I have ordered in the evening online from Aster pharmacy some items. Even though it was mentioned about possible delivery within 1-2 days the parcel arrived next day. Thank you for excellent service!

The Similac Gold Formula Milk is very good for baby’s.
My son like to much and it’s good for health because have all Nutrient inside one Milk.

I didn’t receive the order at all and I received the message that I received it, and I paid it all!

I placed the my order for delivery with card payment but they didn’t bring card tag machine upon delivery of my items

They are the worst company operating in UAE.
The courier guy was so rude and he insulted me and refused to come. Long story short The mashreq bank sent me through this bad company some documents to authenticate and I already agreed with the bank and earlier spoke to one of the "jeebly" support that some papers will be submitted personnelly to the bank. And the rest they should send someone to do it. And the guy responsible called and he asked for my location which was fair, and then asked if the papers are ready I told him yes except for one, and all of the sudden he started yelling that he is not coming and am wasting his time, and he know better than me, and I don't know and ignorant. Even though I explained and i sisted that he should visit as I was leaving the country but he hanged up the phone on me while talking.

It's better for this company to quit their business.dealing with customers need some decency and they should respect the "customers always right " statement.

The delivery was scheduled between 9am and 12pm. Received a call at 2pm confirming to keep my ID’s ready and he is on the way. I receive an sms at 2.30pm stating “your package has been successfully delivered” without any delivery being made.

Rep came for paper varification and after doing his job he went back without handing over anything but It was told by bank to me that rep is coming to deliver my debit card etc.besides this rep was very decent and cooperative.

It is just a suggestion: - your delivery timing is very good but you guys have to check quality as well.

Not delivered the order on time. Calls were not attended even after multiple attempts. If there is too much delay keep the customers informed. Don’t say same day delivery and deliver after 2 days.

I called three times to check the status of package, all with the same response, that they will call back to tell the status, no one called back from the customer service.

Jeebly delivered the item without calling me. They called after they gave the laptop to anyone who opened the door. They should have called upon delivery, at least I can speak to the person who received the package. They should at least be extra cautious especially that my package is a laptop.

Also, they do not deliver after 6pm.

I cannot recommend Jeebly enough. I had been having a nightmare trying to find a reliable and timely delivery service from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. I have quite specific requirements for the delivery and pick up dates and they haven't failed to deliver (literally). The gentleman I have been liasing with is Ajaz and the service has been amazing. He follows up and makes sure everything is correct and it all just works fantastically. I have found with other companies they didn't understand or were able to deliver the package on time for me as it can be a bit complicated now with Covid. If you need something delivered efficiently and on time, Jeebly are the one.

If the drivers don’t know their way around then they should not work in the delivery service and they have no right to send messages on WhatsApp to ask for location map

Don't want to give any star. I called and enquired about services operator said I will receive call from sales team but no one contacted I wonder how they do last mile and Ontime delivery

Very structured organization, their sanitisation process of each person is commendable including employee and visitors

Why does your driver have to call to get a pin location when he has the address? Nobody else does this anymore!

A joke. They're in it for the money.

During a pandemic.and their driver is not wearing gloves. He was not allowed to go into the tower.

Even if he was.precautions are necessary.if this was reported it would not be taken lightly.
