Terrible service! Don't choose JMBR.driver will not call you means never ever also customer service will answer you after 10mint and they don't know the status of shipment and then they will call their driver to ask the shipment status.i don't know which century they are leaving.may be 18th centuries.also i called driver umair and he is talking like he is boss of the company and cut the call.i dont even want to give 1 star, may Google have negative star facility so i will choose that one.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the courier service's rider. The rider was unprofessional and spoke loudly, which was both disruptive and disrespectful. I suspect the management is to blame for their abysmal service. They deliver only when it suits them, the client has to make time for them and keep guessing if they will show up. It's been two days and they have broken every assurance they gave me. Emirates NBD should find a new courier service as people with businesses can't be held hostage by such awful service. Management needs to remove their egos and wake up to the new millennium.

A big question for large institutions who are availing their third class service.

The worst ever. They never deliver. They lie. The most surprising, when you check the status of your shipment you see updated records for actions never happened. Like they put that they call you but you didn't answer while they never called and they always give excuses to not deliver and re-schedule the delivery. I have been waiting my Bank Debit Card or 2 months and still not delivered.

No update on sms or whenever I will call their call center always busy and one time an agent answered the call then I was told to call them back after 5 minutes due to their system is not working.

Suggesting to adcb bank not use this courier company anymore!

I had the worst experience with their services. My ADCB bank card dispatched on 28th and I scheduled my delivery for 29th. They did not deliver yet!
The email provided on their website is wrong. The helpline number connects 1 out of 10 times.
The customer support executives give false promises!

Worst courier i've experienced.they didn't deliver on time, and when i followed up, they said the next day it will be delivered. The next day came and still not delivered and I called to follow up they said the next day again. I badly requested to expedite so they escalated the issue to their supervisor, they promised to call me back and nothing happened. I called 4 times and the agents said the same thing that they will call back and it's been 5 hours, no one called back.

I don’t know why this banks are depended with them.
My shipment was scheduled on 25th November 2021 still not delivered.
Delivery boy called on Saturday (27/11/21) and told me he will come within 30 minutes. I waited for 1 hr not delivered. When I called him he was talking in very roughly and telling my bike had breakdown so i am not able to come.

As per the phonebanking the delivery date was 22nd but these people didnt deliver the courier and they said they will deliver after 3 days. Since I were planning to travel from Dubai on the next day I had to go to their office at Rashidiya to collect it. Extremely poor service.

I have been calling them multiple times to follow-up on a welcome kit by Mashreq Neo and even after a week, the only answer is "it be delivered tomorrow" which is just not happening. They are just irresponsible, operations team is useless and management is stupid if they think they can survive in business with such poorer customer service. I am completely frustrated and annoyed with this unnecessary delay and awful experience. I fail to understand that why a big, reputed bank such as Mashreq would work with such BAD courier company. I am very surprised that a very reputable company such as NBD would be using a delivery service with this type of reputation. They are by far the worst the courier company ever! They have my Emirates NBD debit card for over two weeks but just won't deliver it! They come up with new excuses everyday to avoid delivering! It's been a complete nightmare! After calling them everyday for a while week and calling Emirates NBD, the solution is to too to their warehouse to Jabel Ali and check if I they can't even assure it's available there! This company should not have license to operate if they will not deliver urgent things like debit card and are most probably into some tampering business! I am now going to open a new bank account because this courier just won't deliver my card and the bank says nothing they can do about it! Noone please ever deal with this company ever! I will complain to consumer court and post everywhere so noone ever uses their services! The customer service people are absolutely unhelpful and have a standard answer which helps noone!

The delivery courrier experience ever. The company is changing every day the delivery date without advising, the drivers are rude and they even hang up on you after talking bad. No follow up is done, no contact made with customers to advise on the change of delivery date and no explanation given just it won’t be for today and deal with it. I do not recommend them when there are a lot of alternatives with more efficient accurate and better quality ver all service than JMBR courier

I got a message of my courier 12 days back. I had to schedule the delivery twice and the staff tells that there was a technical issue. They do not find it important to inform the customer and after that I had to schedule the delivery for the third time which i will received tomorrow as what they say.

Worst Service Ever! I’m not sure how they have 4.3 rating. If you follow the top rated comments, obviously fake!

