Very disappointed because the juice that suppose to be smoothies it’s full of water and I don’t understand why would you mix milk and yogurt together and serve pasta with big pieces of Chicken!

Good elegant ambience, nice service and good tasting food. There can be a bit more choices for mains. The presentation of the food was outstanding, everyone on your insta will ask you about the restaurant's name

All the smell comes out from the kitchen, burned oil, all food smell, ventilation is not proper.
Food was OK, but other branches provides tastier food.
The service was very lame, repeating everything you say but not providing solutions.

I have made many orders from them, mainly cheese and chaturea. My last order with them was total disaster. I ordered many things including Wagyu Bersola. They called me and told me the bersola in not available and they can substitute it with Salami. I told them to cancel the bersola from my order as I do not eat salami. They said they can deliver my order and send the remaining bersola later when it becomes available. I agreed, but two weeks passed and no bersola delivery. I called them and told them my order number and the missing item that is not delivered. Too bad the guy tells me I will talk to the manager and he will call you back. BUT no call back, and terrible customer service. Very disappointed in such (usually) amazing chain.

I'm normally big on everything chocolate but trust me when I say the only place that I turn to carrot cake is at Jones. It has become a tradition for all birthdays I always turn to Jones for their infamous Jones Carrot Cake and never been disappointed. There are small sizes to try and goes well with a cup of black coffee or any other warm drink. Five stars right away.
Breakfast this time around and as always never disappoints with the pancakes, eggs, quinoa and more. Same great atmosphere and service always friendly.

Ambiance was quiet and cozy, perfect if you want to have a quiet meal after a busy day. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was good too. We ordered the tagliatelle pasta with braised short rib ragout, the ultimate mr. Jones, salmon ahoy and then a kid’s meal for my son. I would’ve given 5 stars if only the portion for the kid’s meal were a little bigger, but the service and overall experience was great.

Served by Abdul Rehman (hope I've remembered his name well), a good host, polite. Food was good. Great ambience. Giving 5 stars to a satisfactory overall experience. Will most likely make this place our regular grub hangout

Breakfast (omelette with mushroom and vegetables and cheese) was tasty, however the coffee was not good at all.
On the other hand, the coffee shop atmosphere was excellent.

Delicious breakfast and a large pot of English tea. Staff very friendly. Great choice of deserts. The carrot cake is excellent.

1st July 2022 I visited John the grocer Mirdif35 around 15: 15 to have lunch.
I sow new menu on the table “All day breakfast “ so I decided to have sandwich which was on the picture with eeg on top of it.
My table was facing open kitchen, so I was able to see preps of my food.
I sow 4-5 chefs talking about my order, reading recipe, trying to find out what to add. Seems it was just implemented and kitchen not aware or chef not there or or or
Same time I was reading ingredients on my upcoming food.
Lady chef smelling jar telling colleague mustard and adding 1 table spoon on 1 slice of my upcoming sandwich after looking for blue cheese, smelling jar on top of it salt and salt.
Again gathering on kitchen reading adding, my sandwich took long long time to make it and IT Was HORRIBLE a lot of salt a lot of mustard and on top of it all night I had issue with my stomach (I am typing this review on 2nd July early morning)
So I shared my concern with waiter, supervisor, however they can’t handle concerns and zero on service I felt they don’t really care same as kitchen smelling jar before adding to my food.
Above timing mentioned, so management can review kitchen cameras and what standards there ️
I paid full amount for food I could eat, no apologize! This is last time I eat in that place.
With this service and quality they will end up with no customers.

It was good, I like their food usually but the chicken sandwich I ate this time wasn’t my favourite (the first one on the sandwich page).

Been there many times, coffee is amazing, espresso, french press and iced coffee. Food is good, however, quality is not consistent. Staff are nice and helpful.

The most cool restaurant I've been. Sumptuous meals and a service to remember. Make a date to visit: no regret.

I have tried many carrot cakes, i expect this one to be a typical one.

I was blown away; it tasted so delicious as you can tell that it is freshly made.

Their food also looks good, hopefully next time we will have breakfast there.

Place looks very nice with the sunlight coming through. I would suggest you go there in the morning.

What kind of customer service you have in mirdif 35 almost they kick us will never come back again

Quiet place to dine. Expect to see me more often!

Breakfast. Tried a simple one today of scrambled eggs and sourdough toast. Mistake- should not have asked for eggs to be well done. So todays breakfast was nothing spectacular. But then it’s Saturday towards the end of a long weekend. A breakfast or brunch outside in this great weather is a good idea. Lazy morning to be followed by shopping at spinneys.

So if you do want a lazy morning and a decent breakfast I would recommend the Jones special best seller - English breakfast. At AED 62 it’s really worth it.

