Just one of the towers in JLT, it is toward the IBN Batuta side of the JLT clusters.thing is the entrance to the cluster N is from a by lane of the road, so if you are approaching it. So if you are approarchig the cluster take the bylane before that.i went to the JBC4 tower which is a commercial tower. Nothing grest.looks a more ecnomic tower.the good thing is you get parking in this cluster more often not crowded as ghe other ones
