The service was extremely poor, taking 10 days to deliver a single debit card. They were unresponsive to calls, and when they did answer, they consistently cited technical issues as an excuse.

The worst service I have met, all reason similar as other complaints. I don’t know where is my shipment now.

Someone call me regarding for my dib card to be deliver in monday, But this philippine lady was rude and she shout in mobile. Your company is good, But the employee are not.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the courier service's rider. The rider was unprofessional and spoke loudly, which was both disruptive and disrespectful. This behavior was highly unprofessional and not what I expect from a courier service. I hope they address these issues to provide a better customer experience.

I suspect the management is to blame for their abysmal service. They deliver only when it suits them, the client has to make time for them and keep guessing if they will show up. It's been two days and they have broken every assurance they gave me. Emirates NBD should find a new courier service as people with businesses can't be held hostage by such awful service. Management needs to remove their egos and wake up to the new millennium.

They are below negative and I will give them -100 stars. Third class bunch of liars, pathetic and shameless staff and service. Always come up with stupid lies which a sensible person can not digest.

A big question for large institutions who are availing their third class service.
They are thugs and liars. They bring you to a point where you would need to go pick up your parcel from their filthy office. The worst thing that can be associated with a city like Dubai.

Absolutely horrible delivery service, they lied that I wasn't contactable whereas I was waiting at home for the delivery and no one came or called me. This is the worst courier service i have use, these company has been keeping my docdocume handed to them by the bank for more than 1month now, the bank gave me their numbers and i have been banging their lines for more than 2 weeks now and no has ever responded, this is really frustrating!

No update on sms or whenever I will call their call center always busy and one time an agent answered the call then I was told to call them back after 5 minutes due to their system is not working.

I had the worst experience with their services. My ADCB bank card dispatched on 28th and I scheduled my delivery for 29th. They did not deliver yet!
The email provided on their website is wrong. The helpline number connects 1 out of 10 times.
The customer support executives give false promises!

The service is very poor.the customer care's a big liars.sometimes they update in the system like we call the customer and we didn't answer but I never had a single call from your side, your company is not stranded.still I haven't received my package since last Saturday, today I call to the customer care of JMBR they saying talk to the driver.that's your work to talk and coordinate.do the delivery asap.all the reviews are very poor for your company.if you guys do same like this to everyone, very soon your company will shutdown. Worst courier i've experienced.they didn't deliver on time, and when i followed up, they said the next day it will be delivered. The next day came and still not delivered and I called to follow up they said the next day again. I badly requested to expedite so they escalated the issue to their supervisor, they promised to call me back and nothing happened. I called 4 times and the agents said the same thing that they will call back and it's been 5 hours, no one called back.

My shipment was scheduled on 25th November 2021 still not delivered.
Delivery boy called on Saturday (27/11/21) and told me he will come within 30 minutes. I waited for 1 hr not delivered. When I called him he was talking in very roughly and telling my bike had breakdown so i am not able to come.

Worst courier service I have ever seen in my life. I had opened a bank account in Mashreq Neo and expecting the debit card through this courier. As per the phonebanking the delivery date was 22nd but these people didnt deliver the courier and they said they will deliver after 3 days. Since I were planning to travel from Dubai on the next day I had to go to their office at Rashidiya to collect it. Extremely poor service.

Shocked to see reputed banks have tie ups with this kind of courier services in uae. Have been waiting for 03 days after the scheduled date for an important delivery. Cold response from both delivery person and customer service representative. No value for customer service or customers time. Still not delivered. Dont know when will they do as the delivery person says “ i will see when can I come”.

WORST WORST WORST Courier company ever! I have been calling them multiple times to follow-up on a welcome kit by Mashreq Neo and even after a week, the only answer is "it be delivered tomorrow" which is just not happening. They are just irresponsible, operations team is useless and management is stupid if they think they can survive in business with such poorer customer service. I am completely frustrated and annoyed with this unnecessary delay and awful experience. I fail to understand that why a big, reputed bank such as Mashreq would work with such BAD courier company. And because of this, I will close my same Mashreq Neo stating the reason - due to JMBR courier service!

When i contacted customer care, the reply from them is there is an issue with the ENBD device, that's why the delay is happening, But if the device is complaint why you people telling me that your delivery is scheduled for next day and keep saying this everyday since last 2 weeks.

