Extremely unsafe and hazardous workplace.
There is No standard working hours of this Company JSME. Before Joining they promised me that I have to do daily 8 to 9 hours of in-out work. But after two days continuously working outside Hot Sun Exposure I have suffered by sunburn and dehydration. They Pressurised me to work daily 12 hours (Morning 7 am to Evening 7 pm + everyday 3 hours Metro travelling to and fro). When I disagreed with this long working hours including 8 hour work outside hot sun they refused my employment job offer and not provide me my tow days working compensation and travel expenses.
Before joining this company be sure all about work schedule and T&C.
