dining room having a view of the resort.
