Worst customer service! The staff took my photo and sent me the soft copy after 10 to 15 minutes. Then she just mentioned that I have to wait for 2 hours to get the copies printed! She should have informed me before taking the photo as I need it urgently. Wasted my time and money for paying the soft copy. I ended up having my photos done in another studio. Staff attitude is rude!

Shame that this place runs the business with single person, long queues all day because one person is doing everything. I waited so long so I just walked down to another place to take my photo ID.

Not advised for passport photos from them. It appears like they don't even check to see whether the brightness is appropriate for a shot, and after editing, the photos get worse. I'm have to pay them for their useless photographs and end up with some other studio.

Always very helpful, staff is good and they have very good printing and in house photo studio facility, they are available most of the time even on holidays and immediately delivery the required stuff with quality

Got quick service. I needed photo prints, so called them and sent soft copy. Got the copies in 10-15 mins.

If i can give less than 0 star i will give. Very bad experience also with the non affordable prices at all, the staff told me we are only staff we can not do any discount and the manager was hiding they charge me 170 first time than they make it 150 for scanning and printing only.they smile to you but really they don't help at all -10 of 100 i do not recommend it to anyone

Apart from photos, they also do Forex/Foam board printing, canvas, frames, customised gifts and much more.

Very professional service. They provide conversion service for VHS cassette tapes, audio cassettes too.

It was really bad experience in Joy Studio, the people there are really not helpful at all, they know only one word to say: this is not allowed, I do ask them to send me my photos to my email address, they told me is not allowed and my boss will kill me

The photos will be only deleted after so why you cannot send it to the people who asked for? What you will lose.
And in the end the only one photo send me was really horrible by light. Not good in the Photoshop at all and by many ways.

They produce photos for all things including passports. The staff are helpful and they have a professional booth setup in the back of the studio for taking photos.and they are super close to the Oud Metha Metro station on the green line.

Professional people. They are most economical in the area. They have parking in the premise. Tip - there is gate at start of the building. So if you cross once, U-turn will take long time. Just call them for parking 5 mins before on the landline.

I got nice photos there! But the studio is old and needs renovation. Call the studio before you reach there to give you parking access.

Photo quality and processing could be alot better. So much white reflection on the face from the lighting!

They took as many photos as they could within the frame of 1 hour. They do not waste time and suggest the best poses possible. Editing is also good and you can freely ask what type of poses and editing you want as they are very flexible. They send the raw photos by mail instantly and I got my photos within 3 days. Highly recommend them.

Very professional, quick and prompt action and response, and the important thing is that they have a lady working there for our privacy.

Today I had been to this place with my family. At first I was a bit reluctant to visit any studio in this current Covid-19 situation as I am a mother of two small kids.

But trust me it's an excellent studio, all safety precautions and hygiene are well taken care of.

Mr Joy was really humble and courteous. He personally made sure to welcome us and ensured we were relaxed and comfortable throughout. The staff and he made sure all photos were up to the mark. It was quick service and great value for money.

Really touched by your kind service Mr Joy. Would definitely recommend this wonderful studio to anyone without a second thought.

Good place place for photography but staff is not helpful some of them are good but some need to control, photos quality are good version and creativity are great owner are if buniess are nice personality.people are working think they own that shop

For the first time in Dubai we hired a professional and was worth it. The outcome was more than we expected.

Unnecessarily expensive. U can get same service in less amount. People who have extra money to spend and dont want to look out other options to save some bugs or peny. They should go here.

This is the closest studio to metro station in bur dubai.had a professional experience while working with them

Best service and value! Mr Joy has been very professional and communicative. My family detests taking pictures in general, so we started off very awkwardly, but Mr Joy helped us relax and have fun.

We took some great pictures and are very excited about how the snaps turned out!

Very professional service and they gave me the photo quick. They let you choose the photo after the click and edits and prints the photo only after you approve it. I will fully recommend this place to anyone looking for a for a photo studio.