The place itself is super cool. Relaxed. Spacious. Bright. Indoor and outdoor seating.

I’m still looking for eggs scrambled with salmon. Will let you know when I find a good spot for it.

Very disappointed with food.ordered two Ultimate burgers and both meat and buns were not fresh. I don't think I will ever go there next time. Definitely other branches are much better, for example in Al Ain, is far better

The coffee okay, they have inside their own cheese shop, and another product for kids, it's cozy, the view outdoor is Amazing you can bring your kinds they'll have fun caz there is games for theme.

Ordered Ramen, beef was hard to eat, burnt and bitter, Ramen was oily (it was removed from the bill)

Ordered 3 different coffees, all tasted burnt

Worst restaurant in a perfect location, hope you close for a better qualified restaurant to step in your place

Visited this branch a couple of days back to try their new menu. The sandwiches were my favorite and I could see myself coming back to order this with a cup of coffee.

Jones the Grocer is not uncommon to most folks here in Dubai, they have a great menu and also products to shop at the location to use in your dishes.

The place is also work friendly with good WiFi and charging slots on the table for easy access.

One of my favourite places in dubai. Great food and great ambiance.you can use Entertainer and Esaad card.

This place is absolutely wonderful, the ambience, the selection of food and most of the service was top notch. Our server, Francis gave us impeccable service. A must try.

I go there daily and enjoy the lovely calm ambience of the place. Their served food is delicious and well priced. Sweets are not always fresh or available. The staff is always polite and attentive yet they have an issue with card reader machine which almost never connects

The ambience of the place was very pretty and pleasing.
We were welcomed by the staff with a very bright smile which felt very welcoming.

And she was very kind to us to suggest the best items on the menu
For the starters we went for the peanut & citrus glazed spicy prawns and balsamic glazed burrata and some spicy lentil soup.
The soup was very good soothing the mind and soul, but the burrata and the prawns were excellent. The prawns were well made, crispy flavorful and amazingly delicious.
I really loved the taste of the burrata the exact kind of fluff and the brightest tasting cheese with fresh tomatoes
For the mains we went for We Meat Again, well cooked beef served with some rocket leaf salad and some yummy fries. Really loved it, the meat was very soft and juicy and delicious to taste.
We also ordered The Spicy Rooster. I think it’s the best burger that is they have. With a good chunky chicken patty and generous amount of greens and veggies topped with my favorite onion rings and their special sauce made the burger best of the rest really recommend this one.
We were so thrilled by the food we already got excited for the desserts and drinks.
We ordered the Sunrise Paradise Smoothie which was nothing but refreshing, it was like cherry on the cake.
Also ordered the Hazelnut Cafe Latte which gave a real kick to my migraine
Desserts are always the best story to tell
Ordered the infamous Pistachio Milk Cake and the Lotus Heaven which was literally Heaven on earth. The sponge of the milk cake was truly delicious the flavor of pistachio was really strong and so creamy, I’m definitely going back for the same again.
Lotus Heaven was just another great story, lotus mousse was creamier and full of lotus goodness.
Overall my experience at Jones the Grocer, Mirdiff 35 was really amazing with the staff very friendly, approachable and very kind. All of them greeted us really well and served us 10/10.

Ordered ramen. It was oily, no taste and the steak was literally burned.

It was a pleasure to visit jones the grocer to preview the new menu. We were served a sample Vegan wrap, soft crab slider, Noodle soup, Cheese croquette, Chicken Katsu Sandwich, Shrimp papaya salad. I have been a regular customer of Jones the Grocer for almost 2 years.

The overall dining experience was incredible as the dishes introduced in the new menu are quiet flavourful to enjoy during the summer season. Moreover, the tea cocktails are perfect for the summer season as they are a healthy alternative against aerated drinks. One can easily expect to be surprised with the blend of flavours which the dishes have to offer.

Their sliders, meat selections, toasties, hot and cold beverages are definitely worth trying. I would highly recommend my friends and followers to witness the incredible place. They also have a wide range of cheese, tea bags, jams and sauces available in grocery section.

Jones the grocer never fail to impress. From the service to food everything is top notch. We visited their new branch in Mirdif 35 and had a good time. Ambience is quite cosy and nice. Service even better. Francis took good care of us throughout our lunch.

