The nashville chicken tenders were decent but they had this corn like taste which was unusual. I got the spiciest level which was not that spicy. This is more of a take away place, I had planned to dine there but it was extremely hot inside the small restaurant which had only bar stools available. And the only 2 tables there were being taken up by delivery pickup men. The staff were super friendly, warm and welcoming.

We have been coming here for a long time and have enjoyed every visit. The food is nothing but exceptional. Fresh and tasteful. The service by Mr. Mahmoud has always been up to the mark.

But today (and our previous visit), we were very disappointed because of the air conditioning. It does not cool and gave us a lot of trouble. We were constantly sweating and had great difficulty finishing our food because of suffocation.

I want you to look into this matter urgently and seriously!

Overrated— had their basic chicken sandwich, Nashville tenders, and cheese fries.

The chicken used in the sandwich was stringy, which is the sign of low quality raised chickens. The cheese sauce on the fries tasted like Okra which was odd and not particularly appetizing. Their JB sauce had no flavor. The best thing were the tenders, which were cooked & seasoned well and was better quality meat.

I'm speechless. I wasn't expecting such amazing food coming from little shop like that.my food was so hot and good

I have ordered Sando and Nashville chicken burgers with mild spicy sauce. The sando one was really good, but the service wasn’t up to the expectation as the cashier told me that the order will be ready in one minute while he took up to 20 minutes till I got served!
I also asked the cashier if possible to get me a 2 piece of the fries along with my order so I can decide if I will place the fries order but he refused and mentioned come next time and buy it, which’s to me unprofessional way of dealing with the customer.

Me and my college friends went there and had an amazing time. The food was amazing and the staff were calm kind and always had a smile on. The food filled our stomach and their service filled our heart. Must try out spot in JBR.

Absolutely overrated, for a restaurant only specializing at one THING (Chicken) it definitely disappointed me and my guests who were excited to try this overhyped spot. I felt sad for paying almost 300AED for such a below average meal. Nothing was worth the price and especially not the popularly marketed Sando Sandwich. Won’t recommend!

We really enjoyed the fried chicken bun and the sando melt. I'm not used to chicken in my burgers but the presentation and the taste of the chicken were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, plus the taste was really good.

Few days back I went one of jailbrid store in dubai. The experience was very bad because of the waiter and menu. The waiter was very nice behaving. He never leave as alone, he was soo care about us and keep asking us how was the food in every single Bite and one of our item was very spicy then at second he realized that he starting offering ice cream to save us what a caring customer service but we didn’t order the ice cream because jailbird menu is way too expensive and the food is very cheap so I told no thanks and here is my honest review because the waiter was asking to review too many times in very politely.

One of the best pieces of chicken I've ever eaten. The tenders were incredible. They didn't offer water with the meal which was strange and the server kept looking at me as I was eating which I find strange but he was lovely and very friendly so I can forgive:). Go there now. It's fantastic

As with my previous visits/ orders, I enjoyed my meal at Jailbird today. Brought a friend along as well, and it was his first time. Needless to say, he loved the food as well. Alex was a warm and engaging host to us, and made sure we felt welcome!

However the food itself. Not a fan. Claimed as the best Sando in town I'm sure it has a huge fan following. But for me the Sando has a pungent oil or spice which makes it taste like diesel or motor oil and very heavy. Perhaps I just don't like sandos. Dipping fried chicken in oil is what makes a Sando, and the idea of that is overwhelming and unappetizing to me so I'm sorry NOT A FAN

However, surprisingly the Nashville was not too bad eventhough it has the same oil dip as the Sando. Perhaps the slaw on top balances the pungent oil.

Conclusion: If you like sandos, you'll like this place. If not, not so much

Very unsatisfied, disappointed with the food because it was too salty and inedible.
Ordered takeaway dinner from al wasl jailbird branch and was unable to eat at all due to the saltiness. Would have given it back if I was eating at the restaurant.tried to call and complain but it was of no use with no solution or reimbursement. The food is not cheap and went with a lot of expectations. Literally wasted my money

An overrated place,
We tried the best seller the sando, the chicken is tasty and the breading is good but nothing special with the sauce and we felt like a taste is missing we also tried the chicken burger and it was tastless, we ordered the truffle fries they were so good. Overall the food is ok but nothing special.