The delivery courrier experience ever. The company is changing every day the delivery date without advising, the drivers are rude and they even hang up on you after talking bad. No follow up is done, no contact made with customers to advise on the change of delivery date and no explanation given just it won’t be for today and deal with it. I do not recommend them when there are a lot of alternatives with more efficient accurate and better quality ver all service than JMBR courier

I got a message of my courier 12 days back. I had to schedule the delivery twice and the staff tells that there was a technical issue. They do not find it important to inform the customer and after that I had to schedule the delivery for the third time which i will received tomorrow as what they say.

They were delivering a cheque book from a bank to me. I scheduled the delivery on a Saturday between 8: 00 am and 11: 00 am. No one called me to confirm but the online schedule was confirmed. Waited till 12: 30 no one showed up. Called JMBR and a guy responded telling me he will check with the driver and call me back and he never did. I called them again at 1: 30 pm and they kept me on hold for 5 mins to tell me that the driver will be late for another two hours, and that he’ll call me when he’s around and the lady blamed the bank that they were late. Asked her, if it’s the bank’s fault why no one called me to tell it’s being late, or that It will be delivered late afternoon? And why did I book online if it turn up wrong. She had no answer!

I got a message to schedule the shipment after i scheduled it, i didn't receive it on the time even i was waiting at home just to not miss it, i called to double check they said that it needs 2 more days or you could come and collect it

The worst delivery company to deal with, since 10days I am waiting for an important document from them and everyday is postponing by their self without contacting me. Contacting thier customer over many times but no one solves the issue. Very poor service, blame for your partner that deal with you because they are loosing their customers and their reputation. This is the worst service I have ever received. Ive been waiting for my package for 7 days, no one answers, no one is responsive and every time I call they tell me we will let the manager call you back and again no one calls me. My package was supposed to arrive 7 days ago, I called and finally rescheduled a delivery for today from 9am till 12pm and I have been waiting for 6 hours and no one arrived yet, and the customer service representatives do not give me any information or any help.

Horrible service, I would not trust them with any important and urgent deliveries. It is shocking that EmiratesNBD trusted them with courier services for its Priority Banking customers. First shipment was returned to the bank without even single effort to contact me, second shipment was out for delivery but did not arrive. I spoke to two agents while waiting and both assured me that I should receive my package but third one told me that it never been given to driver. I wasted a day waiting and 15min before end of business they delivered this disappointing news. How onr can trust their service after such experience? We should complain to their clients, i.e. Banks.

I was suppose to get my DIB shipment on Sunday 22nd before 2pm which i didn't and i have to call JMBR office to check and they said the driver have called you and you didn't pick up i checked my phone and i didn't get a call.they promised the delivery will be done by 23rd before 1pm.i called on 23rd at 9pm to check and they promised it be delivered before 1 pm.its 1pm and i didn't get my delivery.i called they said it's on the way.i went to pray and he called me at 1: 06pm and i called him back at 1: 16 pm and he hanged up the phone on me and i kept calling.which i end up calling the company.they said he called and he reached but you weren't available.he never reached the company which i am working at and if he have someone would have collected the delivery on behalf of me and this lie is been going since yesterday.i needed my DIB as i got commitment.unprofessional and poor quality of service.going through the reviews of others i have noticed a lot of complain and it seems nothing have been done to improve

Worst Customer service! Not responsive. I booked 8-11am timings, I followed up before delivery time until the time passed, which caused me to be late to work and I’ve been trying to call for many times for follow up and update, and someone answered and put me on hold for long time, or they will tell they will check and call back but never did, and at the time i keep calling they wont answer cause they know the person calling, after I talked to one more agent and i told him maybe they can change the address but no he’s insisting for me to wait for the courier, are u even thinking? Who will recieve if im not home? So he said if you’re not in the delivery address it will be deliver tomorrow, so how is it my fault? Am i the one whos late? Making excuses their driver is new, telling its not their fault, and telling me ive been talking for 5mins and wasting the time, and even i chose 8am-11am their work started at 9am, so what’s the purpose of choosing the timing then? So horrible! Dont deserve not even 1 star,!

The absolute worst courier service on the planet! Why are banks using this pathetic courier with our very important documents. It simply is not possible for this company to still be operational! The worst customer service, no one answers the phone, my delivery has been scheduled and rescheduled for 3 days! And I've yet to receive it! PATHETIC is the only word to describe it, and lo and behold surprise surprise the owner only responds to positive reviews because there are like 5!
