The best products and best customer service ever! When I visited the store in Dubai, the staff were very helpful, patient, and answered all my questions. They were keen on showing me every feature of the products I wanted. The delivery service is very efficient and fast. Later on, when I discovered that one of the products had a factory malfunction, I communicated with them from Egypt and they were extremely supportive and helpful. They solved my problem instantly. Can't recommend them enough.

Very good experience. In the show room wr were getting a fantastic attention and explanation of all the products. We got fast answers to all our questions via WhatsApp and once we decided we got a fast invoicing and simple method of payment. The delivery arrived earlier than expected and the installation was done fast.

We experienced one of the best customer services with Jikel especially in arranging our dream carry cot which was not available in the UAE from abroad. They even came to our home to assemble it for us. We also furnished all our nursery room with Jikel by Micuna Furniture. We loved their furniture products, which are handcrafted in Spain. The staff who accommodated us was super professional, knowledgeable and helpful, explained all in detail about the products we selected personally and via video. Great experience, we highly recommend.

We went to Jikel showroom in Jumeirah and bought a stroller, a car seat, a crib and a baby bag. They have lots of good items there.

The stroller that we bought is very light and very useful. It can be put in the plane cabin as well so you can carry it during travel.

Car seat can be attached in the stroller as well so currently we are using that one since our baby is one month old.

The staff who entertained us is very accommodating and professional. He explained everything in detail, so we were able to understand all the things that we bought. He even send us a video on how to set up the stroller and the crib.

I really love their products. Can’t wait to purchase their high chair as well.

Great service. Highly recommended.our baby stroller push button was some how de attached from frame. There instagram team advise us to go to the office in jumeriah. At office staff after seeing the stroller replaced the whole frame although our warranty was expired 10 days back.

As my 3rd little one will soon be making his appearance, we decided we needed a new stroller travel system; one that was fairly compact, well priced, and had versatile seating modes. After an internet search I came across the Jikel cruise. We visited the store in person and the stroller checked all the boxes so we decided to order it. Customer service was good and delivery/assembly was quick (next day). I look forward to using this stroller soon!

The quality of all the products they have are top notch. You can feel that items are sturdy and not made out of cheap materials that would break down easy. They carry lots of great brands for baby needs. We got a crib, matress and accessories, a yoyo stroller, a bag, car seat and feeding bottles. Delivery team was exceptional! Very careful with the items during assembly.
