Next to the metro makes this place very accessible. Lots of fun stuff to do especially for foodies.

I have had the wonderful experience of living at JLT Cluster D in Dubai for almost three years and I couldn't be more grateful for it. This vibrant expat community provided me with the opportunity to make lasting and valuable friendships with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
The services at JLT Cluster D are exceptional, including a wide variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment activities that satisfy all tastes and needs. There is always something interesting to do here, from social events to outdoor activities and water sports.
JLT Cluster D is home to several exceptional and popular restaurants that are worth a visit. Some of my favorites include:
Mythos Kouzina & Grill: An authentic Greek restaurant offering delicious traditional dishes and a cozy atmosphere.
Nola Eatery & Social House: A lively Southern-inspired establishment known for its weekend brunches and delicious comfort food.
1762 Stripped: A gourmet cafe and deli offering a large selection of fresh baked goods, sandwiches and salads, perfect for breakfasts and light lunches.
Golositalia: A charming Italian restaurant serving authentic Italian cuisine and a wide variety of delicious pizzas, pastas and traditional desserts in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
My residence was conveniently located across from the metro station, allowing me to easily navigate Dubai and access a large number of tourist destinations, shopping centers and business areas. The Dubai Metro is a modern gem, extremely clean and efficient, making it a joy to use on a daily basis.
An additional advantage of living in JLT Cluster D is the proximity to Dubai Marina, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. This is especially convenient as the Dubai Marina is a very popular area and often experiences traffic congestion, especially during weekends and rush hour.

Cluster D is a very nice business placement. I really enjoyed being there, had very good dinning experience at UBK and in the afternoon outside.
The lake is well designed to keep the summers cool (really Dubai summer cool). The metro is 5 min walkable distance. Good transportation. Like all places parking is the issue, and very expensive.

Very convenience cluster in JLT to reach by car or metro station nearby. Same as other cluster in JLT always parking is a issue. If you have enough patient you might be lucky to get one in 15 min and then you can park for 3 hrs free.