They were delivering a cheque book from a bank to me. I scheduled the delivery on a Saturday between 8: 00 am and 11: 00 am. No one called me to confirm but the online schedule was confirmed. Waited till 12: 30 no one showed up. Called JMBR and a guy responded telling me he will check with the driver and call me back and he never did. I called them again at 1: 30 pm and they kept me on hold for 5 mins to tell me that the driver will be late for another two hours, and that he’ll call me when he’s around and the lady blamed the bank that they were late. Asked her, if it’s the bank’s fault why no one called me to tell it’s being late, or that It will be delivered late afternoon? And why did I book online if it turn up wrong. She had no answer!

This is the worst service I have ever received. Ive been waiting for my package for 7 days, no one answers, no one is responsive and every time I call they tell me we will let the manager call you back and again no one calls me. My package was supposed to arrive 7 days ago, I called and finally rescheduled a delivery for today from 9am till 12pm and I have been waiting for 6 hours and no one arrived yet, and the customer service representatives do not give me any information or any help.

Horrible service, I would not trust them with any important and urgent deliveries. It is shocking that EmiratesNBD trusted them with courier services for its Priority Banking customers. First shipment was returned to the bank without even single effort to contact me, second shipment was out for delivery but did not arrive. I spoke to two agents while waiting and both assured me that I should receive my package but third one told me that it never been given to driver. I wasted a day waiting and 15min before end of business they delivered this disappointing news. How onr can trust their service after such experience? We should complain to their clients, i.e. Banks.

I was suppose to get my DIB shipment on Sunday 22nd before 2pm which i didn't and i have to call JMBR office to check and they said the driver have called you and you didn't pick up i checked my phone and i didn't get a call.they promised the delivery will be done by 23rd before 1pm.i called on 23rd at 9pm to check and they promised it be delivered before 1 pm.its 1pm and i didn't get my delivery.i called they said it's on the way.i went to pray and he called me at 1: 06pm and i called him back at 1: 16 pm and he hanged up the phone on me and i kept calling.which i end up calling the company.they said he called and he reached but you weren't available.he never reached the company which i am working at and if he have someone would have collected the delivery on behalf of me and this lie is been going since yesterday.i needed my DIB as i got commitment.unprofessional and poor quality of service.going through the reviews of others i have noticed a lot of complain and it seems nothing have been done to improve

Worst Customer service! Not responsive. I booked 8-11am timings, I followed up before delivery time until the time passed, which caused me to be late to work and I’ve been trying to call for many times for follow up and update, and someone answered and put me on hold for long time, or they will tell they will check and call back but never did, and at the time i keep calling they wont answer cause they know the person calling, after I talked to one more agent and i told him maybe they can change the address but no he’s insisting for me to wait for the courier, are u even thinking? Who will recieve if im not home? So he said if you’re not in the delivery address it will be deliver tomorrow, so how is it my fault? Am i the one whos late? Making excuses their driver is new, telling its not their fault, and telling me ive been talking for 5mins and wasting the time, and even i chose 8am-11am their work started at 9am, so what’s the purpose of choosing the timing then? So horrible! Dont deserve not even 1 star,!

Very bad service, package is a day late without informing me.was promised delivery the next morning at 11am, nothing was delivered.then promised it will be delivered at 12: 30 and still nothing.i have to keep on calling to follow up, they dont inform you at all.all the times i phoned they will phone the driver and phone me back with the update, no call back from them its 3pm and im still waiting, looks like another day and still waiting.seriously shocking

They dont care about you schedule of delivery. They do deliver on their preferences and free time.
They cancel and re-schedule my package 3times without any notice and reason

Very very bad experiences 10 days i am waiting for my debit card they messege me every morning your debit card out for delivery but 12 pm sorry we don't have driver Tomorrow confirmed very bad and all lier

What can i say? I am trying to call hem but the lines are still busy. My courier is also late. I badly need my bank card but they don't care. You don't even deserve one star.

I have Been waiting for them yo deliver my parcel for 2months plus! I even call them and they always promise to deliver to no avail! Very pathetic services!

Completely not flexible. If you can use any other service I would better use that. Have no idea why Emirates NBD would use this service.

Poor service nobody is following up or responding in the phone call i am waiting my shipment since more than 8 days and they are not answering their customer service line or email

Received a call the day before for delivery between 9 to 5pm, nobody called me the next day, I followed up to confirm if it will be delivered before 5pm. In the end no delivery, I have to pick it up from their office.
