JLT medical Fitness Center

Very good experience, I was done within 10 minutes. If you reached at 7: 30 am you'll find only 2~3 persons only, but it will be crowded after 10 am.

Jlt medical center operational hours are till 7pm on Sunday. I reached at 6.40pm and they told me they are closed. I informed them I'm coming all the way from Abu Dhabi as my company is based in Dubai. But they didn't care. The reception guy call someone from inside who had to just take my blood sample that hardly take 5mins and he refused to accept my form. They asked me to come another day and they accepted a Filipino person that just walk before me. I will be reporting this to my company and would request them to change our center from such unprofessional medical center. Doctors are suppose to help people but here the staff was just waiting to run away.

Very bad place and not respect and no one answer calls. I had appointment there in 1 September and i got a token already. This day same national day off.and no one call me to change the day or give me another date. And bo ansering till now

It’s been an hour waiting and no staff at all at the counters as they are supposedly having a staff meeting or (What they call it a lunch)
Extremely bad mistake choosing this place.

And parking is nearly impossible here

Worst experience. I’m in dubai since 5yrs.while changing company without going back to home country, Xray is not required. But this time they called for. It’s ok to do again, no problem. But while came for blood sampling, I checked them is xray needed or not? They told no need.now after 2weeks my company asked me to do xray test.later I checked my application status in website it also mentions that xray test needed.so nobody knows it before or a new rule started in between? Waste of time.transport issues.delay in getting Emirates ID medical card.everything.poor service.

After reading all reviews I am going with majority. Please senior management take some serious actions to reduce the delay time and advise the staff regarding behavior issues with people. Thanks

Getting the medical doesn't take long but the results take forever and their telephone number is useless, nobody picks up so don't waste your time

Not well organise, waiting time more than 3 hours, staff not polite, knowing what Dubai Govt are spending a lot of energy and resources for customer services and happiness this center is to be reviewed. Worst in the waiting period to get your result any normal place is 3 days there it's 7 days. So please don't go there.

Arrived 7am. I was the first person through and I was finished by 7.25am.
Lots of people are complaining about the token system, however, I think they may have updated it. When you arrive and register you get assigned a number and that is your number for the whole process. Each step has it's own area with waiting room and screen and you just wait for your code to be called by the computer. I have had to wait 6 hours for this same process 4 years ago in al quoz. This place is a million times better.

Worste experience ever, extremely poor services. Please save your time and choose another place than JLT.

Been waiting from 9: 00 am till 1: 30 pm just to have a blood test to renew my residency!
Staff are non-cooperative nor professional. No body answers your questions. Only one employee handling the counter for more than 200 customers. Such a disappointment & waste of time.

Not even went there. Just calling to get the information, nobody is attending the call. And they have only one phone number in the website. And this is not the first time im calling.

Very slow service, nice facility, but extremely slow. Been waiting more than 2 hours and Medical’s still not complete for my Nanny.
