I used Jet Set Pets to relocate my kitten from the UK to Dubai - the team kept me updated every step of the way and were always available for any questions and concerns I had. I would recommend them. Thank you to everyone in the team that assisted with Buddy travelling to Dubai!

I was given the run around, told to pay for testing and then I never heard from them again after multiple attempts contacting them.

It was good service for UAE import permit. They expressed from the beginning that they usually do it in a closer date to boarding, because if something happens with the flight date, we wouldn't have to do it again and spend more money. In the end they were absolutely right about this.

The best service for per relocation. Most services will charge you an exorbitant amount and hardly assis you with anything. Jetset helped us from point A to B. We moved our pet from Dubai to Bangalore and we had their agent at every step. From doing all the paper work to booking a space in flight to checking the pet in and assistance at Bangalore in airport to receive the pet and get clearance from AQCS. Absolutely brilliant and at reasonable cost. Highly highly recommended, don't look elsewhere

We recently used Jet Set Pets to move our Lab Riley from Dubai to NJ. Jessica and the team at Jet Set Pets were amazing. They quickly responded to all emails and questions. Our experience with JetSet Pets has been unusually great. We recently moved from Dubai to India (Bengaluru) with our pets Zippy and Nema. Even though relocations are never easy, thanks to Natasha from JetSet Pets for making our pets relocation hassle free. Our experience with JetSet Pets has been absolutely extraordinary. The team was very professional from Day 1 since I started with inquiring about their services until our cat arrived to his final destination. The professionalism and care that Jessica and her team had was truly great. In our case, we had the challenge of sending our mixed Persian cat from the UAE to Canada. We went through the different options that we had and then decided on sending him on his own via a door to door pickup and delivery. Prior to the delivery date, the JetSet Pets team picked him up for his check up with the ministry vet to make sure all is well. They also took care of all documentation needed for his importation into Canada. They then picked him up a few hours before the flight and sent us photos and videos of him at the airport prior to his flight and informed us after he arrived safely. Prior to arriving to his final destination, he was sent to their counterpart’s offices to be cleaned and prepped before final delivery. Honestly, the experience was great and I am glad to say that our cat arrived safely to Canada and was immediately both eating and drinking normally without any interruptions. Thank you JetSet Pets team for everything. I will always highly recommend this service to anyone who wants to relocate their pets internationally!

I had a very stress-free experience relocating my cat from Dubai to Muscat.

Very thorough communication. They handle all the paperwork in advance, book all the necessary tickets and do all the leg work themselves, leaving a very hassle-free experience for the customer. Jessica met me personally at the airport in Dubai and handled the check-in procedure, and my cat Sonic was happily waiting for me by the baggage belt in Muscat.

We got our dog from US which is a big journey to Dubai. It was our first time to do this so we had no idea what was needed and what we should do, but knew we wanted the best care for our puppy. Jessica was recommended to me by a friend and I am so happy that I got in touch with Jessica. She was amazing! From start to finish. I had so many questions, and Jessica was always there at the other end of the phone giving me answers and reassurance. She took care of everything and kept me informed when needed.

She was the one who collected our pup from the airport and did all the paperwork necessary. Once she was on her way to us she let me know and she was the one who personally handed our pup over to me.

It has taken me a while to be able to sit down and right this review, because relocating your life is always difficult and I have decided to do it at a very inconvenient time, so it took time to settle in and be able to catch my breath enough to give a thorough review of JetSetPets and Jessica. Words can not describe just how grateful I am to this amazing woman! From the moment I had contacted her, months before my trip, she has put my mind at ease, telling me each and every step of the process. I think she realized just how anxious I was about sending my fur-baby in cargo hold. I have a very nervous Pomeranian girl, who due to being a lockdown puppy is not overly socialized or used to being without me. Nonetheless, Jessica responded to my constant calls, messages and concerns with patience and comforting words.so I was prepared mentally for what is to come. And then the worst had happened, UAE and the UK have stopped direct transit! Jessica called me first thing in the morning and told me of this update.immediately suggesting what can be done in order for our plans to still go ahead, so my British fiancé and I bought flights with stop-over in Paris, while Jessica dealt directly with AirFrance to get Mia, my fur ball, onto the same flight as us. The plan was to get my fiancé to get to the arrivals hall and hand the dog over to the pet taxi, that JetSetPets would organize for us.or so we thought, as told by the French embassy due to Brexit and Covid-19, my partner would not be able to get to the arrivals hall and hence, there was no way to get the dog to the taxi, and because France doesn't allow dogs in cargo and UK doesn't allow dogs in cabin, we were once again looking for what is the next option, and Jessica came through in a tremendous way! All the while we were thinking and working on other options, she was also fighting with Emirates Cargo to allow Mia to travel in hold and be charged the same amount as before the whole s***storm went down. And she succeeded! We were on track, finally! Jessica came to our hotel the night before our flights (as Mia was travelling a little later than us) and kept sending us pics and updates about the baby girl. She has also been in touch all throughout the transit, telling us what stage Mia is at and what is yet to come. Apologies, for such a long post, but if anyone is thinking of relocating their fur baby, Jessica is the right woman for the job! Thank you soo soo much!

Jessica and JetSetPets did an amazing job getting our dog, Kubu, from UAE to South Africa during the pandemic. There were many complications but Jessica made the trip seamless. We were EXTREMELY nervous about taking our cats from Dubai to Zanzibar, they hated even going to the vets 10 minutes down the road. Jessica helped us with the formalities and paperwork and reassured us that everything would be fine. And it was! Sunny and Chui arrived safely and are adjusting to life in the tropics. After 6 months of being indoor cats they will soon be able to explore their jungle surroundings! A big thank you to Jessica for making it possible.

I couldn’t have asked for a better company to help relocate my dogs from Abu Dhabi to London. Jess was incredible and did everything to get my dog safely to the UK. I didn’t have to lift a finger which was great as it was stressful enough getting other things sorted for moving country. The crate was delivered to the house beforehand so that my dog could be trained to go in and out of it nicely, and my dog was safely taken from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and kept for a night before his morning flight.

It has been an adventure bringing my two cats and my dog ​​from Spain to Dubai during the pandemic, but thanks to Jessica and the team it has been easier than I imagined.

Having approached a number of pet relocation companies we finally settled on JetSet Pets to send our dog Bruce to the UK.

From the outset JetSet Pets were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to ease our initial concerns. They organised for a crate to be delivered a month before travelling so Bruce could get use to it which was a real help.

Leading up to Bruce’s travel, JetSet collected Bruce from our address and took him for his medical check up, something which saved us a lot of time during our busy move.

On the day of travel Bruce was picked up and taken to the airport late at night due to him being on the night flight which seemed no trouble at all.

Once in the UK Bruce was picked up without a problem from the animal relocation centre at the airport with all his documents and is now settled in the slightly cooler weather.

Overall I couldn’t recommend JetSet Pets enough. Their quote was by far the most reasonable and nothing was too much trouble to them. They took the stress out of having to relocate a pet and saved us so much time.