Sunrise Paradise - A fresh blend of mango, banana, pineapple, passionfruit, orange and strawberry (not sweetened). Its more like a fresh cocktail and is a good option if you are looking for healthy options - 5/5

Strawberry Milkshake -Its a must try if you are looking for something heavy. Milkshake was yummy though -5/5

Grilled Steak with chargrilled artichokes- Their grilled steak salad is one of my favorite dishes at jones the grocer. Its a complete meal i must say -5/5

Peanut & citrus glazed spicy prawns - Its a spicy & citric seafood dish -3/5

Provolone and courgetta pizzetta - Freshly baked flat bread topped with persian feta, zaatar etc and is a must try here -5/5

We meat again - A juicy aussie striploin served with thick cut chips, grilled portobello mushroom etc - 5/5

The ultimate Mr jones burger - This signature wagyu burger of theirs is a must must try here -5/5

Creme de la coffee- A must try dessert, can be easily shared. It was rich and yummy -5/5

Chocolate eclair - Chocolate eclair was simple and delicious. A perfect bite with a cup of coffee.

If you are around Mirdif and looking for a lovely dining spot, i suggest you visit jones the grocer located at Mirdif 35.

I recently had a meeting at Mirdif and after that ended up at the nearby Jones the Grocer in Mirdif 35. The place is pretty cool and the decor has been done beautifully.

I tried some of the dishes from the new menu and loved the food especially the Salads. I was quite impressed by their cheese room as well and would love to come back with my friends to try more of their options.

They even have a marketplace, where they sell some gourmet products, I ended up picking up a few things here and there. This restaurant has been in UAE for so long and up until now, I haven’t been disappointed.

Just had the Ultimate Mr. Jones burger and it was rich, juicy and premium. Everything from the ingredients to packing was excellent. The quality of wagyu beef was premium and made the difference however I would have liked even better without the beef bacon. There was a salsa like dip and fries along with the burger. There are lot of options available calling for a second visit.

One of the best places to enjoy a healthy meal in UAE. They accept the entertainer. The outdoor seating area is open and it looks really cozy and relaxing. Mirdif 35 mall is never crowded and there is free parking outside. I like their grilled salmon dish and I was told by a friend that their burgers are authentic. It is quite expansive without using a entertainer voucher

Actually the food is tasty but the service is too late. Took us 40 min to order and other half an hour for just a take away. So much disapointing!

Great service and great food. Had the English breakfast and it was light and balanced. A perfect breakfast. Waitress was really nice and checked on our table multiple times. A bit pricey but definitely worth it for a flawless breakfast.

Delicious food specially the salad and burrata cheese is the best that i test in uae and the burger is delicious.

Japanese tea is my favorite as its a fresh leaf.

Because the have cheese room and so fresh and professional in cheese.

If u r cheese lover try the cheese plate u can choose 3 kind of cheese.

Good healthy food and nice atmosphere friendly staff and very popular, is overpriced and menu variety can improve.

All was good until I found out they don't offer internet in a restaurant of such caliber.

If that is for cost saving, it does not make sense, the menu items are so expensive that you might think that they can afford offering good internet.

I've been in much smaller coffee shops and restaurants that offer internet as a free service, or at least as a coupon once you order something.but to find out that this place doesn't, really doesn't make sense.and did I mention that the food is freakishly expensive for the portions served? Call me cheap but I tend to want to have good food at a normal quantity not a kids quantity for the price of four big macs.

Edit: I forgot to add, they give you like 0.5oz of ketchup

Brilliant place for gathering, food is nice, nothing special about drinks, and staff need more training on customer experience.

Big breakfast is amazing, cheese is weird if you are adventurous, but its expensive, I only go for breakfast.

Repeat visitor. Francis who served us was very knowledgeable and treated us extremely well. Great selection of cheeses

It is a nice place actually. Staff was very professional and friendly. François was helpful.he gave nice information and advice regarding menu. And food was very delicious. Thank you to entire team.

I gave it a 3 star not because of the food.but because of the customer service.
I was nearly all alone in the restaurant and the workers where just chatting with each other.i kept looking around for someone to hear me calling the check.they were busy chatting and laughing. And the manager wasnt even in the restaurant.

Food is great. I eat alot at the restaurant. However I just ordered from food on click and the portion they sent is really small and on top of that charge a high price and I had 2 chunks of meat in my meat pie.

But the bagel salmon was too sally due to the big amount of capers and pickles. And the lamington cake was too sweet. I didn't like it.
The coffee was great and the environment is cool.

Went there for breakfast. The food is good. Coffee is less than average. Price is high compared to places in midriff. Quantity of food is small no sides like other places. No bread basket.

This branch needs more work. Everyone complained, salty salad, bad steak, tasteless mac& cheese which was the same portion as the kids one. They didn't have mustard:/

I loved the food and the atmosphere. The staff were very nice and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is to add a bigger variety of fresh juices. My overall experience was great, and they'll be seeing more of me.

The service is not good. I have ordered poached eggs but other customer was given the poached eggs even though I ordered mine before them. The food is not great considering the price. I don't think I will be coming back any soon.
