JLT Cluster G

Well-planned development in Dubai, with modern residences and all the amenities one would need near-by — restaurants, community convenience stores, cafes, etc.

The only challenge is accessibility - it is a nightmare to get in and out of Jumeirah Lake Towers (JKT). New residents beware!

We were tempted to look at residential options in JLT but finally decided against it given the accessibility problems.

There is an UNHUMANE alarm ringing 24/7 in the lobby. As I asked, it has been going on for years! This is pure torture! I believe security personnel have the right to have it fixed since they spend their entire duty subjected to this torture

Nice place for food and walk.
Lot of varieties of restaurants from all over the world like Mexican, Indian, Chinese, Korean and etc.

It's a very nice cluster, it was. Before the constructions that started in the cluster. It isn't that bad, you would hear a few bangs and tools - not that frequently either. At night the peace and quite of the cluster is returned. It has a view of the lake and the moon and it's sure to leave you mesmerized.

The only one thing was for the parking, which is needs to send SMS.massage to pay for the parking

The Space is really great to all ages. You can find whatever you need. A lot of shops such as cafe, different concept of restaurants, groceries, shisha. It is a green place so it doesn't matter when you spend time here during noon time. There are lots of scooters and bicycle for renting, yet you can bring your own as well, in the same you can also play like net sports and board game. I've seen some families have their food in the park like having a picnic.
It will give you the feeling away from the city.

The area looks similar to the rest of JLT but an enormous amount of dogs in the area its like an unofficial dog park, plus the lake has an awful smell which makes walking near by it such a unpleasant experience.

Beautiful area with easy access. If going by own vehicle, learn first about how to use mparking/sms parking.

This is kind of Place which is surrounded by amazing skyscrapers which gives best ambience to spend time near the lake shore. Everydays I am Enjoying this wonderful experience at JLT cluster G day and night.

Reall an amazing place to visit at stay.its affordable people are welcoming infact yu feel home away from home.

If you are fed up with Dubai's Noicy and Rushed Areas this is the place for you. To think and rethink about yourself.

It's a great place to spend a peaceful time alone or with a couple. There are really good cafes and restaurants arround which are well arranged and with a good view.

Nicest cluster of them all. Quiet and the backside has many great restaurants. Indian, Thai, Japanese, pizza. The faux lake attaches it to the other clusters in the back but parking here isn’t ridiculous and is a short walk to the train. There is a Zoom and 7/11 too with ATMs.

Decent parking available just avoid the white parking spaces as the cost is 10 DHS per hour. There are plenty of yellow spaces where you pay 4 DHS per hour. Very few parking meters so pay by text.
