Anyone reading the review, I suggest you re-consider before you proceed to this clinic.

This is Angel, a patient who visited Dr. Jahad for 7 times, he didn’t solve my issue and despite the pain I carried for so long, he charged me so many times for the procedure.

I have haemorrhoid issue for a while but I don’t know what is the stage of my condition, I went to see Dr. Jahad the first time back to September 2020, the clinic is small, people are friendly, doctor seems nice, promised me not to worry, he can fix my problem very quickly, so I booked an appointment for the procedure the week after, it took less than five minutes to finish the procedure, I was very happy that five minutes could solve my issue that bothered me for couple of years, but I was very naïve about it, my condition are more and less the same after the procedure, it didn’t improve at all, I went back to the clinic, doctor did the same procedure again, give me the same medicine (maybe he got more commission on those two medicines) ignore that I felt stomach pain with one of the medicine, before end of 2020 I did three times the same procedure but my condition were more and less the same.

At the beginning of 2021, I was a bit upset about the outcome so I question Jahad, what is the issue about my condition, why do I need to proceed so many times and the condition are more and less the same, he then told me that my condition was serious, it cannot be done by only once, that’s why I will need another 3 times to get all out, to be honest, as a professional, should you notice my condition at the first time? Why would you keep me coming back and keep charging me? At that moment I still chose to believe this doctor, so again I did the same procedure another four times, at the fourth time I ask the doctor, how many times will I have to come back to finish off? It is such a painful experience.he said I will not need to see him again and my condition should be ok by now, one week after, I developed external haemorrhoid, it was swollen; bleeding and so much pain, I call the doctor he didn’t give any advice, other than wait for 2 weeks and go back to the clinic, nothing else.
I couldn’t bare the pain so I went to the hospital, doctor in the hospital told me that my condition without proper surgery won’t work, with the explanation and I realised that in Jahad’s clinic he can only deal with very much initial stage haemorrhoid, his out-of-date machine is to put a band around your haemorrhoid and let that small tiny part fall off itself, even with this technology, suggest who you are reading, go to a proper hospital or clinic with a better machine, and go to see a doctor with moral.

I know this clinic care about the review from the patient, I want to ask you, Dr. Jahad, do you still remember why you want to become a doctor? What is the basic principle to be a doctor? How can you lie to your patient from the first time and ignore your patient’s pain but charge your patient again and again!

I found your response more like an advertisment, several points you made literally made me laugh!
1. Payment issued by the insurer, do you understand this is because I pay for the insurance thats why I got cover from the insurance company, Jehad clinic got payment (money) from the insurance company, am I right? You received the payment from the incorrect treatment that you force on me, TWICE! You charged me twice so that my insurance premium will INCREASE when I renew my medical policy, this is not acceptable, thank you for remind me, I need to inform my insurance company for this issue.

2. You mentioned free charge of 2 times, that 2 times were because the doctor couldn't cure my condition as promised, I don't even have to went back to your clinic so many times if the doctor can be honest from the first place, I am surprised that you even brought this out?

AGAIN, viewer who is checking please read all those one star review because those are all REAL experiences, if a clinic have one star review on regular basis that is s a signal!

Doctors are very professional and friendly! The clinic is always clean and tidy. I recommend also the laser hair removal in this clinic, the machines and staff are the best! ️

الصراحة وبدون مجاملات الدكتور جهاد عالج لي مشكله كنت اعاني منها من سنه وتسع اشهر، والاستقبال والنظافة شي ماينوصف

دكتور محترم جدا و يعرف ماذا يفعل ، و يتعامل مع المريض بشكل رائع جدا ، عملت عمليه عنده قبل ايام و لم اشعر بشيء اثناء العملية و كانت سريعة جدا ، و الطاقم الموجود بالمركز متعاون جدا و لطيف ، انصح بشدة

Best experience ever for Laser treatment. I have been thinking of doing laser for beard shaping from many years but was afraid to do it, finally my friend Rameez recommended me to do it from this clinic. The laser therapist Mrs. Poleen & Mrs. Lovely are very well experienced, kind and know their job very well. The customer service is of superior quality as well. You must pay a visit to their clinic.

لا أنصح بعلاج الناسور والباسور في هذه العيادة وحقيقة استغرب عدم تدخل الجهات المعنية في دبي لإيقاف هذه العيادة

عملت عملية بواسير وكان هناك ألم فضيع أثناء وبعد العملية ، الدكتور قاسي جداً ويده قويّه ، لم تنجح العملية بشكل كامل رجعت لي الحاله مرتين تقريباً.

لا انصح الذهاب لهذه عياده دخلت غرفه دكتوره وكانت غرفه مليئه برائحت السيجاره ولم تعالجني بشكل صحيح لازلت اعاني من آلام مدتها ثلاث شهور وطبيبه زائره ذو خبره معدومه بنسبه لي من تجربتي معها لا انصح وبشده الذهاب لهذه العياده ألم ومعاناه كان ألم اخف قبل ذهاب إليها عياده ماديه فقط

ياليت من تعامل يذكر تجربته بشكل صحيح لانه هاذي امانه سواء كانت جيده ام لاا واذا الخدمه غير مناسبه يذكر الاسباب

تجربتي غير ناجحة مع العيادة. دخلت وفحصت قالي الان بسويلك العملية وعملها. لا زالت البواسير موجودة وما استفدت ابدا الا تعريض جسمي لاشعة الليزر في منطقة حساسة. لا انصح بهذه العملية روحوا مستسفيات حكومية افضل

So we drove for 18 hours (back and fourth) from Saudi Arabia to have my brother checked in this place as recommended from a friend and from the reviews. After this long drive and spent too much money in the expenses, my brother wasn’t checked in a serious way. He got checked for less that a MINUTE! He got an injection and a prescription.

After few days, my brother’s situation got MUCH worst, and after getting him checked with another doctor, the other doctor stated that his situation got much worst from the prescribed medicine.

We wasted time and money. I don’t recommend it. Yes
