I used their services to move from Dubai to Bahrain. Their storage is in the heat and packaging done improperly. A few of my electronics and furniture were damaged in the process. They also pay their third parties late which delays your cargo. Their prices are low but so are their services. I won't recommend using them if time and care is is a priority for you.

This company does not pay its agent overseas, buyer beware. If anyone from JNT actually reads this- pay your agent, don't be thief.

Scam & Fraud!
Almost a YEAR now and still no delivery!
I doubt it will ever be delivered coz they probably stole it.
Totally not capable of handling either logistics nor basis customer service!

I have made a right decision to hand over my stuff to JNT cargo from Dubai to Toronto. What a great service they have provided appreciated. I have moved my 2 BHK apartment and none of the item broken what a professional packing of the stuff. Happy to deal with JNT.

This cargo company is fraudulent and their business is based on steeling customers' belongings. My case is a living proof. They collected my furniture on the 30th of October 2018 (yes, 2018) and I paid their charges in full. Now, it is the 22nd of June 2019 (after more than 6 months) and nothing of my furniture has arrived at my final destination as per our binding contract. Even when I try to call any of the people who used to call me on a daily basis to take my business, no one responds. Whenever I check on the reason (s) why my furniture has NOT arrived yet, they give very fake reasons and empty promises that my cargo eventually will arrive. More than 6 months later and nothing has arrived at ALL. I will never recommend this cargo mover. My guess is that company takes customers' furniture, sell it or whatever, collect moving charges and you will lose all your belongings. The only thing you will end with is worthless lip service that means nothing. When I reported the case to UAE Department of Customer Protection, it figured out that the same company has committed similar cases of business fraud with other customers. Unfortunately, the only venue is to sue the company via the UAE Court System, hoping to protect my rights. I am sick with all their promises. The only way to fix this problem is to receive my furniture at its final destination which they know very well.

Scam. It took them more than 5 months to deliver while the contract stated only one month and half! They don’t respond at all and the manager was so disrespectful!
