I recently had dinner at Jones the Grocer in Dusit Thani Dubai and it was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, with well-balanced flavors and impeccable presentation. The service was excellent, with attentive and knowledgeable staff, I’m really grateful for the amazing service, specially from Sachin and Prabha. The cozy ambiance added to the overall enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommended for a memorable culinary journey

I went late night to have dinner at jones. The server prabha and Sunil gave a warm and pleasant welcome. The food was recommended to us which was too much amazing. Specially the server prabha and Sunil was on point. They recommended the best dish to us. I would love to visit again and highly recommended

I had an excellent experience at Jones the Grocer at the Dusit Thani branch for their All Day Brekkie, 69 dirhams for adults and 49 for kids. It got busy by 9am but wasn’t fully packed. The food was good, especially the classic benny - love their beef bacon! The brioche French toast could be better as it was a bit dry so I requested for some maple syrup on the side; presentation was great though. Another point of improvement would be the food could come out faster. Service wise, their staff was friendly and helpful. My server was Supriya and she was nice and efficient. She explained the deal clearly. I would definitely return and recommend friends here as well.

I went to a breakfast with a friend and Lily was super super super welcoming and nice, guiding us on their best coffee (as they have a variety of them, of different origins) and my friend is a coffee lover. He loved them alll and we loved our visit! Thank you Lily ️

The food was delicious. I had the spicy chicken sandwich which was really presented well and was full of flavours. Yukino my waitress was full of smiles helpful and very professional. I highly recommend their food and service. Well done Yukino

The staff are great. Very friendly. I ordered their special burger (2 patties, egg, bacon etc). The integrity of the burger was very poor. TBH the entire burger construction was a disaster. It basically fell apart. The bun was soggy and the egg overly runny. I had to eat one of the patties with a fork as it turned into mincemeat on my plate. The taste was ok but overall it was poor value for money.

I suspect it’s fine for simple food and tea/coffee but anything more is a bun too far.

It was our first time to dine here and it was amazing. The service of the staff especially ms.lily - very hospitable and helpful. The food was soooo good as well; the egg bacon and the bread was nicely done.

Amazing quality of food with fairly quick service with Jordan as our server, we had an awesome experience with the order of farmers breakfast, Arabian nights, truffle risotto, and emmental corn fed chicken

It's an Aussie Cafe. I could not believe my luck! Having lived there for half a decade, this Cafe is the closest thing to the Bondi beach in the middle of Dubai. Enjoyed the beers and the coffees with patisserie.
I was especially grateful to the servers for their hospitality and the hands on manager. Runs a tight ship this one mate!
Recommend the saffron flavored pastry and a latte.

Located on ground floor in Dusit Thani hotel on Shaikh Zayed road. You can get a quick bite or coffee if you will. It is usually quiet and does not require reservations.

Always liked the food here, unfortunately this time for breakfast it was just ok. The bacon was burnt and something was just not right about the taste. The coffee was also cold.

Poor service. Very delayed order fulfilment with claim that they are understaffed.
Poor quality food. Retarded responses.
I hate the place. Never again.

Used to serve alcohol but now they stopped! Food is extremely late.but that's not just this branch, it's a common thing for Jones the Grocer. Only thing that is good is the food quality. The food is good!

Decided to go here for breakfast, ordered 2 English breakfast and coffee, the food was decent but i loved the ambiance in this restaurant!

Service was extremely slow and communication seemed to be an issue amongst staff. Had a much better experience at The Palm location.

Very recommended place if you looking for place with great food and wine.

Was totally misled by the reviews on the fish and chips for this restaurant. I was completely disappointed in the portion size, taste of fish or lack of as there was so much batter and a 40 minute wait to top it off. The staff were alarmed to hear real feedback and said this was a first and totally dismissed my review when asked for feedback but nevertheless I shall leave it here for others to not be misled as I was. Never going there again!

Nice food but one of the slowest service I’ve ever had after having visited several times during my stay

I tried tiramisu from here. Must say it was bad it was giving a very sour taste. I would prefer a tiramisu from else where not here. Seems expensive. The ambiance was good.