To be honest it was a great place to eat at, the food was good even though I am not a chicken fan I really loved the food there. The service was wonderful, the got us the food fast and it was hot and the staff was really helpful when asked about what’s good. Loved it, I didn’t like the Asian as much as the others but it was good. Because I don’t like the Asian sauce I didn’t like it, in the other hand my friend loved it the most.

Got the Nashville Sando Melt, the Nutella cookie, Pretty Boy fries and the Nashville chicken burger.

The Nashville Sando Melt is by far the best thing on the menu and worth trying if you’re nearby City Walk. Perfectly fried chicken with the right amount of heat, AND THE CHEESE FONDUE? Divine. Loved the Pretty Boy fries too, not too rich and loved the flavors. Just wish the pickles were a little more sour.

Will be back for sure. 9/10.

My honest review of jailbird. I’ve seen this place hyped up on social media for a while and I’ve actually ordered it twice now. While I can say that they definitely have some of the best portion sizes of any chicken restaurant in town, the actual chicken tenders themselves left me a bit disappointed. It’s hard to describe the taste but it’s just extremely dense and oily to the point where you feel like you’ve consumed gasoline. Now this was just the hot Nashville tenders, the chips and screaming chicken were actually really good so this place gets a 3* overall. I’d say for tenders or a sando you’re better off going to pickl just down the road

I can't describe how much I love this place. The chicken is REAL chicken, this is refreshing when it comes to burgers. The chicken is juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside and the buns are delicious. The sauce is also finger licking good. Their fries is good, not the best, but it is also quite good. If the people at Jailbird are reading this, thank you for one of the best meals I had.

The chickens tenders were raw and the burgers weren't tasty at all. Wasn't worth the money and hype. Uts overrated and overhyped. U can get way better burgers at better places like eatpickl etc etc. I guess hardees is better.i had stomach ache and food poisoning after eating their burgers. Last time i visited this place.

Tried it at Expo2020 and i totally recommend this place. From the friendly staff to the tasty Korean chicken burger, everything met my expectations. It was my first and definitely not my last visit.

All branches are amazing in terms of location and decor. The menu is varied where you can choose from tasty burgers that cater to your taste buds. Most definitely the best place to serve the Nashville chicken in burgers and tenders. If you’re looking for a burger that is low on the spicy level I would recommend the Korean barbecue burger, but other than that the Nashville burger and the Sando melt were the best. The chicken tenders exceeded expectations as they were juicy and tasty.

The food was not worth the hype. I tried their Nashville tenders and their best seller sando. Couldn't taste any flavor other than the spice powder sprinkled on top. Would not recommend.

Hands down, the best fried chicken joint in the region! Try the Nashville Tenders along with their iconic Sando Melt which is only available for pickup and dine-in. Other favorites include the Richie Rich with truffle and 3 Blind Mice which comes with crunchy gruyere, gouda and parmesan. They also make their own buns, sauces and all-natural sodas.

Best fried chicken in the region hands down. Service was impeccable with super friendly staff! Highly recommend!

A big fan of Jailbird… finally we can dine in even though the space is small but very cool design… really liked the interiors! And happy to see that the food was consistent to the original and first location … loved the Nashville and Karak dessert

Very bad service, we reserved a table and then they said we can only sit at the bar, we reserved a table once again, they called us saying they are cleaning the table and when we arrived our table was already occupied! We left without eating.

The fried chicken is the best available in the UAE. It is clear that the quality of chicken is top notch. However, be aware if you want extra sauce, it comes from heaven (at a price of 10 AED!). The cost of the cheese dip of 10AED is also not available on the menu. Cokes are priced at 10AED which again is inflated.
In order to enhance the customer experience its advisable to bring down the additional costs.

Found these guys on deliveroo and decided to pop in for the fresh experience. Did not disappoint. Crunchiest and juiciest chicken I've had with super service.

We tried their signature sandwich and a different one (forgot both of the names) both were very very delicious.

Myself and my friends went for a hangout and found this jailbird and had great time there. Their Rich Rich burger is my favorite and cheese lovers must try…. Omg can’t wait to go again with my friends. Food is life and their burger is my favorite.

Want my opinion? Is just something that is overrated by the instagrammers. Really way too pricey for what they have in offer. The taste is just average. My daughter rated it a bit higher since I presume she got an Instagram opportunity. Since it's a small place with an open kitchen the smell of the oil gets in to your clothes too.
