It was an amazing experience visiting this shop in Ibn Batutta Mall. Very accessible from the metro station, just a few minutes walk from the connecting bridge of the metro and the mall. The staff is very approachable.

Very bad customer experience. Both representatives are very rude. They will inflate the price then try to give discount. Pathetic customer experience. Not recommended. Not willing to give any offer to customer. Seems they have huge sale already and dont want customer.your representatives at store make fun of customers and that too infront of them. Your reply to reachout over email will not help. You have to train your staff at the store to talk respectfully with customers.

Good service and variety of instruments. The staff is very polite and look professional. We have no any music background but our daughter wished a guitar for Christmas. The seller was showing the notes and tuning the instrument with special devices.

Went for Focusrite Scarlett preamp and couldn't be happier with how quick the response from the manager and the whole team was.
They have everything that you need as a musician, from Ukulele, Acoustic and electric guitars. Preamps, elixir strings and xlr cables you name it. Highly recommend it.

First thing I look for when you are buying guitar is a store where you have musicians working there as staff. 2nd things is a chance to try as much guitars as you need to decide what to buy. 3rd you need a good mood from all sides. And all of that you can get in this store.
I bought my new Taylor GS mini Koa there. I took me two visits and almost an hour and a half of trying and testing guitars. During all of that time Staffords was professional, cooperative and more than happy to help me. Yes, I found my guitar store in Dubai. Will be back soon

The collection of straps for guitars is good here. It is one of the few places in the city where they have a variety of capos that you can choose from, depending on the comfort level of you as a guitarist.

One of the nicest little music shops in the whole city. In fact, it is the only Gibson shop I know of in South Dubai. Decent prices, helpful staff, and great location. In fact, it is the only reason I've been to this mall several times. Only wish I really needed another guitar.

Went to buy some accessories for my guitar and was interested in buying a left handed electric guitar. The staff were ignoring me and were talking to each other instead. Whenever I asked for help, the worker seemed uninterested and very annoyed, he looked like he wanted me to get out. I understand that work is tough, but I worked in customer service too and that behavior was just inexcusable.

They have good stuff but one of the staff is rude. While my husband is trying one of their guitars, the guy played a very loud music.
