I am writing to express my utter disappointment with the unprofessional behavior displayed by your staff member, Shobat, at your Deira branch. During my recent visit, Shobat was disinterested in sales, preoccupied with personal matters, and gave inadequate and unsatisfactory responses. His behavior reflects poorly on your company's reputation and the level of customer service provided.
As a customer, I expected a professional and attentive experience. Shobat's conduct was far from acceptable, and I strongly urge you to take immediate action to address this matter. Your customers deserve better service, and I am inclined to share my negative experience through a critical review on Google.

They sell all kind of electronics eg Tv, mobiles, home theater etc they sell in good price the shop is at baniyas road in deira Dubai
