This is the worst courier company. It's been 3 days since my items arrived but till now I haven't received the delivery. You fooled me by saying tomorrow, tomorrow

It's such a shame that the company name is being destroyed by the delivery couriers. I received a message in the morning that parcel is out for delivery and for any special request, to contact the courier stated on the message which I did. I received a call from a different number in the afternoon. Courier refused to deliver my package to my doorstep stating so many excuses and threatened to bring it back to their holding area in Dubai for which it will take 1 month to be delivered back to me. He wanted to leave the package where it can be stolen as well and even dared me to make a complaint and then dropped the call. So I will indeed make a more detailed omplaint via email. Very rude driver without any upbringing.

The worst cargo company I have ever dealt with including Europe and US.
I rather pay more than double and not deal with them. Don't take my word, try.

The worst shipping company that delivers within the Emirates, and anyone who asks for shein should contact them and tell them that he does not want to deliver with this company because it is a company that has no credibility in dealing and poor customer service. I have received out for delivery message this morning (20/01/2024) and now at 5.50pm I asked the courier via whatsapp about the delivery of my package, he replied me tomorrow.

Caroline at call center missed up my day by her nonprofessional bad customer service at the call center.she require a lot of customer service training before letting her on the call center.despite my successful experience before with the company service, however after this time i don't recommend dealing with such unprofessional team whom not helpful at all.that is one of the most worst experience i've ever practiced in dubai.

They have a bod attitude delivery staff
And they are not solving any problems or complaining if there is

This specially for there delivery scheduling employees a very busy persons they tells directly they don't have time or speak with us might be there work is different and we are disturbing them to schedule appointment for pickup they takes our half day just to make one appointment
They are that much bored with their work they writes wrong address sometimes in appointment page which will effect the parcel delivery in wrong place and delivery team don't even call customers and confirm before delivery they will just go and drop parcel

Be alert with this delivery team there service is pathetic for business purposes if you are doing e-commerce. This service is good only for if you want to send parcels to your friends or uncle place and time is not matter.sometimes that also risky they loose your parcel and tells we didn't collected it with you there delivery is taking more time this is real happening things. This all things will effect your business health some of your parcels they are loosing in there warehouse too and after 100 followups they will not give you proper reply for your missing parcels if you wanna try this you can or I will suggest you better research and find different delivery team.

This is not frustration this is the fact of jnt delivery employees no one bother business they just want to spend there day and go home.

To the owner, if you want to become better, Only Accept item from dealers who are ready to allow the customer see the item before payment otherwise you are a Member of the SCAMMER.

There should be an option of no star. They dont deserve it, really terrible service. Waited for 1 hour after the driver asked me for my location. I have to leave my work to receive my items but unfortunately he never showed up. I called 10 times and told 1 minute and he never came.

I got my Parcel Delivered within 24 hours:) J&T has superb service and jet-speed delivery. Thank you for your fastest service.

Service is very poor and they are not helping at all, managers cant talk when you ask to talk to them and.they are dealing with unknown companies and they are not sharing any contact to the company they deliver the items.

Calling all the customers who received fake, and wrong items that delivered from J&T. We are the victim here but they always say the problem is with the seller. Which is actually their fault also. Before taking any delivery double check and take the seller details properly. Too much complain and scams from your company. Are you not aware!? Or concern? So far the best courier to process daily shipments. They have address all my concerns in a daily basis. And they have a good track on your daily parcels.i have used their service since they are a Big company in the Philippines.and i would say they have very satisfactory delivery services.they make sure they deliver your orders and do followup if needed. Im very glad they have grant me a printing access to make my shipments much easier to Process.they are even open on Sunday's and Holidays.which is Good compared to other company who close business during those times.

Yesterday my friend order by my account when we open the box my GOD 100% different laptop (dead laptop) they are cheater no body response and help When you see the promotion online there is comment, they are all friends to bring other innocent people am going to report for police

The drivers are rude an respectful the company even provide support to the driver no support will be get or even their call center they will close the line and will not support you all the seller dealing with them are theif and the company continue of these types of seller. This company is not recommended and if you received things from them don’t accepted till you check. Of course they will not let you to check the items until they receive the money and will run away. Even you call him he will say my working time is over and this the first delivery today.

If there is less than a star I would have chosen it, My maid received a delivery and paid for a delivery when I was outside of my house. It wasn’t my order, contact number and even location for the person who ordered the item is different than my address, I tried to contact the delivery company itself no one is responding and When I raise a complain against them at Consumer Protection they were not able to help me claiming that I am not the owner of the package so there is no direct relation between me and the delivery company Itself and I need to contact the original company who sent the product which is in Hong Kong, I was telling them if my maid didn’t receive the item and didn’t pay that amount of many the delivery company will take the responsibility. This is not my package not my address I have nothing to do with this story at all! All they care about is collecting their money and that’s it

This courier gave me wrong delivery. Driver told me its from a certain shop I ordered from knowing all my details but when I opened it, its fake rayban glasses but my order was a jewelrybox. I called the driver who took my money he 1st said ok will collect tomorrow but now he is no longer answering calls and blocked me in whatsapp. I msg the WA number of J&T express from their facebook and provided thwe drivers number but no response! Keep the money I hope it will save your souls.

If you want to courier any damaged or stolen items choose this courier i have faced such a bad experience with this courier. If you are ordering any laptop from dubizzle ad it will only come through this courier only and all the laptops will be old and damaged one. They are the promoters of the online fraudulent transaction.

These company promote fraud online traders specilly mobile and laptop, thay deliver empty or cheap item instead of laptop. We have to pay before we rcv item.