Really great place with great service! Felt really at home and comfortable with our server being Sezim. The moment she heard we spoke Russian and were comfortable, she switched her language and constantly made sure that we were happy and well with every bit of our meal.

The Brioche French Toast is to die for, that's what I always order.

There’s rarely a place that I can claim to be a regular or, in this day and age it’s easier to be a tourist to restaurants in the UAE than to visit the same place more than once. It can also be more rewarding.

That isn’t true in the case or Jones, the food is consistently good, the single origin coffee is excellent and something to genuinely look forward to when accompanied with a book.

I’d recommend Jones to any friend and stranger so they can make the most of this genuinely good place in the heart of Dubai.

Amazing place!   All the food was so fresh and just delicious. They offer a lot of healthy and delicious options. The ambiance of the restaurant is exceptional. What is more the staff is really friendly, and customer oriented, Angel serving us today was really excellent, what together with delicious meals and beautiful views make the experience unforgettable

Had Bombay chilli. Loved it. French toast was good too but Bombay Chilli was the winner outright

Nice place to hang out for a drinks and some snacks. They have great happy hour promotion too, please see attached picture. Selection of draft beers was good. The food we had cheeseboard was nice but only 3 types of cheese. Friendly and attentive staff. Enjoy

We had the best time at this restaurant a couple of nights ago, it was a date night and a lovely one. The food the ambience and the place was just perfect! The staff is so helpful and courteous and always coming and checking if everything’s well and we were happy, recommending the best dishes as per our dietary restrictions and making sure we enjoyed our meal. Their collection of cheese and wine is mind blowing and if you are a cheese lover this is a place a dream

Good ambience place for lunch. Menu is little selected but with goof choices. Food portions are good and price is reasonable. Overall good experience.

I have been to Jones in the Palm and the greens all very good experience.
However today's lunch was very disappointing. Baguette was dry and stale. Reckon frozen and reheated.the window where I sat opposite the barista. Was absolutely filthy! Staff not very enthusiastic like other locations. Very disappointed. Will keep to my golf club and Palm!

I love the atmosphere and crew of the Jones. They are so entertaining and hospitable. Thanks especially for the Angel and Nisha. Food is good and tasty, mostly good for chilled evenings. They have variety of wines, cheeses and beers. Asahi is my fav.

A cheese room, desserts and so much more at this fun spot at the Dusit Thani Hotel. My first time at this chain that’s popular with locals, expats and tourists. Looking forward to going back for a full meal on Jan 20.

Exquisite experience and staffs are very accommodating and Jolly. (hats of to Michael and Lucas.and their Manager) Food was so well-prepared and flavourful. Price are worth of money. Place (in the view) has a calming vibe with good music. I supremely recommend this place. Risotto is
the best and the grilled salmon.

Nice vibes but lack of customer service and a lot of fruit flies (flying on or around our food).

I have long enjoyed this little gem since coming to Dubai. The deli setting it pretty cool and sitting outside in Winter is awesome with the view of the Burj Khalifa. Anyway back to the now.went there with a friend and they had a 3 course menu including a non alcoholic beverage for AED99. The food was delicious. I had the nuts starter.more-ish is the word that comes to mind. The portion was huge and I had to stop myself from eating all of it so that I could enjoy my pulled beef bao and lamington. My friend had sweet potato soup and harissa chicken and lemon meringue and loved it. The service from Ruby and Alan was warm and attentive but not intrusive. Thanks guys.that was fabulicious!

The price is not cheap but their breakfast is really good. Clean, comfy and has a friendly staff.

My first time here. Both food and service filled my heart. Clarity of suggestions and answers whichever queries we had, also very neat service is highlight. It was a great experience with yummy steak and pancakes I tried.

Extremely kid-friendly. Good ambiance. Perfect place to chill and hang out with friends or family. Excellent service. Good food.

Just enjoyed an amazing Wednesday evening with life music, fresh cheese and charcuterie. Will return again
